20/05/2025: Cena ottima tutto veramente buono,alcuni piatti erano una totale esplosione di sapori. Ambiente elegante e tranquillo. Personale gentile e cordiale sempre presente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Consigliato. Complimenti per la Stella.

13/05/2025: Disappointed by the insistent and impersonal service. The food is excellent, the 6-course themed menus are expensive but tasty. However, we expect a better experience for the very high price; the service is too insistent and not discreet enough (we were constantly refilled with water and insistently offered a new bottle immediately, people came to see us several times in a row insisting on more wine...), not warm enough, the wines by the glasses recommended by the sommelier were good but formed a poor pairing with the dishes. Overall, this overly present service spoils the experience, the gastronomic quality of which is certainly there; also a little disappointed by the pasta with capers, which was far too salty. The other dishes were delicious. Special mention for the desserts, refined and very good, which made us discover unsuspected facets of Sicilian almonds and pistachios.

10/12/2024: Beautiful place to enjoy the best pizza sandwiches! Excellent ingredients, unique flavour, maximum hygiene... truly a delightful place to relax for a superlative dinner. The owners are welcoming and very kind, the girl is very active and professional. Our ideal place!❤️

25/11/2024: These were the best pizzas we had in Sicily , the yellow tomato pizza was something new and we really loved the base and flavours from both pizzas. They also had an amazing pomegranate soft drink. Staff were friendly with the location also be a great place.

03/05/2025: It is clear from this that reviews are for fools but justice must be done here. I celebrated my 39th birthday and it was one of the best I've ever celebrated. The owner of the house is a good man, he doesn't use French words AND IT DOES VERY GOOD because he doesn't make fun of you. Its answer lies in the quality of everything it offers you. Forever in my heart. Congratulations for your love and dedication

20/04/2025: After two years, I returned and what can I say... The place remained the same if not more beautiful. Placed with Mr. Antonio very kind, welcoming and always ready to satisfy our needs. 29/04/2025: Ottimo posto per un pranzo veloce ma senza rinunciare al gusto e alla qualità . Io e mio marito abbiamo pranzato oggi : io ho preso una insalata gustosa , mio marito un panino farcito ed un piatto di verdure grigliate con formaggio locale ed olive . Tutto buonissimo , prodotto freschi preparati tutti al momento . Super consigliato anche per la cortesia e simpatia del personale

01/10/2024: What on earth is going on here…. I can’t even begin to understand the good reviews for this Restaurant. Arrived at this beautiful location very excited, expecting to have a true gastronomic feast and wow what an incredible let down. 4 of us, ordered 11 items from the menu and the best thing by far was the bread/olive oil. Shocking how the head chef could try any of what was served and think that guests would enjoy any of it. Risotto/pasta/linguine dishes- bland is such an understatement! Sicilian/Italian food should be rich and have depth that comes from being made with love and passion for all things food. The risotto especially was a total embarrassment to gastronomy.. Cod cous-cous and the octopus with pickled vegetables were both awfully boring with literally zero flavour. Embarrassing to serve such flat and bland food! Served alongside the amazing olive oil was a huge salt dispenser, could the concept of this place be ‘season and flavour the food by yourself’….. lentil/veg soup looked incredible, then one bite and the sadness just grew! seemed like it was prepared by a robot(honestly how can something so tasteless be served to anyone). The beef tartare was partly still frozen! The sea bass tartare had what might be considered a ‘hint’ of flavour but maybe I am kidding myself and starting to feel sorry for this place. Please do not even consider going to this place if like ourselves, you have travelled and sampled fine cuisine from many incredible establishments across the globe. The car journey back to the villa was part shock and part hilarious outbursts of what did we just experience.

21/05/2025: Absolument délicieux !!! Accueil au top sous les oliviers centenaires. Antipasti fondants et pasta allá norma exceptionnelle. Merci à toute l équipe pour ce lieu tranquille discret et plein de charme au vin blanc de qualité servi bien frais!

12/03/2025: We chose the restaurant based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, I can't understand it at all. The service was bored and disinterested, Sicilian specialties were basically out. A wet plate with wet packets of salt came to the table without comment with bread and half a bottle of oil. I would have liked to have ordered olives and a piece of peccorino cheese as the bread was fresh and delicious. The waiter didn't look at us, even though we and two others were the only guests. A simple insalata mista for €10 consisted of a flat dessert plate, also flatly filled. Then some iceberg lettuce and some radiccio. The main course, touristy calamari fritti, was OK, but overpriced for the quantity and simplicity. It's a shame, with more interest in the guest we could have overlooked such mistakes. And we would have liked to have left money for la dolce vita if it had been available!!

19/05/2025: If you are in Noto and you want a really good pizza, I highly recommend the pizzeria La Cattedrale. Located in an enchanting position, right in front of the Cathedral, it offers a breathtaking view that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The pizza is really excellent: light dough, well leavened, fragrant and digestible. The fillings are abundant and prepared with very fresh ingredients, many of which are typical Sicilian. I tried a pizza with buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil: simple but exceptional, with a perfect balance of flavors. The staff is kind, helpful and attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. An ideal place for both an informal dinner and a special evening. I will definitely be back!

19/05/2025: Enjoying a wonderful ice cream with friends while enjoying the view of the superb Cathedral of Noto and listening to some ethnic music. Simply fantastic.
