03/08/2025: Attentive and fast service. Very good pizzas. The dough is excellent, the ingredients are good quality. We tried two white pizzas and two classic red pizzas. I loved the white pizzas: the unusual and perfectly executed flavor combinations. I will definitely be back.

The unanimous negative rating was for the excessive amount of sugar and thickeners, the poor mouthfeel, and, finally, the mediocre flavor. I hate to write this, but it was a disappointment, after having come specifically for this place based on the positive reviews we'd read.

14/11/2025: My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. • The room had a persistent musty odor mixed with a stench from the bathroom pipes, with a burning smell that made the air unbreathable. • The breakfast was terrible: packaged croissants of poor quality, with no attention to freshness or presentation. • There were not even glasses or cutlery within reach, a sign of careless management and lack of attention to guests. • The coffee was undrinkable, of such poor quality that it further degraded the experience. In short, a stay I would not recommend to anyone: neglected structure, poor service, and a total lack of customer care.

17/08/2025: In a summer where everyone complains about beach prices, I found excellent service here at a more than fair price. Well-spaced umbrellas (there were days when we had four lounge chairs under our umbrella and didn't bother our neighbors at all) and free parking for guests, at an unexpected price and with a proper receipt. The managers are kind and honest. Congratulations! We'll be back!

12/08/2025: Excellent beach resort, quiet and without any noise. The restaurant is excellent, with reasonable prices considering you're enjoying a fish dish practically on the beach.

14/10/2025: An hour and a half wait for two simple pizzas, served by a rude and arrogant waitress. On Sundays, they offer a menu consisting of dishes prepared the day before and then reheated. The hotel may have changed management, but the restaurant remains stuck in the Third World. Hygiene is nonexistent: I saw with my own eyes the chef take a bite from a plate with his hands, lick his fingers, and then use those same fingers to add Parmesan cheese to another plate. It was a disgusting scene; I felt like throwing up. Furthermore, no one is wearing a protective hat to prevent hair from getting on their plates, and some aren't even wearing aprons.

10/05/2025: Di passaggio da Pisa all'ora di pranzo e dopo aver consultato TA abbiamo deciso fermarci a mangiare in questo ristorante appartenente al famoso attore Roberto Farnese. Si trova nella zona industriale e a poca distanza dall'uscita dell'autostrada. Davanti c'è il parcheggio privato è sulla parete esterna del locale ci sono delle gigantografie dell'attore ( piacevoli 😊). C'è anche lo spazio per tavoli all'esterno ma vista la stagione non era allestito. L'interno è arredato in modo gradevoli con tavoli all'interno e in una veranda spaziosa. Il menù a pranzo offre un menù fisso e a' la carte. Il punto di forza del locale è la "ciccia". In un banco frigo sono esposte dei bei tagli di bistecca e visto passare dei bei hamburger. Abbiamo preso dei bigoli cacio e pepe- buoni - e un tiramisù della casa sfizioso e molto buono. Le porzioni sono giuste e ben presentate. Il servizio è stato rapido e gentile. Non ci sono barriere architettoniche.
