18/05/2025: Cozy little place, with tables both inside and outside, furnished in an original way with modern pieces of various styles and beautiful REAL succulents on the tables. Kind and friendly service, open kitchen, everything extremely clean and well-kept. Not the usual tourist trap place! Basic menu, but sufficiently varied and well-kept; everything we ordered (first courses, side dishes, desserts) was exquisite. To be repeated! Compliments to the owners for their management and their work.

25/05/2025: We actually came to this wonderful osteria thanks to a Google recommendation and can truly confirm it as a full 5⭐ in every respect. The food is delicious, the service friendly, attentive, and patient 😊. We felt very comfortable. Mille Grazie for this wonderful, all-round culinary experience 💝

05/05/2025: Restaurante rústico toscano muy auténtico! Estábamos cerca y fuimos a cenar. Es difícil recordar que “cenan” de manera diferente en Italia que en los Estados Unidos. Solo tomó un poco más de tiempo de lo que estamos acostumbrados, la comida era deliciosa. Albóndigas, pasta de trufa, y los milaneses eran nuestros favoritos. No esperes una factura detallada cuando quieras irte, ¡solo un número en un pedazo de papel, que definitivamente no es lo habitual!

05/04/2025: Exactamente lo que me imaginaba un comedor toscano de la vida real y sala de recepción para parecer. El ambiente es especial. Tiene que clasificarse con Ca De Ven para la comida. Situado en un barrio tranquilo de Cortona. Pasta fresca casera sin gluten! Delicioso flan de alcachofa con salsa de fondue parmigiano. Un tagliolini rosa con salsa de trufa. Este lugar es auténtico. No arruines a los estadounidenses.

13/05/2025: For my husband and I it was a gamble. We are neither vegan nor vegetarian and yet we left there really happy, for two dinners in a row. In addition to being good, the dishes are really beautiful. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly: we also followed their suggestions for visiting Cortona and we are grateful to them. Personally I discovered that I appreciate the seitan - an exceptional skewer - and their best dish, in my opinion, is the saffron gnocchi with their green pesto and confit tomatoes! Highly recommended.

04/05/2025: We were here with friends yesterday and had a wonderful evening. The food was delicious, with well-prepared, refined and colorful dishes. The very kind staff: they made us feel at home, advising us and making us laugh. We also really liked the decor and location. Congratulations again to the super chef!

18/05/2025: I’m staying a month in Cortona and out of all the places I’ve been to so far this place has the cheapest and best sit down restaurant . Just because it cheap does not mean it isn’t quality. The lasagna is soo good and it’s only 9€.

29/05/2025: Exceptional place to eat excellent quality meat at reasonable prices. The other dishes are also exquisite, including desserts! All accompanied by a wide selection of wines, including the local one at an affordable price! Prompt and friendly staff. The place is part of a commercial context, but the external floral decoration still makes the experience very pleasant and repeatable. Thank you and goodbye!

One of the strong points is certainly the breakfast, rich and varied: fresh products, homemade desserts, local cured meats, seasonal fruit and options for all tastes, all served in a welcoming and relaxing environment. The rooms are impeccable: spotless, spacious and tastefully furnished. You can perceive great attention in the choice of every element, from fabrics to furnishings, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. A very positive note also on the restaurant with dishes prepared and refined by the chef. The staff is kind and helpful, always ready to recommend places to visit or typical restaurants in the surrounding area with a smile. A place that we wholeheartedly recommend to those seeking relaxation, beauty and authentic hospitality in Tuscany.

09/05/2025: We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful and very clean. They even had a hamam feature in the shower. The property is also stunning and cortona is a lovely town. Highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Tuscany!

01/05/2025: Our stay at La Corte Dei Papi was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. The elegant accommodations, relaxing grounds and attentive service created the ultimate in relaxation. The food, not only the best we had in Italy, was some of the best food we have ever eaten anywhere worldwide. A stay at La Corte Dei Papi will be a "must" on all our return visits to Italy.

26/05/2025: A beautiful, dreamy place. An old olive farm converted into a hotel, it retains its original grandeur. The warmth of its people, combined with the tranquility of its gardens, make this a place you'll want to return to.

12/05/2025: Fantastic location surrounded by greenery with an immense well-maintained park. Property very well cared for in construction. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom impracticable in terms of space and with various maintenance problems. High price for services offered with a policy contrary to all the mkt. Higher prices on the direct site than on search engines. Absurd.!!!
