Quest’anno abbiamo ordinato il Catering per un compleanno… Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Lo hanno consegnato a casa allora stabilita (nessun ritardo), Il cibo era caldo, ordinato, nessun errore nella consegna. Era tutto buonissimo. Consigliatissimo

18/08/2024: Willingness to dish In the simplicity of the geometric shape of the Tondo, a series of ideas and references are hidden which cascade, upon entering this restaurant, generating that famous stream of consciousness that Joyce masterfully described in his novels. Neglecting the Ephemeris of Granatelli's Prince (which, to force philology, leads us to the somewhat rounded orbits), the first thought that comes to me, coming from via Wagner, is a reference to Visconti's Ludwig (perhaps because of the Leopard that always hovers among the streets of Sicily?) and to the experimental concept of listening to music which included the orchestra in the center and the listeners forming a circle around it. Or, even if far away and opposed in these parts, Etna has a round crater... and around that round Nerello Mascalese, Carricante, Viognier and other vines are grown which end up in our round glasses in this restaurant. But how round is the orange based on the Amaro Amara that accompanies the cannoli which are round if seen in frontal perspective. And when you see the oven at the back of the room, how can you not think of the soft round of the splendid pizzas that land softly on our tables. How round are the plates filled with spaghetti and clams with a snowfall of fresh mullet bottarga. And we were there in circles, listening and enjoying the symphonies that the sea returns from those flat circles, a bit like the spectators in that Bavarian Castle where Wagner resounded. And a final thought goes to my intellectual circle around Wagner, where for a while that giant Nietzsche resided with his eternal return of the same, who I necessarily imagine to be round, and to the impostors of his sister and brother-in-law who published posthumously the "Will to Power", which today we would label as fake. But when we are in Palermo for work and we decide to go to lunch, this flow is triggered, but above all the "Will for Dish" is triggered and to satisfy it we usually come to this very nice restaurant, so if it bothers you to listen to Wagner, read Nietzsche or Joyce or Granatelli's almanacs of the Prince, listen to me: come and eat here.

28/06/2024: Pizza e antipasto veramente pessimi! Scegliendo il menù fisso per un evento ci hanno portato come antipasto 4 patatine e letteralmente UNA crocchè a testa. Per non parlare della cameriera che ci ha servito, veramente maleducata e scontrosa: pretendeva che si ordinasse uno alla volta (fin qui tutto normale, nonostante la mancanza di modi e toni) finché due mie amiche, che desideravano ordinare la stessa pizza, invece di dire a turno due pizze uguali, una delle due ha semplicemente ordinato anche per l’altra dicendo “per noi 2 di queste” e lei ha così cominciato a urlare lasciandoci increduli, trattandoci come bimbi all’asilo ai quali dare regole e urlare in faccia “non deviii ordinare anche per gli altriii, silenzio silenzio, devi dirmi solo la tua pizza!!”, poi abbiamo chiesto delle posate in più e la sua reazione è stata nuovamente eccessiva, urlando: “non dovete rivolgermi parola quando digito l’ordine nel tablet”. Ma concludendo in bellezza, invece di chiederle il conto al tavolo per paura di ricevere altre urla in faccia, ci siamo diretti alla cassa per pagare, lei ci ha rincorso dicendoci in faccia che eravamo “dei vastasi maleducati” perché ci eravamo alzati e diretti alla cassa senza comunicarglielo (ma che vuol dire, manco stessimo scappando senza pagare)!!

23/08/2024: Questa trattoria ci è stata consigliata e siamo rimasti veramente molto soddisfatti. Il locale marittimo ma allo stesso tempo ci stupito in modo positivo. Il personale molto cortese e simpatico, fin da subito non sono mancate le risate. Porzioni molto abbondanti e tutto molto buono. Polpette di pesce, pepata di cozze, busiate ai frutti mare e fritto misto. Tutto veramente ottimo! Il prezzo molto onesto per ciò che offrono! Super consigliato!

14/08/2024: Avevo letto di "insalata marcia" e "mozzarelle acide", di "personale scortese" e "piatti poveri......sono andata contro corrente e per una volta non ho voluto dare retta alle recensioni, devo dire che HO FATTO BENISSIMO! Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo pranzato qui dividendoci un tagliere di affettati e formaggi poi un insalata solunto e una vegetariana; il cibo era tutto fresco comprese le mozzarelle, le porzioni erano giuste per un pranzo e il personale giovane e gentile. Ci torneremo sicuramente

08/08/2024: Terrible or almost non-existent service, interminable waits for three pizzas (which were inedible, like rubber), distracted and incompetent but above all rude staff! End of the fair: 86 euro bill for 4 and debit of an order from another table for a first course that never reached us 😅P. S. First and last time, all seasoned with stray animals wandering around the outdoor tables 😅
