16/03/2025: Ristorante che rispetto ad altri stellati ha più coperti e più affollamento in sala. Tuttavia lo staff e’ preparato per gestire il tutto. Lo chef sempre sorridente a guidare la brigata nella cucina con porta a vista. Il menù dei classici e’ un salto nella sua identità dalle entre che non sono altro che piccoli Street food (cannolo salato, arancino, minibao) all’amuse bouche che rielabora il classico arancia e finocchio. La Rosa di ricciola e ‘ spettacolo per vista e palato. L’uovo croccante il signature delle chef. Il tortello 40 tuorli commuove così come la ventresca di tonno mentre il maialino seppur buono forse alla fine del menu appesantisce. Sta bene il selz (tipico catanese) rivisitato come pre dessert come buono il dessert allwhite. Buoni gli accostamenti di vini ben proposti dal sommelier.

25/12/2024: Staff cordiale, e servizievole, Pranzo tutto sommato buono, peccato che si siano persi alla frutta , in qnt nn essendo in menù non ne avevano a disposizione e nel dolce di Natale, pandoro molto commerciale e non artigianale . Su qst c voleva un po’ di accortezza in più visto l’ottimi cibo .

09/12/2024: Abbiamo provato altri locali a Modica, ma questo per noi è imbattibile. Locale alla mano e pietanze semplici, ma cibo squisito e di ottima qualità. Tutto molto buono, ma sono da provare soprattutto la ricotta calda e i cavatelli al sugo di maiale. Una menzione speciale va al simpaticissimo proprietario, il signor Eliseo, un vero professionista. Prezzi onestissimi. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

21/02/2025: Siamo stati bene con amici, questa sera, mangiando divinamente. Serata organizzata in colazione, con la cantina Terre Scure di Partanna TP. Tutte le portate, sono state ben accompagnate, dai vini autoctoni siciliani. Pubblico la foto del piatto, che ho apprezzato di più Maialino nero dei Nebrodi. Ottimo il servizio e l'atmosfera, consigliatissimo.

30/11/2024: Unfortunately, on the advice of an acquaintance, my wife and daughter came across this restaurant ordering 2 takeaway pizzas. When the surprise arrived home, the pizzas at the base were charred, practically inedible. So we had no choice but to throw them away! I strongly advise against this place, they will never see us again! You can't think of it by chance, a place that works professionally always does so... especially with new customers! Unfortunately we are in Syracuse...

30/10/2024: I came here with my friends and first of all they tell us that there is nothing on the menu... Exorbitant prices and not even chips accompanied by cocktails (which we had to ask for...). I won't go back. Disorganized and extremely bad cocktails! White wine not recommended... very poor quality. 8 euros… The soft drink was tangerine with lemon which can be found at the kiosk for 1 euro... 9 euros here!!!!! Never again. I don't think we will return.

16/10/2024: I wanted to celebrate my birthday here a couple of days ago. The venue is beautiful and the location is perfect. Unfortunately, the organization of the event was terrible. Even though I had booked well in advance, when we arrived it seemed like they weren't waiting for us. The staff appeared disoriented and asked me for clarification on the price of the service in front of all the guests, causing me great embarrassment. Furthermore, I was asked (with a joke) to serve the sparkling wine, even though I had paid for the service. I could add other episodes, but I prefer to stop here. The potential of the place is high, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired.

27/03/2025: I come to Palermo for work, and when I've been to this restaurant for the first time I always try to go back! Nice place, friendly, polite and smiling staff and the food is delicious! Go there, you won't regret it!
