08/03/2026: HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED...!!! Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Lunch was arranged ahead of time with L'Oste for today, costing €25, including "appetizer - 2 first courses - water/wine - coffee." Having mentioned that a vegetarian was coming, he had neither the good taste nor the ability to propose a variation to the agreed-upon menu, limiting it to just one first course, in addition to the inevitable exclusion of salami and animal products. During lunch, L'Oste proved unprofessional and clearly annoyed by the requests for the agreed-upon portions. The portions weren't enough for all diners, neither for appetizers nor drinks. The climax came when we noticed that the Coca-Cola served in glass bottles had expired. At the end of the meal, not even the agreed-upon coffee was served.

08/03/2026: HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! Today, March 8, 2026, I was hoping to spend a peaceful Women's Day and, above all, enjoy a good lunch in beautiful Scicli. NO. Unfortunately, I had one of the worst dining experiences of my life! First of all, the owner, lacking in politeness and empathy, already knew in advance that I'm a vegetarian and that I'd be dining there with a large group of friends. Despite this, he showed no interest in trying to change one of the two first courses on the menu because they were meat-based. Nevertheless, I overlooked it and, out of politeness, I accepted! Except that during the appetizer, I noticed that not only was there a lot of salami, but the attention was focused on the portions, practically rationed out to the diners. Not to mention his annoyed and irritated facial expressions when we asked for wine and water. AGREED! The icing on the cake was realizing the expired Coke. In short, I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OSTERIA. If you have to eat in Scicli, get a good sandwich from anyone or anywhere else, but NOT THIS!

21/01/2026: The Diana pizzeria and restaurant, located in the square of the same name, is a place worth visiting without hesitation. The cuisine is good, with a variety of choices to suit your tastes; you'll rarely be disappointed. The staff is very attentive and attentive to their customers' needs... My personal opinion is that if you don't have any particular requirements, it's the perfect place for any occasion. The espresso coffee deserves special mention, made with care and expertly prepared. For those passing through Comiso, I recommend checking out the mosaics of the Roman baths (I presume) just a few steps from the restaurant... less than two meters.

05/11/2025: I had the opportunity to go to this pizzeria on a Saturday night, a very cozy little place...near the square. Excellent pizza, plenty of ingredients, good quality raw materials. Very friendly staff.

11/10/2025: I was truly impressed by this place! We ate truly fresh fish. In the afternoon, we ordered some first courses and fish, so Mr. Salvo took care of purchasing the ingredients! You could taste the love and passion, as well as the quality, in every dish from Mrs. Michela. Mr. Salvo was incredibly kind, always smiling, and attentive to every detail, making us feel at home. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, perfect for a quiet, quality dinner. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back! Thank you, Salvo!

08/11/2025: We had breakfast on Sunday at this pastry shop/café. The staff was welcoming and kind. We tried what you see in the photo: a maritozzo and a baked brioche with cream. Everything was delicious.

I'll tell you... every time I decide to eat at the pool, I always order the same things... a selection of appetizers, excellent, and a couple of first courses to finish off with a flourish... tagliolini with lobster and paccheri with grouper ragù. Everything was well-served, but above all, excellent. Thanks to all the staff. Highly recommended!

I had an appetizer of roasted artichokes and mushrooms, cooked to perfection and very tasty. A 1kg steak was cooked to perfection, and a simple but truly flavorful orange salad complemented the delicious meat. All accompanied by a bottle of wine from the Donnafugata cellars. An excellent experience.

27/02/2026: Delicious pizza and fish! Truly out of the ordinary. Quality craft beer and the chef's desserts are truly amazing. The place is very cute, clean, and welcoming, and, not to be underestimated, has the perfect lighting to make the most of the evening. Highly recommended!

01/02/2026: We had high expectations, considering the two Gambero Rosso stars, but unfortunately the experience didn't quite live up to them. We ordered a gluten-free Margherita and a Capricciosa: we expected something more, both in terms of the dough and the overall quality. The pizzas were too heavy with toppings, especially the gluten-free Margherita, with excessive mozzarella. We weren't entirely convinced by the taste either, and at the end of the meal we found them a bit heavy and difficult to digest. That said, the location is truly lovely, with indoor and outdoor dining (covered in the winter), an open kitchen, and an excellent wine selection. The staff was extremely friendly, and the prices were reasonable.
