30/09/2025: I was very satisfied with my experience at Zancos. It's a place suitable for all occasions, both formal and informal. This time, we decided to celebrate a family member's birthday. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout the service. I'd particularly like to mention the sandwich with a beef burger, cheese, mushrooms, white truffle cream, and arugula. I highly recommend it! A mix of ingredients that really go together. You can also choose between fries or grilled vegetables (for an additional fee) as a side dish. The restaurant also offers cuts of meat, such as Angus, as well as a wide selection of appetizers. The Zancos fries with aged Parmigiano Reggiano cream and bacon are definitely worth a try.

18/09/2025: I go to Palermo for work three or four times a year and stop at my sister's place, which is 100 meters from the restaurant...
I have to say, I'd never been before, and it was a surprise because the food is really good!
Reasonable prices, portions that are good for two...
I had a heifer accompanied by rice and vegetables with sauces, everything delicious!
The potatoes were also superb, perfectly seasoned with sauces and speck.
Highly recommended!

18/07/2025: So, I've been sitting in this shop for an hour and still haven't gotten my food. As a tourist, you're a second-class guest, it seems. I'm invited and hoping for the best meal of my life, since the shop really isn't that busy, so a long wait would be justified. People who came after us are already leaving. I hate Italy.
07/07/2025: Nice restaurant with good service and a nice sea view. All 5 of us agreed that the pizza we were served was the best we have ever eaten👍👍

29/01/2026: Terrible atmosphere. Terrible food. Non-existent waitress. Cold atmosphere. We were wearing coats and decided to get up, but out of politeness we stayed. It immediately made a bad impression on us, but at this point I don't understand the positive reviews, they're the ones I think are written by them.
NEVER AGAIN! Oops. I forgot about the coffee. We asked for it after an hour, the plates had been cleared away, and dessert wasn't even offered. Put a cross on that...

I wouldn't have paid that.

13/07/2025: We really like this place for breakfast. Their strength is service, so far all staff have been very kind with us. I recommend trying the ‘pan d’arancia’, it is divine. I don’t really like their croissants any more, I think they’ve changed their original recipe. But the rest is all good.

The delivery service was impeccable: the guy who delivered the pizza was extremely courteous and punctual, which is greatly appreciated.
The pizza was simply delicious: well-cooked, with a light and fragrant dough, richly topped, and authentic in flavor. Every bite confirmed the quality and care with which it's prepared.
I will definitely continue to order from here, because in addition to the delicious pizza, you also get excellent service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

29/10/2025: The rotisserie pieces are good, but the lasagna and the baked anelletti are not worthy of being called that.... The lasagna consists only of bechamel and two sheets of lasagna, the anelletti only have sauce and a few peas that happened by chance. I came back and wanted to try the burger with onion rings and fries, I was not satisfied at all, the meat was low quality, the fries were not fresh, the onion ring was passable, I understand the quality for the price, but my 2.50 is good, they have a value, this sandwich is not.... I confirm that the rotisserie is excellent, even the baked anelletti have improved. The burger needs to be fixed: less things inside, more quality in the meat, at this moment I do not recommend it

22/11/2025: Ladies and gentlemen, this is my experience at the Torregrossa pizzeria. I booked at 9:00 PM and the pizza arrived at 11:00 PM. I've attached a photo above where I ordered a Diavola, but a mushroom ended up in the pizza... and I'm allergic. You can imagine my evening sitting in the bathroom. Happy Saturday evening, especially to Mr. Torregrossa.

05/01/2026: At 7:50 pm I ask if I can have sliced ham and the employee refuses to serve me saying that he had already disinfected the slicer... I change seats, arrive half an hour later and they serve me even though they were about to close... I ask the owners to be more careful about the staff they hire because, with some employees, they lose customers... I, for example, will never set foot in there again.
