13/08/2025: Excellent quality ingredients and sophisticated pairings and recipes. Location: Good lighting but limited ambiance, no music, and tables quite close together. Overall, a good experience; we'd return to try new delicacies.

11/08/2025: I don't usually write reviews, but this time I felt compelled to share my unfortunately negative experience at this Michelin-starred restaurant regarding their gluten-free options. When I ordered, I had chosen the meat menu, but was told it was "better" to opt for the fish menu, as it tasted better in a gluten-free version. I'm sure this wasn't the reason, but it was the most expensive. For dessert, I was initially offered a simple lemon sorbet, and in the end, I was the one who suggested the solution: just serve the ricotta from the cannoli, as they didn't have any gluten-free options. Bread in Michelin-starred restaurants is usually artisanal, homemade, or from quality bakeries. Here, however, I was served a Schaer multigrain loaf. The entrées I was served were also fewer than those my companion had. The pasta was supposed to be with anchovies, fennel, and breadcrumbs: mine arrived without the breadcrumbs. As a Sicilian, I know that this dish, without its crumbs, is completely meaningless. In other Michelin-starred restaurants I've been to, in these cases, they directly change the dish to maintain its overall quality, not simply eliminate the gluten-containing ingredient. I've been to several Michelin-starred restaurants and have never experienced such a lack of attention to gluten-free options. This isn't a polemic: the staff was very kind, but there's plenty of room for improvement when it comes to gluten-free options. The price isn't ridiculous, and for this very reason, I expect the same experience and attention to detail given to all customers.

19/08/2025: Signorelli's catering leaves much to be desired, with unqualified staff and subpar food. Not recommended. It's a shame given the beauty, elegance, and breathtaking view of the palace.

12/08/2025: Stunning location, a historic building right next to the Cathedral of San Nicolo. I stayed in a very spacious room with a view of the cathedral. This allowed me to comfortably watch the evening shows from my room. (Ermal Mezza concert, a wedding, street performers, etc.) The staff was all kind and welcoming, always available and attentive. Servicio muy amable. Lo encontramos un domingo, pero estaba ocupado, así que reservamos para más tarde en la semana. Vale la pena

09/07/2025: Codarossa is within the Masseria delle Volpe luxury resort. The restaurant has always been good and is now extremely upmarket, with wonderful combinations of flavours and textures - and visually inviting. Desserts are sinful. But one must sin from time to time. Aldo is the Maitre D and is vigilant that every desire is met. Terrific staff. Friendly, polite service. Multi lingual. Excellent wine selection. Lunch and dinner menus are different. And if you need more, the views over the magnificent gardens and pool add that magical finishing touch. A short drive from Noto, but why not stay? Menu choices are very hard to make ....

03/05/2025: It is clear from this that reviews are for fools but justice must be done here. I celebrated my 39th birthday and it was one of the best I've ever celebrated. The owner of the house is a good man, he doesn't use French words AND IT DOES VERY GOOD because he doesn't make fun of you. Its answer lies in the quality of everything it offers you. Forever in my heart. Congratulations for your love and dedication

19/08/2025: You’d be surprised that an apparent touristic restaurant facing the cathedral would have such simple ( in the best sense) and delicious food. Italians rarely get it wrong and our waiter Pablo made us feel quite welcome.

17/08/2025: A nightmare experience: kicked out to free up a table I've never written such a negative review, but the experience we had at this restaurant was nothing short of unacceptable. From the start, the service was rude and rushed, making us feel more like a nuisance than a customer. But the worst came at the end of the dinner. As we were finishing our last glass of wine and chatting, a waiter approached us and bluntly asked us to leave. The excuse? "We need the table for another group." It wasn't a polite request, but a full-blown eviction. We were shocked. Paying a hefty bill to be treated this way is simply unacceptable. It's clear that the management of this restaurant has no respect for their customers and is only interested in maximizing profits, treating people like numbers. I strongly advise against this place for anyone looking not only for good food but also for a modicum of decency and professional service. There are plenty of other restaurants in the city that are worth your time and money.

26/05/2025: Location carinissima praticamente sembra una palafitta in riva al mare. Servizio rapido e cortese. Pesce buono così come gli antipasti dolci non provati. Comunque stra consigliato. Ah dimenticavo prezzi modici considerata la location! Bravi

12/03/2025: We chose the restaurant based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, I can't understand it at all. The service was bored and disinterested, Sicilian specialties were basically out. A wet plate with wet packets of salt came to the table without comment with bread and half a bottle of oil. I would have liked to have ordered olives and a piece of peccorino cheese as the bread was fresh and delicious. The waiter didn't look at us, even though we and two others were the only guests. A simple insalata mista for €10 consisted of a flat dessert plate, also flatly filled. Then some iceberg lettuce and some radiccio. The main course, touristy calamari fritti, was OK, but overpriced for the quantity and simplicity. It's a shame, with more interest in the guest we could have overlooked such mistakes. And we would have liked to have left money for la dolce vita if it had been available!!

17/08/2025: I recommend improving everything: approach, politeness, atmosphere, and fixing the air conditioning! Why do you charge for service and cover charge? A rip-off! The air conditioning is broken, and the cover charge doesn't exist unless you count paper napkins (which you MUST ask for because they're not available), plastic cups, and no cutlery! So the cover charge is a rip-off! They fail to understand that sandwiches should be chosen at the counter and seen live.

16/08/2025: Embarrassing situation. Rude, aggressive, and ill-mannered. Discrimination against older people and small children with strollers. They don't understand the meaning of politeness, courtesy, and kindness. Avoid at all costs.
