05/05/2025: The restaurant is highly recommended - both culinary and visual. The staff is extremely polite and courteous without being intrusive. We would be very, very happy to come back.

03/05/2025: The setting was certainly very beautiful and the service was ok although confusing (condiments delayed compared to the service, cutlery taken away and not returned, etc.). In any case, the staff presents themselves in an affable and kind manner. It's a bit of a shame about the food: appetizer (a platter of Tuscan cured meats) quite poor, raw materials not of the highest quality, accompanied by rather stale bread. We then had two first courses, tagliolini (gluten-free) with duck ragù and pici with a sage and almond pesto. Good ragu, pesto bordering on edible (extremely salty and liquid). The almonds were practically whole and not part of the pesto. Pasta (both) completely overcooked, well beyond the cooking point and in both cases almost completely detached from the sauce - it probably doesn't help that both first courses were served on flat plates, which make it really difficult to eat the pasta well mixed with the sauce/pesto. We reported to the waiter that the pasta was overcooked, we were told that since there were so many people the kitchen was a bit packed and it would have escaped. Beyond this response, no action was taken nor did the restaurateurs try to recover the situation a little. Positive note: wide availability of gluten-free choice and attention to the problem, which is why I gave two stars instead of just one and which is the only reason why I recommend it, in the only case in which someone has this dietary requirement. To complete the menu, two glasses of wine, a bottle of water and two bitters. Wide choice of wines, all of good quality.

20/04/2025: Caterina is unique, in the kitchen and in the dining room! A real pleasure to dine with her. All the dishes are delicious and very fresh, a constant surprise from the sweet starters. Impossible not to return.

Appetizers with typical products of the area superlative, too good, excellent preparation and very chic presentation... Phenomenal sliced ​​steak and spectacular house red wine.... Homemade licorice light in alcohol (great thing) but very tasty... Super Compliments and highly recommended!!!!

14/04/2025: I ordered pizza with Porcini mushroom it was champignon mushroom. Other negative view about the pizza is the cheese was not melted. I also ordered patatoes from the oven some part of patatoes was burnt and dry. The positive things was service workers and wine. Better to not expect high quality. In my opinion restaurant quality is medium Pizza 5,5/10 Wine 7/10 Service 7/10 Price 8/10

05/04/2025: Posto meraviglioso, molto accogliente, abbiamo mangiato benissimo e siamo state accolte dalle ragazze, nonostante non avessimo prenotato e fosse pieno, che hanno provveduto a trovarci un posto per mangiare.. . Il vino era molto buono l'atmosfera magica. Ritorneremo

24/03/2025: Il Barrino di Tatti is a small corner of peace immersed in the Maremma, perfect for those looking for good food and a relaxed atmosphere. The location is pleasant and authentic, with a welcoming panoramic terrace from which to enjoy an aperitif with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside. The food is quality, with well-prepared dishes and fresh ingredients. The real surprise is the pizza: excellent, fragrant and tasty, certainly one of the strong points of the place. Il Barrino di Tatti is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy lunch, a pleasant dinner or simply sip a drink immersed in a spectacular panorama. Absolutely recommended!

29/04/2025: You could tell from breakfast that we would be fine, once we crossed the threshold of the restaurant for lunch we were able to enjoy an excellent Tuscan menu with typical appetizers (the crostini were excellent), homemade first courses (we had the tortelli, four large Maremma-style with ragù or butter and sage filled with ricotta and spinach, but the other first courses we saw passing by also looked inviting) and lamb with potatoes, to finish with cantucci and vin santo. Cost 30 euros per person with water, wine and bitters, friendly and kind service and owners, you can see that they carry on the tradition with passion!! If I didn't live so far away I would go back immediately to try the Florentine steak!

25/04/2025: After 20 years we had the opportunity to return to taste Sbrana's dishes! I can only reconfirm the pleasure of the first time! Excellent pappardelle and a fantastic Florentine steak at a fair price. The staff was truly friendly and welcoming.

12/05/2025: It is difficult for me to leave my thoughts on the restaurant because it is made up of several parts, pleasant and some unfortunately unpleasant. I'll start by saying that the first courses are fantastic and highly recommended!! Second courses have little choice, like the pizzas but good all the same. The only flaw that I have to mention is the service, my goodness, of all there are a couple (guys) who I saw serve really well, another one got a little caught up in the situation unfortunately. I end up talking about the adult waitress who I assume is someone "important" always sulking and doesn't recommend dishes. We asked if she could charge a phone with a cable socket and everything we needed and let's say she wasn't exactly "happy", if I can use this term. Truly beautiful experience, indeed unforgettable, if it were for me and my common sense I would leave 5 stars BUT I really want to make it clear that pointing the finger at young guys by filling them with words in front of customers, especially for having put a couple a little aside to leave them in their privacy, (as it should be). Come on all in all we will see each other again and I will change this review! Have a good life and good luck for the restaurant!

18/05/2025: Absolutely recommended! Very, very quiet location. High-quality rooms – extremely friendly and attentive staff. Very extensive breakfast – you won't miss a thing! Very well-maintained pool with a great view and plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Towels included. If you're looking for a bit of luxury and absolute peace and quiet, this is the place for you! The access is about 3 km of gravel road – don't be put off!!!!!!
