11/05/2026: We dined at Le Stranizze restaurant for the first time, and the overall experience was very positive.
We started with some very fresh and excellent crudités. For our first course, we chose tagliolini with red shrimp, tartare, and squid ink sauce: an exquisite dish, beautifully presented, and rich in flavor. Their wine, produced on site, was also excellent.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The restaurant exudes a relaxing and elegant atmosphere, although unfortunately, during the evening, there was a rather loud and rude group of tourists, an attitude unbecoming of the atmosphere.
The only negative note concerns the owner, Mr. De Gregorio: he entered the room without even a greeting, even though only two tables were occupied: ours and the tourists'. Furthermore, when leaving, after cordially greeting everyone, he looked at us without returning our greeting, presumably intent on toasting with the other customers.
That said, the experience was still positive thanks to the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff, which is why we will gladly return.
23/04/2026: Nice little restaurant in a quiet street in the center of Sciacca. Very tasty food, the menu is not extensive but everything sounds great: fresh fish, pasta, meat…
