08/10/2023: This is my favorite place in Florence's famous Mercato Centrale (Central Market). The sandwiches are wonderful with mouth-watering cheese and a multiple of other fresh ingredients. Super high-quality. Sometimes they offer a free glass of wine when purchasing. I so badly wanted cheese to bring back to the US and they accommodated by packaging for transport in check-in luggage. It made it with no issues! They also offer jarred olives and porcini mushrooms, nostado and so many other items. They have tastings available, as well. Really delicious and authentic. As a big bonus, they are incredibly nice! I highly recommend!! This is also listed under Perini Historical Deli on Tripadvisor.

30/04/2024: Siamo andati in questo locale accompagnati da un amico di Signa. Un locale molto carino con personale molto gentile. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo risotto cucinato espresso con zucchine, gamberi e zafferano, molto buono e a seguire braciola di maiale con patatine fritte. Il tutto ottimo, annaffiato da un buonissimo rosso toscano.Un esperienza davvero ottima.
