28/07/2024: Restaurant, in one of the access streets, to the old "living room of Palermo, with a linear, informal and elegant location. Careful cuisine, explained in a menu, with a very interesting tasting and a la carte choice with semi-gourmet, refined, delicate dishes, the result of an elaboration aimed at seasonality and the high quality of the raw materials used. Vast wine list, with native, national and international selection. Prestigious presence of the old-fashioned Dining Room Manager, something latent today, which, at the same time, made the difference, both in the impeccable description of the dishes and in the advice on the choice of wine. It is also his, the fine merit of knowing how to masterfully prepare a first course of historical Panormite memory, with the vintage flambe technique, which has now disappeared in the various venues. Dining room staff, present, attentive and very kind. Perfect compliance with anti-Covid regulations. Excellent value for money.

25/03/2024: Pranzo domenicale da Alias. Gradevolissimo pranzo da Alias accompagnato da tre calici di vini non comuni e molto interessanti, oltreché piacevoli; cinque portate, più acqua e coperto; da parte loro inizialmente offerta una piccola degustazione di olio e.v. da colture di proprietà e una maionese aromatica. Buoni i due differenti pani proposti, così pure i croccanti grissini. - Finocchi, Cardoncelli, Aringa (Aringa affumicata a freddo, crema di finocchi, cardoncelli al forno e gel di arance) - Seppie e Carciofi (Seppie saltate in padella, carciofi alla villanella ed erba cipollina) - Zuppa di Pesce (Pasta mista fresca con pesce, crostacei, mandorle tostate e finocchietto selvatico) - Agnello e More (Tagliolini all'uovo con ragù di agnello e salsa di more) - Polpette di Pesce Spada (Polpette di pesce spada, melanzane fritte, cipolle in agrodolce e olive) Materie prime ottime, lo stesso si può dire per l'esecuzione delle pietanze, anche se ai tagliolini si è dovuto aggiungere del Parmigiano per regolarne la poca sapidità. I vini: - Litani 2022 (Begleri, vitigno rarissimo autoctono dell'isola greca Ikaria) - AFIANES - Malvasia Bianco Secco 2016 - Lantieri - Sick Dreyer 2018 Grand Cru (Gewurztraminer – Pinot Gris – Riesling – Muscat) - Kaefferkopf Contiamo di ritornare tra non molto, considerato che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il conto per due, 120€.

31/01/2024: Dans un quartier un peu isolé, sans âme qui vive la nuit, une villa avec piscine abrite un restaurant, à l'abri de ses murs. Accueil feutré et sympathique, tables espacées, une partie à proximité de la piscine. Carte assez compacte, avec des prix modérément élevés (16€ en moyenne les antipasti, une vingtaine d'euros pour les primi ou les secondi, desserts à 7/8 €). Tout ce que nous avons dégusté était très bon, voire excellent : en particulier, la salade tiède de calmars était d'une extrême subtilité. Bons dessert, peut-être un peu trop sucrés. En tout, ce fut l'un de nos meilleurs repas en Sicile et, même, de l'année ; et, de loin, notre meilleur repas à Mondello. Compte tenu de la qualité, le rapport qualité-prix est correct.

18/08/2024: We ate pizza. Good and well seasoned. We drank beer and a bottle of water. The problem was the bill. The price of the pizzas is exaggerated (even the simplest margherita) and then as if that wasn't enough, I have one topping removed from the pizza to add another (but we're talking about vegetables) and they make me pay €1.50 for the addition. And the seasoning I had removed? Ridiculous! Apart from the air conditioner which blew like a normal fan. Since you charge a lot, invest in making the customer feel good in your place!

13/08/2024: Absolutely everything perfect. Maximum attention for the whole family, especially for me who is pregnant and for my little 3 year old princess. Excellent quality raw materials, delicious pizza and impeccable service, from the welcome to the final greetings. We will gladly return! Thank you very much!

21/08/2024: The food was good, the place was magnificent, the children's pool didn't have high water and yet 8 years ago it wasn't like this, they must have done some work

18/08/2024: After a week spent in this splendid place I can only confirm that all the services offered by this place are impeccable, the swimming pool service with all the related services is excellent for those who have families and want to relax without having to worry about their children given that the level is the same for the entire pool. I want to thank Domenico and Mario, guys who are attentive to the needs of polite and helpful customers. As for the room, congratulations to the peach orchard for the choice of furnishings and Mrs. Raffaella for the cleaning standards always at the top. As far as the cuisine is concerned, everything is of high quality without distinction, whether you choose an à la carte menu or a fixed menu, the quality of the food does not change and is always at high levels. Thanks also go to the dining room staff, starting with Enza, the dining room manager, and moving on to the whole group always attentive to the customer's needs There is little to say about the pizza, simply try it and come back to try it too good Thanks to Marco Chiara Rosa and Rita who gave us this experience Thank you with all my heart

07/08/2024: Locale discreto servizi carenti abbiamo ricevuto le pietanze con grave ritardo dopo due ore almeno..... ed una alla volta.... Siamo usciti per cenare insieme ed invece abbiamo cenato ad uno ad uno.....esperienza da non ripetere

07/08/2024: Cibo tutto sommato buono. Camerieri scortesi, servizio inesistente. Abbiamo ordinato delle pizze e della carne. Le pizze sono arrivate dopo 1 ora dall’ordinazione e il resto dopo 50 minuti dalle pizze. Abbiamo mangiato praticamente separati.

03/09/2024: Restaurant located in Piazza Bologni in the province of Palermo in a large room with several outdoor seats in a beautiful, comfortable and ventilated area sheltered by umbrellas inside the square with a beautiful view of the monuments. Traditional Sicilian cuisine with good and tasty typical dishes of both meat and fish, a varied menu with tasty and delicate dishes and a kind and helpful service with attentive and fast waiters. Also recommended for the extraordinary Sicilian cannoli and the desserts they produce

01/09/2024: Very lovely brunch. The Italian classic, eggs a la Benedictine, were prepared in the most correct efficient manner, beong both tasty and aesthetically impressive. This essential staple item of a hearty brunch is itself worth experiencing. The service in this impeccably clean and spotless establishment was quite sterling and immediate. The coffee itself is epitomous of excellent quality Italian craftship: strong, intensive and of highest quality. The same applies also to the croissant and cannolo: fresh, well-made, and pleasure to look at.

22/04/2024: Per una gita fuori porta domenicale nella vicina Bagheria optiamo per prendere lo sfincione bagherese in questo conosciuto panificio. Sfincione ottimo, sia quello con la ricotta che quello con la tuma, buono anche il pane con le olive nere ed il pane a lievitazione naturale. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
