26/01/2025: THE BEST italian food I ever had. Everything was super delicious and I was especially impressed by the pinsa. Pasta and risotto in the pictures were from the Special dishes menu. Besides amazing food,service and the atmosphere were excellent too. P.S. it's a dog friendly place.

11/12/2024: We are a couple without kids. We were looking for a unique and quiet place to explore he landscape by car and mountainbike. We loved everything in locando del molino. The warm welcome, the kindness of the stuff the wonderful, detailed restored mill, the delicious meals makes the stay unforgetable. We recommed to book the half board. We definitly plan to come back. 04/12/2024: I stayed with them last weekend, very clean and beautiful room, with all the comforts, mini bar full of drinks, tea and coffee. We also booked at the restaurant and I guarantee you that it is a real gem, everything is delicious and the prices are right for what they offer. The staff is very kind and very helpful.

15/09/2024: Ieri sera sono stata a cena con il mio compagno e dopo aver prenotato alle 21:30 ci hanno fatto accomodare dopo più di 30 minuti con persone che nn avevano prenotato...va bene é sabato sera ci può stare. Premetto il locale nn era colmo. Ci è stata presa finalmente l ordinazione e dopo dopo Mi mostra il pezzo di carne (SIMMENTAL BAVARRSE AUSTRIA) che avevo scelto, chiaramente ancora nn pulita con pezzetti d osso sbriciolato proprio nella parte commestibile e il grasso molto molto secco. Non faceva già tanta gola. Dopo altri 30 minuti finalmente abbiamo cominciato la cena. La carne era praticamente bruciata sotto, lessa ai lati e fredda all interno, e nn aveva x niente un gradevole odore, i pezzettini d osso spappolato nelle fibre e grasso immangiabile. Grazie a quei pezzetti di osso intrisi e affondati nella carne per la terribile cottura ho scheggiato due denti. Lunedì dentista La carne é rimasta nel piatto, nessuno che sia venuto a chiedere come andava o altro. Al pagamento ho riferito e mi sento dire perché nn sono andata a lamentarmi prima e che una cosa del genere nn era mai successa ma viste le recensioni ho notato molto lamentele. Io pago un servizio e dovestre essere voi in primis a preoccuparvi del cliente. Apprezzabile solo lo sconto fatto alla cassa dopo la mia lamentela La qualità della carne é totalmente un altra e la ristorazione un altra ancora. Grazie per i denti scheggiati e appena tornata ho vomitato con tremendi crampi allo stomaco. Complimenti

22/12/2024: I absolutely love this hotel. Loved it if I have to tell the truth. This summer we returned and I felt like a category B customer. I felt the staff was a little rude. In the bar near the swimming pool and in the reception area. And a shame. It seems that if you are not Italian you are a second choice customer. Furthermore, I didn't understand how it is possible that there is no buggy shuttle to go to the villas at the bottom. If I had crutches or wheelchairs, I couldn't move. It was almost 40 degrees and we had to walk in the sun. It was impossible to use the swimming pool near the villa for 1000 of bees. And no one even cared. Because we also had children. Anyway, I'm not coming back anymore

The food was delicious and just kept coming out with course after course of delicious and beautiful things. We returned back a second time for another dinner on another night because the whole experience was so lovely.

18/11/2024: We were expecting to have a beautiful accomodation, but when we arrived and saw the property and the room we remained speechless. It was exactly like you see in movies. The room had bedsheets and towels changed everyday, the breakfast was delicious, the pool area was very nice, the room was stunning, and the serenity and the peace you feel here gives you the whole package. Also, easy access by car to main cities, such as Arezzo, Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona is just 10 minutes away by car and it is a lovely city. We will definitely come back here because we loved everything

As a lover of Naples and its delicacies, I had been putting off meeting this pizzeria for a long time, scared by the idea of ​​eating a pale substitute. Now I curse myself for not having come here sooner: not only does it not make us miss Naples, but it reaches it and surpasses it. The pizza is worth the trip, even if you were to leave Mumbai. Very good, honest prices, modern, small and welcoming place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

22/11/2024: My husband and I stayed here for four nights during our honeymoon around Tuscany. This hotel is a very beautiful and special place. When we arrived in from one of our previously visited cities, it was a Monday afternoon and the hotel restaurant was not open that night. Zoe helped us to reserve a table at a delicious local restaurant that was a short taxi ride away. (Definitely rent a car if you can or you will have to pay a pretty penny for the local taxis.) David the owner came to our room when we arrived with an aperitivo of some of their prosecco. The hotel grounds are well kept and very nice for sitting and enjoying the serenity of the area. We booked a cooking class with the executive chef and we handmade amazing dishes and enjoyed them for lunch as a four course meal. Greta helped translate the chef’s words to us from Italian to English the entire class and it all went very smoothly. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant two nights and the food was superb. I ordered the fusilloni pasta two nights in a row because it was that good. The service in the restaurant was exceptional and professional as well. The breakfast buffet was great with freshly baked goods and the fruits were fresh and ripe. The waiters were always by our side and ready to make any hot drinks or anything else hot from the kitchen. We did use the hotel’s laundry service and our clothing was clean and nicely ironed. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, always leaving our room super clean and looking untouched and closing the outside shutters at turndown. All of the staff were readily available to provide anything extra if we needed. David has done a phenomenal job in training his staff. I feel like I have more to say but this will do for now! We would love to return back one day with more friends and family to share Relais La Corte dei Papi with. Thank you all again!!

03/11/2024: Very expensive mirror for decoys Everything is nice as long as you are outside, a pleasant garden. The room, however, is all smoke and little fire, absolutely not in line with what a 5 star should be, there are no excuses. For a suite, the photos speak for themselves and there is really no need to say anything else. The phone doesn't have reception, the TV has 5 working channels, the hydromassage is not very clean and takes forever to heat up, not even 33cl of water offered... It's not the first time I've stayed as a couple in a hotel of this type and I can calmly say that in Tuscany you can find much better for the same price. If you have money to waste and want to be dazzled by the gold finishes, this is the place for you, but forget about cleanliness and those details that really make the experience worth the trip. Breakfast was nothing special, very little choice for savory foods and in general it was a hassle since nothing presented had labels describing what it was. Ditto for dinner where an appetizer is offered placed on the table without half a word of description. In general it can be said that the real sore point is represented not only by the price (absolutely disproportionate) but by the manipulative strategy that we have also had the opportunity to find in other reviews, so be careful because being clever is apparently a trend. The time of our arrival found the kitchen closed so we were offered a platter of cured meats (20 total slices) and cheeses (5 pieces) with a wine of their own production chosen by the maitre. No alternatives. No wine list. No price. Well, that lunch cost more than €100 and that's unacceptable. The maitre d' knew this when he proposed it to us, but we didn't. We felt really cheated, there is no justification, terrible attitude. If you think you're clever enough to fool the customers you manage to fool with two smiles, you deserve all the reviews that highlight how unfair not only the quality-price ratio is but also the lack of transparency of your offers.
