24/02/2026: Indeed, the only quality product here was my bottled Coke... Potato oil, rubbery horse steak, beef riddled with fatty bits, carbonara pasta crudely Frenchified (with crème fraîche and two lardons that looked like they were fighting each other...) AND, the absolute worst: a hair in the Bolognese pasta!!! You'd think it was their signature, judging by the reviews. As a certain wise man with a long beard would say: "Run, you poor fools!"

22/02/2026: ❗️❗️❗️Dear travelers, we strongly advise avoiding this restaurant ❗️❗️❗️ The service was extremely rude! We were practically asked to leave simply because we wanted to order cocktails only. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and based on our experience, I cannot recommend this place. Avoid this restaurant 🙏

03/09/2025: A coffee costs €2.50, as if we were at Punta Penia 🤭 100 meters away it costs less than half. A perfectly normal bar in the city, to be honest, is a bit shabby, served by an old lady who, with all the good will in my opinion, physically couldn't manage a bar like this, which is also quite large. If it were run by young and brilliant staff, it would be a completely different story. I spent about €14 for breakfast: a bombardino, two coffees, and two croissants.

15/08/2025: Rude staff with excessive prices (two bottles of water at the counter cost €2.40) and they refused to give us a receipt. Only after several requests and paying by credit card did they finally do so, calling us rude names. Don't go to this bar.

27/11/2025: I have no idea what the food is like. But the service is terrible. I've done some work for them. I'm still waiting for them to pay me. They see the messages but haven't responded. It wasn't a big deal. But I put in the time.

05/09/2025: I didn't like the terrible attention, we asked for a place and more than 1 hour passed. We had to ask if they had forgotten the order.

06/03/2026: A disgrace. We were treated badly from the moment we entered until we left. Ridiculous prices and endless rudeness. This is not how you treat people who come to bring you money!

06/03/2026: What a disgusting restaurant!! Rudeness, horrible food, and incredibly high prices! Dirty bathrooms with no paper, and spiders in the dining room. Oh my God, I'll never go there again!!

25/06/2025: Questo posto è da evitare per i seguenti motivi : 1) abbiamo scelto la giornata di Martedì per evitare la calca dei fine settimana ( venerdì, sabato e domenica ) sperando di essere Serviti in modo accettabile ... siamo arrivati alle 22:40 circa ed abbiamo trovato la Sala interna con soli 4 tavoli occupati e per di più tavoli con poche persone , i tavoli nella parte esterna erano di più, ma tutto sommato il locale si presentava con i tavoli già Serviti dalle pietanze . 2) visto la non tanta fame decidiamo di prendere i Menù da 19,90 l'uno proprio per degustare i piatti tipici della Cucina Romana , per poi farvi ritorno al più presto e mangiare gli altri piatti tipici ... .io chiedo un antipasto di polpette al pomodoro ( che mi arrivano con la salsa a temperatura 🌡 lava fusa e le polpette fredde all'interno ... senza parole ). Tra l'antipasto ed il primo passa un tempo siderale ( immagino come possa andare nei fine settimana ... tipo : dopo aver mangiato l'antipasto esci e fai una passeggiata , poi quando torni ti incroci con il cameriere/a che ti porta il primo , per il secondo conviene passare la sera seguente ... lo scontrino lo si puo fare in Acconto la prima sera ed il Saldo la sera seguente ... ) . Inoltre viene disattesa la mia comanda di Tonnarelli Cacio & Pepe , perché i Tonnarelli sono finiti ( di Martedì i Tonnarelli sono finiti alle 22:45 , di Sabato immagino che finiranno alle 20 e 15 ... ) , mi vengono proposti o gli Spaghetti ( pasta secca ) o le mezze maniche ( che a detta della Signora/ina è pasta fresca ... ), vengo talmente preso dalla delusione di non poter mangiare i Tonnarelli Cacio & Pepe , che di getto indico le mezze maniche ( pasta che purtroppo Non lega Assolutamente con la ricetta , nel piatto trovo degli spezzoni di Tonnarelli e trovo l'accopiata di gusto al palato perfetta , invece con le mezze maniche Assolutamente no ... credo che il Cuoco dovrebbe quanto meno Sconsigliare se non addirittura proibire un simile scempio ... ) inoltre avevo chiesto Esplicitamente : " con poco Pepe " ... invece il Pepe era stato messo come se non ci fosse un domani ... risultato ? Mi sveglio alle 04:15 della notte con lo stomaco che sembrava una fornace ... la cosa ancora più allarmante è stata la totale mancanza di tatto del cassiere , quello con gli occhiali 👓 per fare il distinguo con l'altro cassiere che mi è sembrato più consono al ruolo , lo stesso mi porta il conto al tavolo ( visto che il tavolo era vicino alla cassa ) lo porge alla mia persona , mi alzo immediatamente il conto in mano , glielo consegno , mia moglie si alza seguendomi ( perché voleva pagare Lei ) , io mi esprimo in modo perentorio : " pago io " esibendo la carta bancomat , mia moglie al mio fianco subito dopo gli porge una banconota ed il cassiere Non soltanto disattende quanto detto da me , ma tira la banconota dalle dita di mia moglie a gran velocità e con fare da super menefreghista ... Voto sotto Zero !!! Ai confini della realtà !!! Se potessi darei Zero stelle alla recensione ... Peccato , veramente peccato , avevo visto alcuni video 📹 realizzati nella Loro cucina di un Signore di mezza età che Simpaticamente mi aveva fatto venire la voglia di mangiare i piatti tipici di Roma ... ed invece è stata un'enorme delusione, veramente un gran peccato ... Servizio Scadente con poche persone ai tavoli, figuriamoci il sabato sera con il locale pieno ... ripeto Peccato perché gli ingredienti li ho trovati buoni , idem il rispetto delle ricette tradizionali ... Quando vado a mangiare fuori di casa per me l'aspetto fondamentale è e resta " il Servizio " ( assieme agli Alimenti che non mi debbano far star male ) ... e purtroppo qui il Servizio è alquanto pessimo ... spero che in futuro migliorino così potrò avere il piacere di ritornarci ...

24/06/2025: ottima qualità della pasta, bella presentazione del piatto, tiramisù originale. il personale gentilissimo e i bagni molto puliti.

31/01/2026: I booked two days before at 1 p.m. I got there and the restaurant was completely closed. There was a guy waiting outside. I called the owner back and he told me there was a traffic jam in Catania. At that point I said I was leaving. If you book at 1 p.m., you have to be open at 9 a.m. at the very least.

17/01/2026: An experience to forget, truly poor food, cold dishes from the starters hard, the hot dishes cold, first courses raw and cold pasta very probably reheated, second courses let's forget about the swordfish hard and inedible, lemon sorbet anything but sorbet let's say granita... the result was a night to forget, vomiting and stomach ache in short once we ate better disappointed very disappointed to avoid

07/01/2026: I didn't want to believe the past reviews. It was a nightmare New Year's Eve dinner. The room was packed with tables so narrow you couldn't pass, and the waiters were passing the dishes around because they couldn't fit between the tables. Aside from the Coke, the wine and sparkling wine were of extremely poor quality. I don't want to talk about the menu. The music was very mediocre in a small, crowded room. The only thing I've resolved to do is never go down that street again.

06/01/2026: I celebrated New Year's Eve in a welcoming atmosphere, with helpful organizers.

11/02/2026: The food was plentiful, even if the majority of us were craving pasta and instead we had to order other things, we paid a bit dear and unfortunately we won't go there again.
