06/05/2025: Domenica sera ero con la mia famiglia e abbiamo deciso di mangiare qui. Scelta pessima. Abbiamo assistito ad una scena a dir poco indecente. Una lite tra caposala e cameriera durata più del dovuto che ha attirato l'attenzione di tutti i clienti. Siamo rimasti solo perché i bambini avevano fame, altrimenti già saremmo andati via. È compito di un bravo caposala mantenere l'ordine in sala, invece è stato proprio lui con determinati modi provocatori e insulti ad istigare i cameriri, portando malumore in sala. Detto ciò, mangiare buono.

25/04/2025: Catania, Via M. Cilestri. Tavolo accanto la cassa, otto persone. Improvvisamente, e senza alcuna cura della clientela attorno, il caposala e uno dei camerieri, nella postazione del registratore di cassa, a 50 cm da noi, cominciano a discutere molto animatamente di qualcosa riguardante chi di loro avesse dovuto compilare chissà che cosa, a voce alta e per più di cinque minuti, in dialetto, senza curarsi MINIMAMENTE dei clienti. Eravamo ad un passo da alzarci e fare notare loro il comportamento assurdo che stavano tenendo, fregandosene dei clienti, quando, fortunatamente, hanno smesso. Abbiamo deciso di continuare la cena, vista anche la presenza dei nostri bambini, ma sicuramente non torneremo in un posto in cui il comfort e la tranquillità dei propri clienti non vengono assolutamente tenuti in considerazione. Cibo nella media, al disotto della qualità che avevano fino a dicembre 2024, data della mia ultima visita (forse è cambiato il cuoco).

09/06/2025: Classico posto con qualità veramente bassa e prezzi altissimi dove l’obiettivo è solo quello di “spennare” il cliente. Spiace quando una realtà locale si trasforma in un luogo inavvicinabile. Probabilmente il format qualità bassa e prezzi così alti ha come target i turisti ignari di tutto. Sarebbe bene stare lontani da posti così. Da evitare!

05/06/2025: Service lackluster. The orange fennel salad had a green worm (Alive and still crawling) in it. Regret I did not take a photo. Told the uncaring female server who suggested it could have flown in (it is CRAWLING, 0.8cm at best and no way it can fly or carried by the wind). She shrugged. Zero apologies. Stay well clear of this place.

01/09/2024: Very long wait, what we ordered didn't arrive and in 11 of you you didn't get a dish right, horrendous experience, not recommended in all and I'm sure we won't be returning

25/08/2024: I went several times to eat here, and every time for 2 pizzas, even if there is no confusion, I waited at least 1 hour each time, and after 4-5 times I think it's routine from what I've seen. Drinks always hot and not very cold. It's a shame because the location is beautiful but the pizzas and preparation times are not up to par. The last time I also found the ham rind still attached inside a pizza, ready to make someone suffocate, without words. I will never go again.

24/05/2025: The fish or meat menu is tempting, but a disappointment. I had the veal schnitzel, which was more like a slice, to be more precise, 2.5 mm thick...you can't call it a "bistecca." It's a shame, I should have read the reviews here first...

24/05/2025: I had the fish menu. I ordered spaghetti vongole al rosso, which I got with aglio olio and a few vongole on the side. There was no sign of tomatoes and the taste was totally bland. I followed it with grilled calamari, which was still raw inside and tasted charred. I wouldn't eat there again.

23/05/2025: Octopus war OK aber hart und versalzen. die Ofen-kartoffeln so matschig, als wenn man die mehrmals aufgewärmt hat, nicht essbar. Pizza Margarita war auch vom Boden weich . Hätte noch 2-3 min länger backen können. Das Draft Beer 0,4 für 7€ hat alt geschmeckt . Wir können nur von diesem Restaurant abraten !!!!!!

11/04/2025: Es war kalt im Restaurant Fisch suppe war kalt Fisch war nicht frisch, Gedeck 3 € und kein Brotkorb oder ähnliches, mein kleines Baby musst auch Gedeck bezahlen. Servicangestellte war sehr nett, reisst die Punkte aber nicht in die Höhe. Würde ich nicht empfehlen.

22/06/2025: We dared to order pizza at this restaurant. Result? The lady ignored us the whole evening. If you want to eat a pizza worse than the frozen one, go ahead. Otherwise, stay away.

22/06/2025: I have to completely change the positive review from 2 years ago. Last night huge disappointment in the quality of the pizza 3 on the competence of the staff. I will not go there again.

20/06/2025: Bellissima location con ampio parcheggio interno, buona la pizza e l'organizzazione in generale, i prezzi solo ragionevolmente alti ma da considerare che nel costo del cibo c'è inclusa location e parcheggio, non per tutte le tasche

12/06/2025: Prima non era così, abbiamo pagato tantissimo per aver mangiato malissimo, peggiorato tanto. Cibo consegnato in modo che non mangiassimo tutto insieme, carne insipida

25/03/2025: Locale poco sfruttato in base alle dimensioni, personale gentile ma con pasto misero e non di ottima qualità con prezzo al di sopra di ciò che offrono. L'unico tasto positivo forse è la pizza..

30/05/2025: We came to Catania and we thought of going to this old bar, thinking of finding a comfortable environment. The service was not the best, we asked for two beers on tap, they brought them in bottles, I needed the bathroom, I went, I found it hygienically not clean and not cared for, everything splashed on the floor with pee, there are no towels to dry your hands. I will definitely not go back.

20/05/2025: Spesi per 3 caffè ed 2 amari 20 €. Bar assolutamente da evitatere. Avoid this place. Super expensive and poor service compared with other bars in the area

17/06/2025: Fantastic gastronomic experience without a doubt, starting from the welcome to the bill because if you want to eat well with dishes and above all with quality ingredients it is right to pay, but damn you can't tell me that you turned off the coffee machine because it's late and you have to close and you throw me out of the place especially on a holiday like January 6th. Only for this I gave you a star but for the rest you are 100 stars and keep it up. I strongly recommend everyone to go there you will not regret it.

17/06/2025: I would never have come if I had known they sold horse meat. Being a vegetarian for 10 years, this is something that shocks me terribly. Their spritz isn't even good and is drowned in a dozen ice cubes.

02/03/2025: Ordered pizzas with just eat service, delivery time 8.30pm then moved to 9pm and again to 10.15pm. At 10pm I call the place to see the status of the delivery, the lady tells me that they haven't had a chance to prepare them yet because the couriers haven't returned, so I suggest she prepare them and it would have been my responsibility to go and collect them personally but the lady replies that if I had gone the price of the pizzas would have increased, which really absurd!! After various reminders also from the Just operators, the pizzas arrived at 10.30pm, dry and with edges that took up half the circumference of the pizza. Negative experience, I strongly advise against it.

10/06/2025: The pork was undercooked and the meatballs were sour. The horse meat was edible. I wouldn't go back. The price was too high. Three employees discussed the price and then told me the price. There was no price tag. Be sure to ask for the price before ordering.

08/06/2025: A great chef doesn't shout at you on the street to eat his food. The chef helped us get across a busy street by walking in the middle of the street. When wanting to go to the neighboring restaurant they shouted to come sit at their place. Out of courtesy we sat at their table, table and chairs plastic, one of the plates was upside down and only one plate had a fork and knife. First they came and asked what we wanted to eat, we asked for a menu. She ran off, a few long minutes later we got a menu from someone else. It took another 20 minutes for them to finally take our order. When we asked for what we wanted they said that they only serve baked pasta and lasagna (lasagna was not on the menu). A few short minutes later we were brought lasagna that looked like it was shoveled from one of the nearby trash cans. At best it was warmed by the lingering street lights when bringing it to our table, therefore cold as winter in Antarctica. We really should have looked at the reviews first. Probably the best part of this restaurant was leaving.
