25/04/2025: A culinary experience of the highest order! I was completely impressed by the Hotel Ristorante Pasticcheria Sombrero in Licata! As soon as I entered the pastry shop, the fantastic selection of cakes caught my eye – everything looked and tasted incredibly delicious. A paradise for those with a sweet tooth! The service in both the pastry shop and the restaurant was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. Dinner was a real highlight. The selection of antipasti misti was impressive – varied and deliciously prepared. The linguine à la langosta was perfectly cooked, the sauce slightly spicy, with a lovely tomato flavor, and a wonderful combination. The recommended white wine was excellent: mild, not too dry – a delight! The meat dish was also impressive across the board: juicy, perfectly cooked, and with delicate roasted flavors. The accompanying fries were wonderfully tender on the inside and crispy on the outside – just as they should be. A thoroughly enjoyable experience – we'll definitely be back!

03/04/2025: Devo ammettere che volevamo andare in un altro posto, ma siccome fuori stagione molto è ancora chiuso, dopo aver valutato ciò che era aperto, siamo finiti qui. Ordiniamo acqua frizzante e mezzo litro di vino della casa, ci arriva acqua naturale (poco importa) e 0,7 di vino (e chi si lamenta). Caponata di melanzano ottima. Zuppa di cozze, ci mancava un pò l'essere zuppa, ma comunque ottima. Busiate spada e melanzana, ottima. Per finire cassatina. Io come posto lo consiglio.

01/04/2025: I can't imagine how you can give a rating lower than 5. Come for the mussels (cozze). They are incredible 😍 They are so fresh and delicious as if they had just come out of the sea 5 minutes earlier 😍. And other dishes too :)

22/11/2024: Ottimo locale. Recansomi spesso a Palermo, lo frequento da mesi sia per la colazione che per il pranzo insieme a mio marito. Il cibo è ottimo così come il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Molto gentili, disponibili, professionali. Raccomandatissimo.

02/10/2024: Locale delizioso, abbiamo preso portate a base di pesce con bottiglia abbiamo speso 60 euro a testa, che é un ottimo prezzo tutto compreso. Personale gentilissimo e davvero gentile (comprensivi e di supporto anche di fronte ai pasticcidi nostra figlia di 7 mesi). Consigliatissimo!

19/02/2025: Arrivati in questa piccola ma accogliente piazzetta siamo stati accolti da una gentilissima ragazza che ci ha fatto accomodare all'interno di una saletta riscaldata tutta in vetro molto accogliente, dopo aver ordinato uno tagliere di salumi e formaggi, ci siamo resi conto che era tutto di primissima qualità, i formaggi erano accompagnati da delle deliziosissime confetture, i salumi affettati a dovere accompagnati da una tipica caponata siciliana davvero squisita. Non è mancata un'ampia scelta di birre e bibite prodotte rigorosamente in Sicilia con prodotti siciliani (Polara). Resoconto finale: personale gentilissimo e cordiale, qualità di prima eccellenza e prezzo modesto. Consigliatissimo veramente. PS: basta spostarsi solo 5 metri per godere pure della vista dei templi illuminati che di sera è un vero spettacolo.

Ho assaporato e apprezzato i prodotti tipici siciliani grazie alla vasta scelta offerta dal locale a prezzi contenuti. 100 stelle, sentiti complimenti ai proprietari che mi hanno fatto sentire il calore, il sapore e la genuinità siciliani. Lo consiglio!
