21/11/2025: It's a favorite place, but unfortunately, on the last three occasions, something has gone wrong. Once the ravioli were very salty, once the tagliolini were loose, once the seafood was watery. I assume something has changed in the kitchen. My rating isn't negative, but I hope you'll soon return to your "recent" glories. In my opinion, it's the most beautiful and characteristic restaurant in Viareggio.

13/03/2026: Truly excellent restaurant in the Darsena district of Viareggio. A charming and well-kept venue with a very pleasant atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the service was attentive, friendly, and professional. We started with a five-course appetizer, each one more delicious than the last. This was followed by a sublime Viareggio-style risotto, and truly special paccheri with calamari and shrimp. To finish, a homemade dessert: a simply wonderful strudel with ice cream. An experience I absolutely recommend.

18/03/2026: Typical Viareggio atmosphere, a little dated but welcoming. The sandwiches are good but definitely deserve a second and third try because their menu is so extensive: there's truly something for everyone! The vegetarian option was truly delicious!!!

The suite was gorgeous, with an in-room hot tub that made our stay even more special. The welcome drink was also much appreciated, a detail that made us feel immediately welcomed. The welcome was perfect: the staff was kind, helpful, and attentive to the guests' needs. Another highlight was the breakfast served directly in our room, comfortable and relaxing, ideal for fully enjoying the moment. The lake view is simply stunning and contributes to a truly romantic atmosphere. The only flaw: the property appears a bit run-down and could use more attention and some renovations. Overall, it remains an excellent choice for a relaxing romantic getaway.

I booked over the phone, and Eleonora and Luca's kindness is indescribable. You have to try it to believe it. They are truly fantastic, guiding you with kindness and attention to your every request. Fantastic room ❤️ Breathtaking location and view, where the silence and tranquility make you forget the chaos of everyday life. Last but not least, Massimo is a person who, from the first words, makes you understand his love and passion for his work, for life, and for the world. He manages to convey this love so well to each of his guests. He speaks to you as if he's known you forever, and his masterpieces will be the most beautiful gift for the person you love... he has a wonderful empathy that transformed my evening and that of my partner into a dream. Thank you for what you've given us because I assure you that if you go there, you'll find all this "TRUE LOVE" overlooking the lake... I'll be back soon 😊 P.S. Dinner, wine, breakfast, and all the details in the rooms will leave you feeling deeply nostalgic; you'll feel loved and pampered as soon as you enter the property... 07/04/2026: We were here on Easter Monday and, as expected, had to wait in line for over an hour. But that's not the reason for my rating. After placing our order, we waited over half an hour for our order, which included tuna with lettuce and tomato (which wasn't available) and spaghetti with clams. I asked several times, and finally they told me: "The order must come out first (spaghetti allo scoglio, fried food), and to complete your order, we need others to order the same dish." Shocking! This isn't a restaurant, but a diner, and it's probably overkill. Average, unpretentious food, complete chaos and disorganization. In the end, we spent more than three hours on a lunch that could have been used for other purposes.

16/04/2026: Very elegant restaurant with a sunset view of the harbor. All the staff, both in the dining room and kitchen, are excellent. Excellent cuisine. The best restaurant in Viareggio. Pet lovers are welcome. A wonderful welcome.

15/04/2026: Lunch at the restaurant on the Viareggio harbor. It's a beautiful location, but more attention needs to be paid to the quality of the ingredients. Four people in our group who ordered the spaghetti with clams felt ill. It ruined our vacation!

08/04/2026: Unfortunately, they weren't very attentive to the customer; only two pizzas arrived; we had to remind them about the third (they completely forgot). A table of relatives was served before they even sat down; in my opinion, all customers are the same. A biscuit pizza, cooked so well it was crispy. A small point: when someone makes a mistake (it's human to make mistakes), they should make up for it in a nice way by offering the customer a dessert or a small discount.

06/04/2026: We were here over Easter with two small children, and the place exceeded our expectations. We had the focaccia (delicious dough), excellent roast beef, and pasta with tomato sauce for the kids, and that didn't disappoint either. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you want to get away from the chaos of the waterfront, I highly recommend this place.
