02/10/2025: Excellent place... the food was truly excellent. We ate special homemade ravioli, and to say "special" is an understatement... the tripe was enchanting, truly well-made. The dessert, a custard and pine nut tart, made this lunch a perfect end. The coffee was also excellent, and the herb liqueur was divine. All this was complemented by the kindness and professionalism of the guy—I think his name is Salvatore—who not only served us divinely but also gave us great advice. Congratulations indeed.

02/10/2025: Very friendly staff. We were almost the only non-Italians. Everyone else was Italian. It was so nice. We had a very good meal; it wasn't stressful, but we didn't have to wait long either. The starters were very good and beautifully presented. The wood-fired pizzas were very crispy, beautifully topped, and very tasty. If we had to find a fault, it was the knives, which weren't very suitable for the pizzas (they were blunt). Thank you so much for everything.

01/11/2025: We had dinner at this agriturismo, which we found by chance. The food was excellent, and the portions were generous. Excellent value, and the ingredients were either homegrown or sourced locally. But what I really want to highlight is Elia's impeccable service. If I could, I'd give him more than 5 stars for his kindness and dedication. Thank you so much. Definitely recommended.

26/10/2025: Beautiful location, very close to the sea, convenient for exploring the entire island. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Recommended for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

16/09/2025: Takeout pizzeria with a few tables outside where you can order food. Very good pizza.

18/08/2025: Small and disorganized place. Waiting for a pizza for an hour! Few tables where smoking is permitted.

24/08/2025: Now an institution in Montepiano. Excellent quality bread and baked goods, always friendly service, and reasonable prices.

21/08/2025: A typical village bakery where you can find authentic and delicious products. The biscuits are excellent, as are the bread and pizza by the slice.

25/08/2025: Having recently bought a house by the sea, we tried this restaurant and, what can I say, it was delicious! The best seafood I've ever eaten, the real seafood. The fried food was delicious and dry, just as it should be. Very fast service and very kind people! The prices are lower than the restaurants in the Marina di Pietrasanta area, so it's top notch!!! 🔝

24/08/2025: Top restaurant, the food is excellent, the fish is excellent. The pizza is also very good, and the staff is kind and helpful. We had a table of 15 people, and for a Saturday in August when it was completely full, we were satisfied!! We'll be back.

08/10/2025: Buonosera, My friends and I dined at Ganzo (08 October 25). Our table of four had a very NICE variety for dinner. The FAVES were: - the Pork Belly dish - the Sliced Cheese Of course, the Wine! ❤️🍷❤️ We were warmly welcomed, received the "instructions" for dining as well as received very attentive support for our Waiter, Peppe. The experience was lovely, the atmosphere was cozy, vibrant. A side note, the music genre was Great! We shared that two of us are attending the University. We had a good exchange of information flow. After dinner, I asked a few more questions about the restaurant to another Staff member, Candice. She graciously showed me all the areas and even introduced me to the Chef. The other Staff members were equally Wonderful! Overall, I'd definitely recommend! I look forward to returning. Bravo to the Chef and Staff! Grazie, Ciao! 😁 I tried to edit the pricing information, but it didn't change. Per person cost was €10.

12/07/2025: Durante un reciente viaje a Florencia con mi familia, tuvimos el placer de descubrir Il Santino, un acogedor y elegante bar de vinos que rápidamente se convirtió en una de nuestras paradas favoritas. Aunque pequeño en tamaño, Il Santino ofrece gran ambiente y calidad. El interior es cálido e íntimo, con un ambiente relajado y agradable que te hará sentir instantáneamente como en casa. Está claro que este lugar es amado tanto por los lugareños como por los viajeros. La selección de vinos es excelente, centrada en vinos Italiano y especialmente toscanos, con opciones para todos los paladares. El personal fue amable, conocedor y feliz de ayudarnos a guiarnos a través de sus ofertas. Cada vino que probamos fue excelente, con maridajes bien pensados sugeridos en todo momento. Lo que realmente nos impresionó fue la comida del bar. Mucho más que una nota al margen, los platos pequeños eran deliciosos y estaban bellamente preparados. Desde carnes curadas y quesos hasta bocados de temporada, todo era fresco y lleno de sabor, perfecto para acompañar los vinos. Il Santino es el tipo de lugar al que puedes ir a tomar una copa rápida y terminar pasando la noche allí. Ya sea que seas un amante del vino o simplemente estés buscando un lugar local especial en Florencia, esta pequeña joya definitivamente vale la pena una visita.

06/04/2025: Ottima cucina con possibilità di asporto o di consumazione sul posto. Menù variegato, per tutti i gusti. Buoni i vini. Occorre munirsi di pazienza perché al bancone sono solo in due, una per la preparazione delle pietanze e l’altra per il servizio. Nei weekend è preso d’assalto e il tutto si traduce in tempi di attesa un po’ esasperati. Consigliato comunque per la cortesia e la qualità offerta!

15/05/2025: Esta es una pequeña dinamo quant ... gran servicio , la comida era de siguiente nivel Lucca con una carta de vinos de sonido . Hemos estado en Lucca muchas veces y esto es justo ahí arriba con o si no la mejor comida que hemos comido , sorprendidos de ver solo un par de mesas tomadas en este jueves lluvioso . Tiene un buen precio y una gran energía y vibra. Me encantó

29/04/2025: In una via tranquilla ad un passo dalla affollatissima piazza dell'anfiteatro offre alcuni piatti originali di carne e pesce. Porzioni non abbondanti ma prodotti freschi e gustosi. Buoni i vini. Eccellente il servizio. Prezzo adeguato considerando la location.

05/10/2025: The bar was open all night, very well stocked with both sweet and savory options, everything delicious. The best thing, however, was the kindness and courtesy we found. We were having trouble with the car, and they managed to give us a big hand even though it was Sunday. It truly was an oasis in the desert. Thank you so much ❤️

28/09/2025: We paid 40 Euros for two really small portions of the worst lasagna I’ve ever eaten (probably a frozen one?), one small beer and one Aperol Spritz. We stopped here because it was one of the only open places and we were really hungry after a long hike, we didn’t expect anything fancy at all, just good local cuisine, but it really wasn’t worth it at all.

15/09/2025: I went with my mom to celebrate my birthday and the experience was disappointing. No one welcomed us, waiters were rushing around, and when we asked for a table one just said “no no” because we didn’t have a reservation—without even checking. We had to find someone else ourselves to finally get seated without asking for reservation. Service was chaotic, with too many waiters running around. The food was good—ravioli and spaghetti nice (though the carbonara was sticky), Caesar salad surprisingly tasty, and the olive oil outstanding. Sadly, everything else ruined it. At the end, we wanted to light my cake and take a photo. Waiters ignored us, and when a kind server tried to help, security stopped him. No candle, no photo, just stress and unfriendly staff. Good food and interior, but terrible service. Not a place to celebrate anything special.

05/11/2025: I'll start by saying that this review refers to a lunch during the Lucca Comics and Games, so there are all the mitigating factors involved. We ate pizza at an inside table. The place is nice and clean, and the pizza was good. That's why I'm giving it three stars, whereas the service would be zero. I won't dwell on the inattention and the timing (both of which were present) because I understand the nature of the day. However, if there's no silverware on the table and pizzas are brought that are already cut, but not very well, it's intolerable that when we asked for silverware for everyone, the waitress, in a huff, only brought a pair that we had to share, and handed them to us as if asking had been a bother. I'll start by saying that the silverware was taken from a full basket, so it's not due to a lack of clean dishes, but rather, in my opinion, a lack of desire to deliver things that will later have to be cleaned.

03/11/2025: More than a review, I'd describe it as a survival guide, and I'll start by saying that if you want to have a nice evening after a long, tiring day, it's best to go elsewhere before losing patience and other worries. It started badly because we were a small group of six when we arrived. Despite having made a reservation, we were told we still had to queue and wait to be seated, so what's the point of booking exactly? Perhaps they're trying to squeeze in more people than they can handle just to make a profit. After all, once someone has booked, where else can they go? They're forced to stay with you. The place was huge inside, so there was absolutely no need to make a few extra bucks at the expense of some unfortunate person. You could have paid the checkout anyway. We arrived an hour later than booked. The seats outside didn't even have heating (with the amount our group spent, I assure you, you can afford an electric patio heater), and some didn't even have light. We read the menu with our phone's flashlight. When we ordered, we were told that pizzas would take 40 minutes or more, so it would be better to order something from the kitchen. Well, guess what? The table next to us, who arrived several minutes later, also ordered pizzas, and they arrived before our dishes. At least I had ordered fries (frozen, as per the menu), which arrived after 30 minutes. A friend, again for appetizers, had chicken nuggets, which arrived 15 minutes after the fries (served without sauce, by the way). I'd be embarrassed to serve them; McDonald's Nuggets are better for the price. Another funny thing was that the waiters (obviously not their fault, poor things; in fact, they were kind and helpful) kept asking us as we passed by if we had ordered that dish, because obviously they're always adding tables outside the valley to figure out the numbers, poor things. An hour later than ordered, my pasta arrived, but it was still there, and it was the only pasta available. It didn't need all this attention, at least the sauce was good. After about 10 minutes, my friends' dishes began to arrive (obviously, they didn't arrive together, there's no such luxury here). By the time the last friend's dish arrived, the others had already finished. In short, as you can see from this review, there's a lot of care and attention given to the customer. So, decide carefully where to spend your money. I'm giving one star for the beautiful view of the church. A plus for the staff, who clearly have a good understanding of where they work. Thanks for your support in this ordeal.

05/10/2025: The lido was already closed at the end of September. The beach area was, however, wonderfully beautiful. I can't say anything about the lido itself.
