05/07/2025: A very well-kept place that offers an excellent Tuscan menu: very well-executed and balanced dishes. You absolutely have to try the pappardelle with wild boar, raisins and vin santo as well as the summer wild boar with apples! The staff is kind, welcoming, smiling, attentive but discreet with customers. Well done, keep it up! Da Tronca is a pleasure for the palate and the spirit!!!

03/07/2025: Not an easy place to find, but nice, well renovated in local style. Good location also for outside seating. Young, kind, welcoming staff, but awkward with every request: the bread arrives late and on the third call, the oil too, the critical comments, unfortunately, they do not receive and do not handle them as they should. Good local red wine, decent bread. The appetizer of 5 mixed crostini is made questionable by the excessive use of thyme and other spices: only the sausage one is good, the liver one is barely enough and perhaps the onion one, the other two are rejected. The main courses (cow cheek and pappardelle with white wild boar ragù) are well cooked, but lack a well-defined flavor. The cantucci with vin santo are just passable, while the zuppa inglese is a poor imitation of its industrial version: rubbery, dry, almost devoid of alchermes. For an appetizer, a first course, a second course, two desserts, wine (half a liter), water and two coffees, the bill is 76 euros: a bit high in itself, indigestible for the quality of food and service. Regret having chosen them.

23/08/2025: A unique and rare experience! You need to book well in advance because the place is very small, which makes it all the more magical. Caterina is a top-notch host, who, in addition to her superb cooking, brightens the evening with her cheerful disposition. You can tell she loves her job, and it shows in her dishes! The menu, hand-prepared to order, changes daily. I recommend trying as many dishes as possible because you won't get to try everything else again. We've been coming for three years, and I always try to return. The negative reviews about the management and the size of the place are laughable: if you're not suited to this type of experience, avoid coming and write a false review of such a magical place! Caterina is the owner, cook, and waitress! I don't think you'll have the chance to experience this anywhere else!

The food was excellent, exactly what we wanted, and served in a reasonable time. The prices are reasonable for the area. Today we're going back for dinner. Update: We were here for dinner and were again served very well. The food was once again first-class, and the value for money was absolutely spot on. Thank you for the service and the kindness towards the children ❤️

02/07/2025: An amazing Tuscan experience with fantastic hosts, go here if you want to experience real tradition and delicious home cooked food. Perfect for adults and children. Loads of great space for children to hang out and explore before and after dinner and an amazing friendly dog that everybody wished they owned ! Food absolutely delicious !!

13/07/2025: The ideal place to find tranquility. You'll be pampered in a discreet manner by staff who love their work and are professional. The owner is incredibly serious and down-to-earth. The location is spectacular, ideal for relaxing by the pool or walking the estate's trails. The cellar is very well-kept; I can't drink wine, but I've stocked up to give to friends. For those who don't like being in touch with nature, we're in the countryside, with a wooded area. Fortunately, there are many insects, and the crops are organic; there's always a bee, wasp, or butterfly nearby. I sincerely hope to return next year. Lastly, a touch of art is present in every corner of the estate.
