First time at this restaurant and we were truly won over! The charming location and relaxing atmosphere make the experience even more enjoyable. The food is excellent, prepared with quality ingredients, and the seafood couscous is simply delicious, among the best we've ever tasted 😍. The real added value are the managers Gianvito and Gabriella: kind, helpful, and passionate about their work, they make you feel welcome right away. *Atmosphere* Dining here is an experience. You're inside a genuine 17th-century convent, tastefully renovated: stone walls, cross vaults, simple yet elegantly set tables. In the evening, it's quiet and evocative, with a view of the lights of Trapani and the sea. You feel like you're back in time. *Food* Sicilian cuisine revisited, no frills. We had three appetizers ranging from seafood to mountain fare. And then we couldn't pass up the seafood couscous, phenomenal. Perfectly cooked, with clean flavors. For dessert, we tried the tiramisu in a different form; it was never so delicious. *Service* The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. They tell you the history of the place and recommend dishes without being intrusive. The dining room is quiet, with just the right amount of time between courses. *Why you should return* It's not just a restaurant, it's a journey into the history of Erice. High quality, reasonably priced for what it offers. Perfect for a special dinner or to end a day in serenity.

High-end cuisine, featuring traditional dishes revisited with a contemporary twist, using top-quality ingredients. The chef and staff are truly professional. The service was excellent, attentive and welcoming. A special mention for the dessert: a cannoli with the freshest ricotta we've ever tasted!

We dined at this restaurant, inspired by the beauty of the place and the location. We tried several dishes by Chef Guanvito, with whom we had the pleasure of exchanging a few words. His passion for cooking is reflected in the research and quality of the dishes, all at an excellent quality/price ratio. We tried traditional dishes revisited with extreme respect and delicacy. Special mention goes to the "bianco mangiare" dessert, which we couldn't resist ordering a second helping. A very ambitious restaurant, to which I wish a stellar future and hope to return as soon as possible. I recommend dining here to anyone visiting the beautiful Erice.

We decided to spend June 2nd in this enchanting location... a magical place where history, culture, Erice traditions and excellent cuisine meet... made with passion, professionalism, and top-quality ingredients... Gianvito, the owner and chef, is very welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable in the culinary arts... the waiter is attentive to every detail... I will be back very soon... absolutely recommended... you must experience this oasis of peace!
