15/02/2026: We booked based on a video we saw on social media and were more than satisfied with the welcome and dessert... if you happen to go, remember... if the owner tells you to leave, don't leave 😅😅 and don't say you weren't in Viareggio for Carnival. Excellent pizza and absolutely must-try desserts.

15/03/2026: I absolutely recommend the seafood carbonara, truly excellent and well-prepared (the one pictured is a portion for two). The setting is simple, informal, and the service is friendly.
14/03/2026: If you're craving seafood, good food, and a low price, I highly recommend it.
The atmosphere is small and very chaotic, but for a culinary-pleasant lunch/dinner, I highly recommend it.
Advance reservations are also recommended, otherwise it's difficult to find a seat!

12/04/2026: If you want a good pizza, this is the place. They have a wide selection of pizzas, specialty pizzas, and focaccias. I've tried several, and they've all been good. The size and ingredients are generous. If you order takeout, they're very quick. They also do home delivery. Or you can eat in on the veranda. Friendly staff.
25/02/2026: We stopped here by chance after attending the Carnival in Viareggio.
What a wonderful discovery!
The staff is incredibly kind, they took great care of us and our little son. They provided us with a high chair, made us a baby pizza, and were incredibly accommodating to our requests. The bathroom—almost unique—has a changing table.
The pizza is really good, light, and well-cooked.
We'll definitely be back!

It's been at least ten years since I've eaten so well. Excellent fish, fast and friendly service, and a warm, unpretentious atmosphere.
The essence of good food without frills. And the price is truly reasonable. Definitely worth returning.

06/04/2026: We had lunch today, Easter Monday, for four of us. Everything in Viareggio was full; we were wrong not to book on a day like today, but at Bagno Irene they tried to accommodate us. They had a set menu with a choice of two first courses and two second courses, and for the price, I have to say everything was just right in quantity and excellent. I asked for my mixed fried fish to be unsalted, and they accommodated that as well. The staff was very busy for the day, but helpful. Definitely recommended.
