10/07/2025: Extremely rude staff! Obviously, I should have ordered my drink at the bar, but without being told, I can't guess. The server took my order at the table with nonchalance and contempt, huffing and puffing when I politely called out to him for service. No hello, no smile, and no goodbye. Same behavior when I left the establishment. It was enough to make you feel very uncomfortable.

10/07/2025: Graduation lunch, we arrived very late but were greeted with great kindness and friendliness. The staff were top-notch. Great food, excellent service. What more can I say? Highly recommended. Thank you all so much.

03/08/2025: Good value for money, but a ghost hotel. A single (adorable) person manages absolutely everything. The place has potential, the rooms are pleasant, but everything else is neglected: the restaurant is closed, the tables are leaning, the deckchair area is overgrown with weeds, and the breakfast is very poor and the bread is stale. And be warned, this isn't in the village of Fosdinovo, but in an industrial area across from a supermarket—the arrival is surprising. It's a shame, because with a little teamwork and maintenance, it could really become a great place.

22/06/2025: The hotel has a nice pool. The restaurant has amazing food and the people are really sweet and helpful!!

05/06/2025: Quiet place suitable for an excellent dinner especially quality. Very fresh fish, genuine and healthy cuisine. Ideal at the end of the day to relax in a typical Maremma and easy-going environment. Familiar and courteous service. I recommend!!!!

26/05/2025: We had lunch at this place a few Saturdays ago, we found a beautiful day so we ate outside in the outdoor space, fast service and tasty dishes!

31/12/2024: Good location. A former convent that needs more thorough cleaning and general order, the photos shown do not reflect the current situation of the complex. The structure has great potential which unfortunately is not exploited to the maximum.

27/12/2024: C'è chi non crede che si possa fare un przìanzo con 20 euro omnicomprensivi. Anche io ero tra quelli fino a quando , inn una pausa domenicale in occasione della visita alla Fiera Antiquaria, non nabbiamo torvato posto alla locanda di San Pier Piccolo. Ottima accoglienza in nun locale di interesse storico. Cibo inappuntabile (lasagne il top), qualiquantitativamente. Vino , coperto, pane ed acqua inclusi. Danon credersi. Davvero il top

10/07/2025: Unfortunately, we were rather unpleasantly surprised by this hotel. We chose it after seeing their good reviews online, but the welcome we received was truly subpar. The place is absolutely charming and the staff friendly, with the exception of the receptionist, who is deceptively friendly, cold as a prison door, and completely rigid. This was the only hotel during our entire stay where we weren't even allowed a bottle of water per person in the room, and when I asked for one, she told me we had to use the ones in the minibar and therefore pay for it, even though we had booked the best room at €360 per night. Bravo for the sense of welcome and service! Check-in at 3 p.m. but check-out at 11 a.m. My husband kindly asked if it was possible to have a late checkout at 12 p.m. like in all the other hotels we'd stayed at: a categorical refusal from this unfriendly receptionist, who coldly referred him to the rules. The pool closes at 7 p.m. in the middle of summer! Every time we came back from a visit around 6:30 p.m. or 7 p.m., it was already too late, and the children couldn't swim anymore. On the last day after checkout, the children finally went to the pool to enjoy it a little before leaving, and then she told us that we were no longer guests of the hotel and that we weren't allowed to go in the pool. Shocking!!! Never before seen! Especially since there was absolutely no one in the water and only three people on the poolside loungers, even though she also claimed there were already a number of guests, even resorting to lies to justify the unjustifiable in terms of customer service! We have never been so poorly received in Italy, and even less so in Tuscany, where the people are particularly lovely. There is no restaurant in this hotel, and in the evening we have to go to dinner at the hotel next door, La Capuccina, where the reception staff are, however, lovely, especially the charming Gaia, who gave us a very warm welcome. Overall, it's a shame for such a beautiful establishment, and we don't plan on returning there one day or ever recommending it to anyone we know, as we felt so unwelcome despite the beauty of the place. Putting such a person at the reception desk of an establishment is a real casting error! Not to mention the equally restrictive rules put in place by the owner of the establishment, who, of course, is not on site to listen to customer feedback, which he probably cares very little about.

17/06/2025: Beautiful property and friendly staff. We stayed here for 6 nights with our 3 month old. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great but the same options for 6 days got a little boring after some time. Also for food after hours you have to drive to town. One suggestion I would make is to add a coffee or tea maker in the room. It was advertised as the rooms have one but they don’t. A lot of early mornings I would have loved to enjoy some coffee/espresso on my balcony but did not have the option. And the Restaurant doesn’t open till 8am. Overall still great stay.

19/07/2025: Disappointed, they have a business in a fabulous location and make you feel like you are a huge inconvenience.

13/07/2025: They offer hot chocolate, aperitifs, etc. There was no table service when we went. The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming.

01/06/2025: A little on the edge of the tourist area you can eat an excellent pizza here. The house wine is also of excellent quality. The service is friendly and attentive. A place that is also very popular with locals.

16/04/2025: An absolute tip. We are currently on a pilgrimage on the St. Francis Way and just wanted to treat ourselves to a pizza here in the evening. It was actually the best vegetarian pizza we've ever had. All fresh vegetables - simply amazing. I ate the Pizza Ingo, a recommendation to anyone who wants a heartier pizza. As a starter, the two of us treated ourselves to the starter plate - it tasted just as it looked in the picture - great. And all this with wine, water and espresso at the end at an incredibly affordable price. Everything was rounded off by the friendly and warm service.

06/06/2025: Disappointing Restaurant Experience – Service and Quality Disappointing During our stay in Tuscany, my family and I visited the Diadema restaurant, run by Diadema Wine & EVO. Unfortunately, our excitement was quickly dashed – both in terms of service and cuisine. The reception was unfriendly and disinterested. The server was busy on his cell phone when we arrived and only addressed us briefly with a cold, "Can I help you?" – no greeting, no welcome. When I explained that we would like to eat, he simply asked if we had a reservation. Without further explanation, we were seated in an adjoining room, even though there were still tables available in the main room – after which we were again left waiting for a long time. The meal itself was unfortunately very disappointing: • The chicken schnitzel for our children was undercooked, and the French fries were barely edible. • My risotto was greasy, flavorless, and lacked Parmesan cheese – I couldn't eat it. • The meat dish was tough and difficult to chew. • The vegetarian dish – stuffed zucchini blossoms – was tasteless and poorly prepared. After I complained, we only received a limoncello – but we still had to pay the full bill, even though several dishes were returned virtually untouched. I myself have worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years and travel extensively, both for work and pleasure. I don't often write reviews – but this experience was so disrespectful and of such poor quality that I would at least like to warn other guests. First-time guests quickly sense that there is little interest in genuine hospitality here. Perhaps regulars or acquaintances are treated differently – but for us, the experience was unfortunately disappointing and inappropriate for a restaurant with these standards.

04/07/2025: Unfortunately, the place is closed despite the information on Google Maps that it is open. There is only a sign that you can go to other locations a few kilometers away and that's it. Big disappointment.

13/07/2025: Tonight, July 12, 2025 An unfortunate evening for the staff. Despite their good intentions, a production hiccup made it difficult to satisfy all customers, including myself, to a limited extent. However, the honesty and humility of the owner and staff overcame the difficulty. Excellent products. I will definitely return, and I warmly recommend it to anyone who reads this review.

12/07/2025: Very good pizza and reasonable prices. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but the pizzas arrived very late, and many people got up and left without eating. It's a shame, because there's potential. In my opinion, it's just an organizational issue.

03/08/2025: It's the best restaurant in Pistoia. Ramona, the owner, is a very kind person. When I call for lunch, she always finds me a place, and the food is amazing.

02/06/2025: Cucina molto buona, a parte che il cameriere e proprietaria sono visibilmente infastiditi che noi parliamo a pranzo rimproverandoci più volte che loro sono li a lavorare quindi dobbiamo prestargli attenzione (siamo dell'enel e ogni giorno gli portiamo tra le 10 e 15 persone), ci portano frutta e macedonia prima della pasta e dobbiamo tenerla sul tavolo (perché sì ) però quando c'è da riscuotere non ci fanno nemmeno finire il pranzo e siamo costretti ad interromperlo per pagare (è molto da maleducati). In sostanza si mangia discretamente ma la proprietaria e il cameriere hanno decisamente sbagliato mestiere

20/07/2025: Having visited Colonnata, I must say I was disappointed... in some areas it is rundown and poorly maintained... shame... but I appreciated the free shuttle service... let's get back to the review of this restaurant which is located in the central square right at the shuttle stop... the dishes are not exceptional but good, the lard I ate was good... the service was slow, too slow in my opinion, they need more staff at the tables and in the kitchen... the two waitresses there do the impossible, really good... the organization needs re-evaluating... and I repeat, they need more staff... the menu you find on the noticeboard outside does not correspond with what they bring to the tables... and if you ask, believe me, you will be disappointed... the prices are average but the place with its outdoor veranda overlooking the square makes it pleasant to taste the dishes... but I was more disappointed by Colonnata with all the marble that the town has in some alleys it is unsightly, dilapidated abandoned houses, uneven driveways....

11/07/2025: As a truck driver, it is important that there is a shower (free), toilet (free), normal-sized parking lot (free). The service is kind and helpful.
