17/04/2026: Hands down the best cannoli in Sicily. Personally I’ve never seen the big deal about cannoli but this one converted me. Made fresh daily, shell perfectly crisp, ricotta light and not too sweet. The couple running it were also lovely. Highly recommend going out of your way for it, it’s worth it. We even bought two more to takeaway for the next day. The only surprise was €3 for an espresso in a paper cup, a bit steep.

16/04/2026: Literally the best Cannoli I ate on Sicily. I've tried 2 options - chocolate and the one with fresh strawberries - totally worth it. Ricotta and chocolate creme were do silky and tasteful. Great job!

21/03/2026: A charming and quaint place, attentive staff, and good food, all in the village of Milazzo... A welcoming and informal place. The only drawback is the parking, but you know, in certain places, that's quite obvious... But you can still park about 300 meters from the restaurant near the church of San Francesco da Paola. I'm not giving the food a 5⭐ just because I have to try other dishes first, but what we tasted was undoubtedly excellent quality. See you soon.

27/01/2026: Totò passami l’olio – A memorable experience 🇮🇹🍷 Excellent food, lovingly prepared and absolutely delicious. The wine recommendation was particularly lovely; the red wine served with the meal was a perfect match and rounded off the evening beautifully. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy; you immediately feel welcome. The service was attentive and warm, especially the wine recommendation – a big thank you for that! A place you'll gladly recommend and visit again yourself.

07/04/2026: An excellent family-run seafood restaurant with a sea view. If you choose the set menu, you won't be able to eat everything because the portions are so generous. I recommend booking in advance and requesting a table on the sea-view balcony. Dining with that breathtaking view will be an experience you'll remember forever!

01/04/2026: It was delicious; the small pizza was at least 26 cm in diameter. The dough was excellent, with a nice crust that wasn't dry. The tomato sauce really tasted like tomatoes. The hamburger was also very good; it came in a panini. Think of it like a doner kebab, except the bread was filled with the burger ingredients (patty, lettuce, cheese, tomato, ketchup, and mayo). The staff was also very friendly and attentive (they also speak English and French). It was a very pleasant evening.

25/03/2026: Last Sunday, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at Trattoria da Luciana. There were 15 of us at the table, and for some of us who were familiar with the deliciousness and quality of the cuisine, it was a reaffirmation, while for others who had never been there before, it was a very welcome and pleasant surprise. Ms. Luciana's sweetness, kindness, and cordiality make you feel at home. The same goes for her staff, who are very professional, kind, and friendly. The location is a feast for the eyes and the soul, instilling in me a passion for their work and a sense of serenity, aided by the green landscape you can admire while dining. I couldn't leave without purchasing one of their products, the delicious chocolate liqueur. Thank you, Mrs. Luciana, and my heartfelt congratulations. See you soon.

24/03/2026: Everything was excellent. Eating in front of the fireplace was very special. A family atmosphere.

22/02/2026: We got married in Lipari on October 4th. It was an intimate civil ceremony, with 25 guests in total. Following an excellent lunch and some excellent reviews, we chose Sangre Rojo restaurant for our celebration. Nunzia guided us through the lunch menu and table settings, respecting our desire for simplicity and suggesting what she felt would be appropriate, but also gently and firmly advising us against what she deemed unsuitable. The lunch went very well, and we won't waste time raving about the raw antipasti, the octopus and bean soup, the busiate pasta with anchovies and fennel, and the citrus-stuffed calamari, because they simply have to be tried (no more fuss). A special mention, however, goes to the panna cotta with freshly picked figs, which overcame the feeling of satiety in all (all!) of our guests. The view, with the Lipari coast stretching into the blue sea, did the rest. A huge thank you to Nunzia, her family, and all the staff for their kindness and professionalism! Highly recommended! 30/01/2026: I've been to dinner several times, accompanying guests from the boat I worked on... the restaurant is worth it in every way... the view, the welcome, the professional, attentive, and friendly service... the carefully prepared dishes of an innovative cuisine that still maintains Aeolian and Sicilian traditions... the well-stocked wine cellar. You can also start the evening by booking an aperitif while admiring a spectacular sunset. The guests were enthusiastic and satisfied. We warmly thank all the staff who made our evenings relaxing and, above all, cheerful, always capable of providing a smile. PS: Book in advance... it's a very popular place.

06/04/2026: A truly interesting place! Mari e Muddica offers fresh fish sandwiches, including raw fish, prepared with a wonderful balance of flavors. The ingredients are top-quality, resulting in light yet delicious sandwiches. You can taste the attention paid to the selection of ingredients and the pairings. The service was attentive and friendly, with a lovely welcome gift, always available without being intrusive. A perfect place for those looking for something different from the usual sandwich, yet still quick and enjoyable. Recommended! We'll be back!!
