25/08/2024: It was such a pleasure to discover this place and meet Agostino and his wife. You can't expect a restaurant, it's more a home restaurant. Sustainability, genuine, local food are the key words which describe better the place. Thanks to an italian law which applies in some region, this fisherman Agostino and his wife managed to make a kind of restaurant in their house. He fishes and based on what he finds, his wife prepares delicious plates with a combination of flavours. Everything is prepared by them with passion and dedication. It's great to hear about his experience. The tastes are delicate, never too much. Menu is fixed, with water, coffee, wine and glass of myrtle included. I would come back again and again!

11/08/2024: Nice restaurant, one of the few in Stintino as it is a small centre.
The fregola is good, the appetizer needs improvement. It tastes all like tomato puree. I didn't notice any difference in flavor between one course and another. Sin !
Courteous staff.

We didn't book but the waiting times were good anyway, maximum 15 minute wait for a table.
Excellent food, more than positive experience.
Staff attentive and available to our every request.

01/09/2024: Specialized place for grilled fish and meat. Yesterday we spent around €40 each: appetizers (balls in batter stuffed with diced ham and courgettes, a platter of cured meats and cheeses, grilled aubergine sauce), half a suckling pig booked in advance (the rind is not very crunchy, but the meat is not dry, on the contrary soft to melt in your mouth) horse diaphragm with a side of rosemary potatoes and finally the fried chiacchiere seasoned with their caramel and very soft papassini, water, coffee and wine in a carafe. Very nice place surrounded by green spaces and carousel corner.
31/08/2024: The staff and ambiente were very nice. Unfortunately the mixed pork grill plate was the biggest disappointment we have had so far in Sardinia. The salsiccia was good. While the meat quality of the neck and belly chops was also good I think, those pieces seemed to have been grilled without any seasoning or spices at all and thus lacked flavor. For that, the price (25€) is definitely too high, also the side dishes are too expensive (7€ for a portion of fries).

10/08/2024: Che dire un ristorante carino, abbiamo mangiato all' aperto, e mangiare buonissimo, peccato che alcuni piatti mancavano, ed io servizio è stato un po' così, frettoloso diciamo, ma in alta stagione lo si capisce, comunque ribadisco cena buonissima e locale piacevole
09/08/2024: Aucun plaisir ni dans l accueil ni dans l assiette. Je ne suis pourtant pas difficile et n aime pas laisser dans l assiette.
Légumes grillés à sec sans exhausteur de goût, thon frit trop sec, calamars caoutchouteux. À Madellena pour 26 euros j avais une énorme assiette poissons + légumes frits, ici 33 euros et ce n était pas bon.
Passez votre chemin.

20/08/2024: On a pleasant summer evening, we arrived at the end of sunset when the sky is colored with reddish shades and this alone would be enough for me.
The place presents itself well in boho style due largely to these elegant straw chairs.
The formal and elegant mise en place.
The food is good with classic sea and land dishes, nothing spectacular.
The service was courteous and professional with a touch of friendliness.
The evening was pleasant and the location is worth a visit.
Average prices for Sardinia in summer.

17/07/2024: Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant left a very unpleasant impression. I specifically flew from Finland to Sardinia to try the fish, and this was my first visit ever, which will likely be my last. I was served grilled fish that was so poorly prepared it was completely inedible, despite my love for fish. The dish was tasteless and unappetizing. Additionally, the bread was not fresh and was quite hard.
I informed the waiter about this, but he merely laughed and walked away. Even though I barely touched the dish and spit out all the pieces I tried, I was still asked to pay the full price.
If you plan to dine here, be aware that the restaurant does not care whether you like the dish or not – they will charge you regardless. When they ask if you enjoyed your meal, it is purely superficial – they genuinely do not care. The attitude towards customers is very poor. I left feeling very upset due to this disrespectful treatment. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this place to anyone, although I initially intended to.

We returned last night for the second time and everything was up to par, all the dishes were perfect. I tried the Polpo alla Stintinese and it was an incredibly good show. The fried calamari is also magnificent, crunchy and not greasy! A round of applause to the staff and first of all to the bald waiter (I don't know the name, he'll forgive me!) but I imagine he's the head waiter! To do that job, you need people like him, cheerful, kind and with an excellent approach to customers. 👏👏👏

04/08/2024: Had dinner last night with family. A simply wonderful place, you can't help but go and dine in this enchanting restaurant which offers a breathtaking view of La Pelosa. Excellent food, prepared and courteous staff. The cost is proportionate to the elegance and suggestive location.

31/08/2024: At first you are attracted by the place, beautiful and practically in the water, a 10/10 location, but then you appreciate even more the kindness in the welcome and service throughout the dinner. The food was very good and served to perfection. A dream on the water with extreme service, hospitality and professionalism. I would like to give even more than 5 stars but it's not possible.

23/08/2024: We stayed at the Pelosetta in Stintino and I have to say that it is better than the overcrowded Pelosa, but here there are umbrellas and sunbeds on the lawn. The bar does a great breakfast and a good lunch.
