Cuts to be transformed in a thousand ways, but always with the delicacy of expert grilling to preserve their flavour, succulence and tenderness. The tartares are superb and are served with carpaccio as an opening, with gourmet crostini which already heralds what is to come. Cutting boards that you can compose with the many types of meat from all over the world make this place one of the best in the Agrigento gastronomic scene. The selection of wines is excellent, to be enjoyed in complete tranquility in the private room, and then completed with a delicious selection of sweets and bitters. Price in line with the quality you can't expect surprises I would say excellent. Excellent service. The only problem …. That we need to go back.

Non manco ogni volta che scendo a Comitini di assaggiare la vera braceria. Posto accogliente e caratteristico, carne a dir poco fantastica, il proprietario un professionista del settore i collaboratori tutti gentili e veloci. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Pietro si presenta con un grazie, ma alla fine sarete tutti voi a ringraziare queste poche ore immersi tra numerosi e insoliti tagli di carne, con diversi destini, oltre 50 sono i tagli che hai la possibilità di scegliere . Tagli da trasformare in mille maniere, ma merita delicatezza sulla brace per preservarne gusto, succulenza e tenerezza. Superbe le tartare e che con i carpacci vengono serviti come apertura, con dei crostini gourmet che già preannuncia ciò che poi verrà. Dei taglieri che puoi comporre con i tanti tipi di carne provenienti da tutto il mondo fanno di questo locale uno dei migliori dello scenario gastronomico agrigentino. Ottima la selezione di vini da gustare in piena tranquillità nel prive, per poi completare con una deliziosa selezione di dolci e amari . Prezzo in linea con la qualità non ti puoi aspettare sorprese direi ottimo . Servizio ottimo . L’unico problema …. Che bisogna ritornarci .

The restaurant, in addition to the à la carte menu, offers, upon request and on the agreed days, in the presence of a sommelier from a prestigious cellar, a pleasant culinary experience based on selected meats, accompanied by wines carefully selected by type of course. The range of wines is good, with a wide choice of production from wineries in different Italian regions. To make a note, I would recommend burgers made with a knife, certainly more appreciable, given the excellent quality of the meat. Highly recommended.

Something special, unique, pleasantly selective without falling into conformist snobbery. If you are vegan-vegetarian-politically correct this wonderful place is not for you, but you would love the comfortable frau, the well-known ambience and the resin-coated Lebanese cedar table which alone is almost worth the entire experience. Hospitality and atmosphere of pure immersion in pleasantness and good taste. The meats are only the seal of such quality, expertly processed, cooked and presented. Superb, to be repeated and recommended.

Fantastic experience! Young, kind and friendly staff. The owner, Pietro, is very competent and you can see that he puts passion into his work; always provides great advice. The food is delicious and the service impeccable. I highly recommend this place!!
