25/09/2024: ¡Es imposible hacer una reserva! Hemos pasado por aquí el sábado personalmente, he llamado varias veces cuando me prometieron volver a llamar. Hoy, después de 4 días, no pude hablar con un empleado responsable de tomar reservas para la cena! Ahora hemos decidido disfrutar de la cena en un Restaurante, donde nos dan la bienvenida. Mi pregunta, sin embargo; ¿cómo es posible conseguir una estrella Michelin, si, incluso antes de entrar en el lugar, no parecen preocuparse por los invitados?

21/09/2024: Piatti ben studiati, equilibrati e ben rappresentati dal personale. Ottimi vini ed ottimo abbinamento con i piatti. servizio discreto e gentile. Serie di aperitivi offerti veramente piacevole. Unico neo, non aver trovato, in Toscana, il pane “sciocco” ed il mancato cambio del tovagliolo al momento del dolce. Comunque esperienza fantastica.

09/03/2025: Il posto da fuori è carino ed accogliente, la classica trattoria toscana che invoglia ad entrare. Il problema nasce quando entri dentro, amo qualunque tipo di animale ma l’odore di animale in sala non lo tollero soprattutto al ristorante per non parlare della scarsa igiene all’interno del locale. Prezzo buono così come la velocità del servizio ma avrei preferito attendere e pagare di più se il cibo fosse stato buono ed espresso non scongelato al microonde e per giunta male e di cattivo gusto.

03/11/2024: Siamo entrati per un aperitivo e siamo usciti allegri e felici Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto e siamo stati trattati con simpatia Una serata riuscita bene e tutta Grazie a loro! Consigliatissimo!

01/09/2024: Ottima pizza, bassa e croccante. Personale molto efficiente e cortese. Buoni i dolci a detta di mia moglie (io non li ho provati). Unico neo la mancanza di fritti, ma sono sostituiti da diverse altre proposte

13/08/2024: Una pizza buonissima, leggera e sfiziosa, un ampia scelta ma anche formaggi locali accompagnati da buonissime confetture fatte in casa, crostoni, affettati km 0, insalate e dolci buonissimi. Personale cordiale, gentile e simpatico, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Cinsigliatissimo.

22/09/2024: La zona cena è arredata in modo caratteristico, come ci si aspetta da una situazione come questa. Accolti in maniera molto cordiale e per niente untuosa, scegliamo un tavolino rusticamente apparecchiato Ci informano che la cena è a menù fisso a prezzo fisso (adeguato); meglio così, godremo della cucina locale senza l'incombenza di dover scegliere. Taglierino e terrine con stuzzichini e assaggi vari di antipasto del territorio; a seguire, 2 assaggi di primi, 1 di carne con contorno, dolce. Acqua e vino ricondotti con sollecitudine gentilezza e senza neppure chiedere, non appena terminati. Abbiamo concluso la cena con la gradevole sensazione di aver goduto di una varia panoramica sulla cucina locale, in ambiente piacevole. Consigliato; ritorneremo.

07/09/2024: Per essere un'osteria è molto buono. Cibo squisito sia antipasti, primi, secondi e dessert. Il personale rustico ma per il contesto piacevole. Molto simpatici di cani del locale che durante la cena si siedono vicino a te. Il menù è fisso 30 euro a persona tutto compreso, ottimo!

07/10/2024: Quite ok. Standard cocktails, nothing special

20/04/2025: 1. Appena seduti a tavola, dopo nemmeno 2 minuti arriva già l’antipasto, senza aver chiesto il vino prima. L’abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi dopo aver già mangiato l’antipasto, sennò nessuno si sarebbe nemmeno interessato a chiedere. 2. Ogni volta che ci veniva servito il vino, il sommelier lo buttava fuori dal bicchiere, avevamo il tavolo pieno di schizzi di vino. Questo vuol dire nessuna attenzione e dedizione in ciò che si sta facendo. 3. L’unica portata che si è salvata è stata il coniglio. Buono e sapori bilanciati. Per tutto il resto salatissimo. Sentivo solo il sapore di Sale, nessun altro sapore. 4. 40 min di attesa tra il primo e il secondo … tra l’altro si sono dimenticati del secondo e me ne sono accorta io, perché nella mise en place ci hanno portato i cucchiai da dolce e gliel’ho dovuto far notare. Dopo altri 10 min di attesa abbiamo dovuto chiedere altri 3 bicchieri di vino perché per forza di cose abbiamo finito la bottiglia. Dopo tutti gli errori, non ci sono stati nemmeno offerti, abbiamo dovuto pagare anche quelli, questo vuol dire nessun rammarico di aver fatto un servizio superficiale. 5. Non ci è stato mai rimpiazzato il pane. Ripeto dopo tutti questi errori…arrivare al conto è chiedere 330€ senza nemmeno un filo di sconto è una presa in giro e imbarazzante.. Va bene che era il primo giorno, ma da un posto così luxury e per i soldi che chiedono, ci si aspetta tutt’altro servizio e tutt’altra esperienza.
