11/11/2025: I ordered two pizzas, and upon delivery I realized one was wrong. I called right away and they fixed the problem by sending it to my house free of charge. Well done guys, that's how you do it and win new customers. My wife and I already love your pizzas, so now you won't lose us anymore.

17/10/2025: As soon as we finished eating, we were in the campervan at the free parking area and the pizza arrived on time and was delicious. I'll save the number for next time.

15/02/2026: Great concept, captivating and compelling menu. It's a shame the price doesn't reflect the quality of the product, nor the quantity. As for the pairings, let me start by saying that this is a very personal opinion. They're not good... canned tuna, butter cubes with smoked salmon... not quite right. The bread, on the other hand, is delicious! I think the whole thing needs a bit of a rethink.

21/04/2026: Don't be fooled by the simplicity of the place or its suburban location: pizza here is a serious business. The atmosphere is very casual and no-frills, just like the pizzerias of old, but the quality of their gluten-free pizza is astonishing. It's hard to find anything this good: light, tasty, and carefully crafted. If you're looking for substance and authentic flavor, this is the place.

13/03/2026: The pizza is really good, they make everything gluten-free, safe for celiacs, and the dough is delicious. As for me, I'm vegan, and I get the vegan 4-cheese pizza from them; it's fabulous. The staff is friendly, I recommend everyone to try it 🥰✨️🫶

15/03/2026: Excellent service, both courteous and prompt. The atmosphere was austere yet characteristic. The dishes were of the highest quality, but the price was decidedly high for the quantity. I would have gone home hungry if I hadn't also ordered a main course and dessert. If the contents had been in a small cat bowl, it would certainly have been more visible, but to keep up appearances, they were placed on a plate almost as big as a tray. I might be wrong, but for €70, I would have eaten there twice.

02/01/2026: The food is decent. A truly exceptional first course. But I wonder if it's possible to bring a €33 bottle of wine and dirty glasses? My elderly mother, however, was looked after very well.

06/04/2026: It's a shame you can't give it 0 stars. We stopped by before 1:00 to ask if we could reserve a table and they told us they were fully booked and couldn't take reservations. They suggested we take a walk and then come back so they could give us a table. They have tables outside (some free and some already taken), but also two inside rooms that were completely empty. We took a walk and returned at 1:00 to ask for a table. He reiterated that they were fully booked and I asked if he could kindly seat us in the inside room since it was completely empty. I also specified that we were getting pizza and therefore it would be quick without occupying the tables for too long. He told me that the inside rooms were used as a BAR and he couldn't seat us. At 1:00 PM on Easter Monday, how many people go to the bar? Everyone goes for lunch... so he could easily have people have lunch in the empty room used as a "bar." By the way, Google said it was closed on Easter Monday but in reality it was open. Thank you for your rudeness, you understood everything about catering and how to treat customers 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

28/08/2025: We had a great time at dinner last night, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the food was plentiful and tasty. A great find, we'll definitely be back.

25/08/2025: We stopped in Torre del Lago Puccini with our caravan and arrived at this place in the evening. We were warmly welcomed, and the playground was huge for a restaurant. Surrounded by greenery, it was truly beautiful. I had a delicious pizza, and the kids had a kids' menu. The price was super fair.

26/02/2026: Rustic but beautiful atmosphere, dishes are just right in quantity and excellent quality.

09/02/2026: The quality of the menu is inconsistent. The sea bass, for example, was very good, perfectly cooked, while the cutlet was very dark; the oil clearly hadn't been changed in a while. I think the side dishes were expensive, especially considering the small portions. Along with the sea bass (which was only half a piece), the order included a portion of mixed vegetables that cost €7, which probably included a medium-sized pepper and half an eggplant. For €7, in short... The service is quite fast.

26/12/2025: Update December 2025: We celebrated Christmas here with our family. Service was excellent, and the food was excellent. Three seafood appetizers (see photo) cost €60 (paccheri with cherry tomatoes, scampi, clams, and lupini beans), mixed fried fish with anchovies and fried vegetables, and panettone with cream, water, wine, and coffee. It was sold out. Update 2025: Everything is always great at La Casina! --- We're regulars at this restaurant, and I can say it's an extremely good restaurant, especially for the price. The dishes are good and plentiful, and there's no cover charge. I recommend the tagliolini with lobster, the seafood sauté, and the cacciucco (fish stew). Located in the Viareggio pine forest, 200 meters from the sea, it offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with air conditioning. During high season, it's better to reach it by bike than by car due to the lack of parking in the area (free parking nearby from 1-3 PM and after 8 PM). They often offer a free after-dinner drink at the end of the meal. - August 2023. This year too, we've been to the local restaurant a couple of times, always top-notch. The seafood is good and plentiful, and there's a fixed-price menu available (4 appetizers, 2 first courses, fried food, and water, plus wine). The staff is friendly and helpful, and there's a wide variety of "ammazza caffè" (afternoon tea) for those like me who don't get the usual "amaro del Capo" (a bitter liqueur). Don't be put off by anyone who complains about slow service. The staff is always busy, but when there's a lot of people, you might have to wait, but that means you'll eat well!

26/12/2025: Christmas lunch set menu. Everything was excellent, from appetizer to dessert. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely friendly, the service was prompt, and the place was spotless. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

20/01/2026: I go there regularly when I go to pick up fish at the Volpi fishmonger's early in the morning. Very early in the morning, I meet an older man (I think the owner), who's very friendly and nice. The Valdostana is delicious, and here you can also find the real old Spuma Bionda.
