I chose the pizza, which is very good and full, but after seeing and tasting the pasta with clams and artichokes that my son ordered I regretted it because it is exceptional, compliments not to mention the desserts

I'm proud to compliment a restaurant on my island of Sardinia, in Stintino. The rooms are immaculate, and the staff is unique, sweet, and professional. What can I say about the food and the wine? Yesterday for lunch, my wife and I stopped at this restaurant. We had lunch here, following the recommendation of Chef Gianpiero, who delighted us with an appetizer of excellent mussels and a first course of delicious spaghetti with clams and artichokes. Patrizia welcomed us to their restaurant with the courtesy and professionalism typical of this region. The restaurant was beautiful and clean... with a view of the sea and the marvelous vegetation that makes Sardinia such a unique island.

Excellent place, clean, and beautiful location. Compliments to the 2 helpful and very kind waitresses. After a few minutes, the fabulous Stintini-style pizza was served 😋👏. Compliments!! Recommended to everyone. We'll be back!

01/05/2026: Breathtaking location on the Alghero harbor, very elegant and clean, perfect for a romantic dinner. The staff is very professional and attentive, the food is refined and excellent. One of the best restaurants in Alghero! I recommend it ☺️
26/04/2026: We were in Alghero for a special occasion, and a friend recommended Nautilus for fresh, daily-caught fish. Excellent recommendation. A beautiful location, a table overlooking the sea at sunset, excellent, expertly prepared ingredients, and special mention for the fish-based starters and original desserts... impeccable service, very kind, attentive, and professional waiters, and the bill: I'd say it was a fair value. One small point: the evening started off softly with background music, but unfortunately, the arrival of a large group towards the end broke the atmosphere a bit... so a small suggestion: I would reserve the upstairs area for groups of 2 to 4 people, and reserve a separate wing for groups. In any case, I would recommend this place and will definitely be back.
