19/07/2024: Embarrassing experience. I order and PAY 4 pizzas for an evening with friends. My friend comes by to collect them and they make her repay. 2 different bills for the same pizzas with a difference of 8 euros, I spent 31.50 and my friend 23.50. Embarrassing. I don't thank my friend for the pizzas because I knew I had already paid for them and she doesn't thank me because she knew she paid for them. EMBARRASSING I called the following morning to have the bill redone which didn't add up and to tell them about the embarrassing thing that had happened and I was told €27.00! I mean, but don't you make peace with your brain?!?! Follow a price list right?!?!.... Same 4 pizzas, 3 different people we came across, 3 different accounts. I have no words. End of the embarrassing comedy, we get 31.50 back for the 55.00 spent for 4 pizzas and it ends there. In all senses. Watch out for the math that doesn't add up.

26/07/2024: Excellent food/price ratio. Lots of healthy and genuine ready-to-go dishes. For those who know food The taste of unprocessed and genuine cooked foods is good. Excellent information given to my request of origin and processing. Try seafood paella and fried fish. Highly recommended.

04/08/2024: Horrible pizza, let's not talk about the seafood pasta, salty and fish taken from who knows where and cooked badly. So much so that the next day my boyfriend and I had bad poisoning. Never again

10/06/2024: Kind and patient girls... They made us happy... They also explained to me what "cuddles" are... in Lucca we call it fried pasta😂... If we return to Pistoia we will happily stop by!!!

17/08/2024: Terrible experience. I can't believe there is a place in 2024 that sells disgusting pizzas like these. Pizzas as thin as soles, completely raw, unleavened and stuffed with poor quality ingredients. Not to mention the stuffed calzone, which looked like a dried sock.

29/07/2024: Excellent cuisine with homemade pasta. Cool hotel near the biogenetic reserve where you can go for walks with children and the dog.

30/06/2024: Tonight I stood in line to get a pizza when my turn arrived I asked if I could have a whole margherita. The waitress snorted and asked the pizza chef who said yes, so she canned the whole smell, when she got to the cashier she said something to the cashier who, mortified, told me that I have to pay for the pizza by the slice and not the whole one without any explanation or reason. .. I ask the waitress who served me for explanations and she rudely replies that if I wanted to pay for the whole pizza instead of by the slice I had to book it and wait like everyone else .. but the question is that once you stood in line and asked for the pizza you couldn't simply say that you didn't could she give it to me or give explanations rather than being rude bordering on dishonest??? The cashier apologized.. but if people don't stay in the public eye they have to do another job... or take a nice xanax.. rude and not very honest

15/06/2024: Assolutamente da evitare,siamo arrivati alle 20 per mangiare 3 pizze al piatto,la ragazza bionda già alla richiesta educata di poter mangiare una pizza si presentava scocciata,chiede al pizzaiolo se fosse possibile,dapprima sembra di sì,ma poi e un sonoro "alle 21 chiudiamo se le portate via va bene"...in un ora ci si fa un pranzo altro che pizza.Un locale che in un ora non riesce a servire 3 pizze anche considerando che in sala c'erano solo due tavoli occupati è una cosa assurda. Sconsiglio vivamente soprattutto per la poca empatia nei confronti del cliente....
