17/01/2026: You can't call it a restaurant where you serve defrosted products taken out of the packaging and placed haphazardly on a plate with washing residues (see residues of abrasive sponge) without the consideration of the waitress/waiter who served us at the table in record time for a lunch that should have realized it lasted about 20 minutes, we wanted to cut it short, overpay and leave and never return, we are very sorry but it was a very bad experience

09/03/2026: Excellent typical Sicilian menu, large and unique atmosphere, splendid terrace with a view, very kind, a sign indicates it, follow the road, you see a green wooden barrel, go up the stairs and you have arrived :)
26/02/2026: We came for lunch and it was delightful.
I'd recommend the zucchini side dish.
The owner served us, and was very friendly (and spoke English well).
We sat in the lower area.. so no views (I think the terrace is closed in winter/lunch).

29/08/2025: Stumbled upon this place when wondering around and we were all very pleasantly surprised.
Group of 6 inc. 2 kids.
Great portion sizes. Cabonara was the best I've had so far in Italy. Lasagne was very cheesy but ok. Tiramisu was really nice and finished with a coffee.
Staff were friendly (a little hard sell but not overly) and spike good English.
Would recommend.
08/08/2025: Excellent food. We had three different meals and all three were excellent. Lasagna, ravioli and carbonara - made just right. The tiramisu dessert was excellent. And all this with excellent, friendly service and reasonable prices. Perfect.

08/03/2026: We had high expectations, but the place, the food, and the staff completely disappointed us. We won't be returning, nor will we recommend this place to our friends. Awful experience.
07/01/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant on Epiphany (reserved that morning). The restaurant is elegant, with a very friendly welcome and patience in accommodating our requests. The table setting is classic and unpretentious. Excellent traditional dishes, and the view of the Duomo from inside the restaurant is wonderful.
Recommended.

02/08/2025: Effettivamente i sapori li hanno persi tutti. Pessima esperienza, non torneremo mai più. Piatti insulsi e distanti dalla tradizione, sostanzialmente immangiabili. Una vera delusione, il peggior ristorante di Modica, nulla di ciò che abbiamo mangiato somigliava neppure lontanamente ai piatti della tradizione. Vivamente sconsigliato
