06/01/2025: Ci siete piaciuti . Buoni i salumi , non buonissimi, ma buoni davvero . Le tagliatelle con il ragù bianco di cinghiale meritano la lode . La trippa è cucinata bene , saporita , equilibrata , bravi ! I cantuccini e vin santo … ghiotti ! Io scelgo un erborinato locale , ricoperto di cioccolato . Formaggio buono , servito fin troppo freddo ma buono , la copertura invece non mi convince e non esalta questo particolare dessert . Avrei voluto un fondente assoluto , con maggior carattere e particolarità. Poiché siete davvero bravi , avete un bel locale e uno staff gentile , torneremo con gioia a trovarvi .

04/01/2025: One of the best restaurants I have been to recently. Amazingly good prices for the service, the beautiful ancient location and the wonderful food. The menu is full of creativity and pairings that I had never seen and tried in my life that I found very experimental, bold and truly delicious.

18/01/2025: During my recent visit to Osteria Le Fate Briache in Massa Marittima, I had an exceptional culinary experience. The restaurant, managed with passion by Caterina Cappellini, offers an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, with only 14 seats available, making each dinner a unique and personal experience. The menu, which varies seasonally, features Tuscan specialties prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The appetizers are refined and innovative, the first courses of fresh homemade pasta, such as pici and cappellacci, are delicious, and the artisanal desserts, such as cheesecake, crumble and tiramisu, are the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. The selection of local wines completes the gastronomic offer, as well as an amazing local DOCG bulk wine. Caterina's attention to detail and dedication to creating an authentic dining experience is evident in every aspect of the restaurant. Value for money, amazing! A complete dinner where we were made to taste every dish from starters to main courses with side dishes, including dessert and wine, cost around €35 I highly recommend booking well in advance, given the limited availability of places, to secure a place in this hidden jewel in the heart of Tuscany. Osteria Le Fate Briache is a must-see for anyone who wants to savor true Tuscan cuisine in a familiar and welcoming environment.

31/12/2024: Dopo qualche mese siamo tornati a Massa Marittima e naturalmente siamo venuti da Caterina, questa volta per la cena dell'ultimo giorno dell'anno. Come sempre tutto favoloso!!

31/07/2024: Beautiful place. The staff are all very good and always available with a smile. Uncontaminated nature, relaxation pool and possibility of lunch and dinner. The Chef is a very talented girl.

30/07/2024: Nice place and friendly staff. Unfortunately, 2 km of dirt road, also sloping and with bad sections. With my low car I had difficulty. Excellent breakfast. However, the dinner was just ok as it had little choice and limited quantity. We had a good time there since the Massa Marittima area is also strategic for the sea. The location is only 3 stars due to the road.
