13/05/2026: I spent one night with a group of my own. They gave me a room outside, a little further down the street in a wonderful apartment with frescoed ceilings. We had a buffet dinner upstairs on the terrace, and everything was delicious.

06/01/2026: Hotels that feels old! Impossible to sleep as they have resturant above and after it's closed they keep on moving tables abd chairs as if they do it on purpose to disturb guests who sleep underneath! Same noise start again around 06.30 as the sane place get ready to serve breakfast. rude night reception unhelpful he felt disturbed as I called for blanket as the Ac was broken!

21/07/2026: Their pasta al pesto dì pistacchio, Is the best I ever had in Sicily. The attention was amazing.

20/06/2026: The appetizer and pasta were poetic! Congratulations, an excellent place, highly recommended for lunch. We'll definitely be back!

23/06/2026: Good local easy going restaurant with friendly service! Pizza was good, pasta was good ! Drink was good and it’s open on Monday.

09/06/2026: Fantastic place in Cefalù. The service was friendly and attentive, the food was fresh and delicious, and the coffee selection is truly exceptional. They offer a wide variety of specialty coffees, a pleasant surprise for coffee lovers. The sea view makes the experience even more special. A perfect place to relax, eat well, and enjoy the view. Highly recommended.

12/05/2026: An Agriturismo with a capital A. Excellent food and generous portions. Good service, courteous and helpful staff. Highly frequented; I recommend booking, especially on weekends. The owner is welcoming, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend trying it; you won't be disappointed. P.S. The cannoli are EXCEPTIONAL.

09/05/2026: First time for Sunday lunch with a set menu. The food was nothing special, and unfortunately, both of the two entrees served were undercooked. The service, like the interior, was a bit shabby. I didn't like it.

08/04/2026: In the days leading up to Easter, I bought a Neapolitan pastiera to share with friends for dinner. Once I'd cut it into portions, it completely fell apart; inside, it had the consistency of pudding, nothing like the original dessert: the bravest ones had to taste it with a spoon. I made a fool of myself (at €30 for the smallest portion), but they were no exception.

08/06/2026: Full marks to Cornuti, a top-quality rotisserie and other deli.... Welcoming staff.

10/05/2026: Terrible service, from the inexperienced waitress to the "sly" owner with her trap menu! Gin on the €10 menu, but obviously you drink it with tonic, and she makes you pay €2 for tonic on the side. Just like when we asked for a sandwich with prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato, and salad, they forgot the mozzarella. We told them, but after a while, instead of bringing us the missing ingredient—the mozzarella—she came back to see for herself if the mozzarella was really missing, and made us open the sandwich to check if the mozzarella was really missing! 04/05/2026: Classic street food, a wide selection of toast, huge portions, perfect for breakfast. The service is efficient and speaks some English. Unfortunately, they don't serve coffee, only cold drinks.

23/04/2026: Potentially nice place, but very poorly managed. On the plus side, the staff I encountered were always very friendly. The rest leaves much to be desired: prices are excessively high for the quantity and quality of the food. Overall cleanliness is subpar.

30/03/2026: Visits are by reservation only. After a steep climb, you'll admire a splendid view of Palermo, accompanied by a description and history of the city's main monuments visible from the tower. It's a wonderful experience, although you have to take into account the steps involved, but it was worth it.

21/05/2026: We wanted an authentic experience on our trip to Sicily and at the Conchiglia D’Oro that’s exactly what we got. Set in a quiet position about 15 minutes walk from Mondello beach the hotel is a lovely quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Mondello Beach and of course the centre of Palermo. The staff here are friendly, welcoming and willing to accommodate any request we had during our stay. Our room was basic, spacious, comfortable beds with an excellent bathroom and a small balcony. It was cleaned to perfection every day and was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Breakfast was continental with a decent array of pastries, breakfast cakea/biscuits, cereals, bread rolls, scrambled eggs and a good coffee machine. Drinks from the bar are available for the large majority of the day and are allowed out by the love pool area. It didn’t feel like the hotel was full when we stayed which added to the overall chilled experience but even if full our experience would have been just as positive. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay here and wanted to thank all of the great team at the hotel for making our anniversary week and my birthday a trip to remember! Worth noting that Palermo centre is about 15-20mins on a bus, we regularly caught the 806 bus from the stop at the bottom of the main road which is about a 10minute walk from the hotel towards Mondello beach. Buy bus tickets in advance on most tobacconists, there is a ticket booth on the main road down to the bus stop or I used Palermo Mobilita app to purchase my tickets. Either way don’t forget to validate your ticket when on the bus! ENJOY 😊

10/05/2026: The hospitality and service of the staff were outstanding. I can honestly say that I've rarely felt so comfortable and received such kind treatment. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to spend a few days in Mondello, just a 10-minute walk from the beach.
