05/07/2026: Eating nauseatingly raw 2 sandwiches for €40 (raw), sitting at the table since 9:30 and they brought our food (raw) at 11:30. Highly not recommended. Reply to the owner's reply: I wrote that I sat down at 9:30 and then waited about 50 minutes just to get my order, and I paid €35 ​​instead of €40 just because I told you about the problem. 🤣😘

02/07/2026: The place is overcrowded and the tables and chairs are not comfortable. However the burgers and pizzas are really good and the prices are decent.

01/06/2026: First and last time. Lack of seriousness and professionalism towards customers. My husband ordered a €15 grilled meat platter that included chicken, rib eye steak, sausage, and a slice of pork chop. The plate arrived, and we found a small piece of chicken that looked like someone else's leftovers and a sausage knot cut open to make it look bigger. When the waitress asked, "Is everything okay?" we pointed out, clearly, that the chicken was almost nonexistent. I could go on, but I'll stop. When we got to the cashier, the chef told us he'd run out of chicken (it was only 8:00 PM and no one was there) and so he'd put in a whole rib eye steak (as small as my hand) instead of half! I didn't want to add to the fuss because I already thought the situation was embarrassing, but really, no comment. I don't like giving negative reviews, but this time I thought it was necessary. Customers shouldn't be taken for granted. We all work, and having our money stolen is pissing us off. It's not fair. Do something else and maybe do it better.

29/08/2025: I've eaten at this pizzeria often. The gastronomic experience has always been excellent. Unfortunately, however, last night I must say with deep regret that this was not the case. The service was very welcoming as always. The staff was fully capable of satisfying every need of the diners with the profound kindness that has always distinguished them. Unfortunately, the food was a completely different story. The classic and skin-on fries were excellent. The pizza ingredients were very fresh. The problem arose with the pizza dough. It didn't seem entirely freshly made, or at least recently prepared. Last night and this morning I had serious intestinal problems with severe abdominal pain. Many of the diners also reported these problems. I felt terrible. At this moment, I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to eat pizza at this establishment. A very disappointing experience, and I say this as a loyal customer of this pizzeria.

15/06/2025: Good pizzas, on Saturday night the service could be improved in terms of timing. The highlight is a superlative sweet pizza!

11/01/2026: The pizza wasn't bad, the staff was useless, the staff was really awful.

08/01/2026: The location was appropriate for the expectations and budget. Overall, we had a good time, especially considering there were 20 adults and 17 children.

18/07/2026: Thank you for ruining my birthday! I ordered three pans of pizza, which obviously were delivered late, obviously overcharged, and obviously when I spoke to the girl on the day I ordered, she didn't understand anything; she even told me which flavors to order. I'm shocked!

08/07/2026: We bought a large platter with lots of Sicilian delicacies today. Everything was absolutely delicious. The saleswoman explained everything to us in good English and was very friendly. We'll definitely be back during our holiday ;) Great little shop...keep it up!

12/06/2026: Excellent experience. I highly recommend it. We had linguine with shellfish. A real treat. Very warm welcome.

17/05/2026: Unwelcoming to customers, rude and unhelpful owner, slow service due to lack of staff. Never return.

27/06/2026: Sometimes it's better to stay in the memories... after a long time, I'm finally trying the new location of this restaurant-pizzeria. I've been there so many times when it was just "La Valle," but this one shouldn't be called 2.0 but 0.5. I'm sorry, but with only three tables in the dining room, you can't bring the food after an hour and the appetizer after the main course. Let's forget about the quality... I repeat: memories are better.

04/04/2026: The prices on the menu didn't match those on the receipt, resulting in a significant increase. The drink prices weren't listed; you had to guess, as were the pizza prices. Frozen items, well, that's fine.

16/12/2025: The restaurant is located in the heart of Ragusa Ibla and is truly beautiful, well-kept, and clean. The atmosphere is welcoming and enhanced by an interesting historical detail: inside, an original section where an old manger once stood is visible, adding character and authenticity to the place. The service is attentive and the atmosphere pleasant, ideal for a quiet evening in the heart of the historic center. The only negative is the pizza: the dough is not soft, but rather dry and has a biscuit-like consistency, which may not be to the taste of those who prefer a softer, more airy pizza. Overall, a good experience for the location and atmosphere, with room for improvement on the main product.

16/05/2026: We arrived late in the city and the owner of the apartments said that at this time and not far away you can only eat here. We were very warmly welcomed, deliciously fed and it was an incredible local wine. Pizza 4 cheeses🥰. So delicious that we didn't even have time to take a photo of the pizza🫣 The second time we also bought the famous chocolate from Modica at a good price. Thank you from a group of Ukrainian psychotherapists😉

01/06/2026: Delicious fish dishes! Tuna tartare super fresh 👌🏻 Ravioli con pesce e suga di zucca was amazing (according to Jolanda) and the Gamberoni con guanciale was TOP. Complimenti 😀

10/05/2026: Nice place. The seating wasn't too crowded. The food was tasty. The cocktails weren't great. The staff was friendly. Nice place, but not a huge hit.
