26/04/2025: 25 coperti e un conto decisamente salato. A leggere le recensioni, fino a poco tempo fa si parlava di un pranzo sui 30 euro, oggi invece siamo a 50 a persona. E quindi la domanda è lecita: ma li valgono? Spoiler: no, per niente. Il pesce sarà pure fresco, ma cucinato in modo mediocre. Parliamo di pesci di scoglio pieni di spine, razze (nel nostro caso), roba che normalmente verrebbe rilasciata — e a ragione. Preparazioni dozzinali, porzioni sbilanciate: dieci patate e un pezzettino di pesce lesso annegato nel sugo, un assaggio di razza e tre chili di condimento… siamo ben lontani da un’esperienza culinaria degna del prezzo richiesto. Ma il vero problema è un altro: questo dovrebbe essere un home restaurant. E invece sembra proprio un ristorantino mascherato, con l’unico obiettivo di far cassa. Altro che accoglienza familiare e pochi coperti: qui si punta alla quantità, non alla qualità. 25 persone a botta, menù fisso, margini altissimi e, diciamocelo, un bel modo per sfuggire a un po’ di burocrazia (e tasse). Quello che dovrebbe essere un’esperienza intima e autentica si trasforma in un business puro e semplice, e neanche troppo onesto. A 30 euro forse ci si poteva passare sopra. A 50? No grazie, una vera e propria truffa. Saluti.

04/05/2025: This was the best place we ate in all of Sardinia. The place, decorated with a bohemian touch, was very cozy. The service was incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. Also, the price was appropriate. I would definitely repeat.

22/04/2025: Il Vecchio Mulino 🌟 We stayed at the Vecchio Mulino, in the historic center of Sassari, and we can only highly recommend it! The quality-price ratio is really excellent: we ate very well, tasty and tasty dishes, with fresh and well-presented ingredients. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always attentive and smiling, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. The environment is very particular and welcoming, furnished with taste and originality. The many colorful paintings on the walls give a lively and artistic touch, making the place unique in its kind. The arrangement of the tables is also very interesting, some of which are located on a raised floor which creates an intimate and evocative atmosphere. A place to definitely return!

17/05/2025: We sat outside at around 9pm. The waitress brought menus and that was all we saw of her. No one came to us for 30 minutes, so we left. The place can accommodate max 10 people.

30/04/2025: We ate super delicious food. (We went back twice!) If you want local atmosphere and flavors. Price value ratio 5. Clam soup is divine! Large portions were therefore eaten in half, so we could taste more things.

20/05/2025: Super tasty food. A very large selection of pasta, which is exceptional in the region. The portions are also mega large. Top restaurant for those who love pasta. Friendly staff. Will definitely go back!

31/05/2025: I was absolutely thrilled with Ichnos Food & Pizza! The pizza was incredibly delicious and without a doubt among the best I've ever eaten in Sardinia. I particularly like the friendly atmosphere, where dogs are also welcome. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the value for money is simply outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

02/06/2025: verissimo !!.. quanto si legge all'entrata dell'hotel catalunya " la ns quinta stella " è il blau sky bar .. Location stupenda al nono piano .. vista spettacolare , ottimi aperitivi , prezzi molto buoni ! una gran bella atmosfera assolutamente da provare !!

There are also dishes with no seafood & Well priced too A very busy restaurant we had no booking and were told by the young waitress to wait for 30 minutes so we left but returned after a couple of minutes to book, the owner greeted us and found us a table immediately. Didn’t understand why the waitress sent us away for n the first place !!

09/05/2025: A lovely restaurant just slightly off the usual tourist route. Very good food, especially the primi - carbonara and amatriciana. Service was the star- we tried our best with Italian and the staff were very forgiving. Definitely one to watch!

La torta e i suoi dolci sono una delizia per il palato di una delicatezza indescrivibile...Io solitamente non mangio torte e dolci ma i suoi sono spettacolari in tutti i sensi! Qualità prezzo ottima... ❤️

19/05/2025: So much to say... What a wonderful discovery! My partner and I were visiting Castelsardo. He speaks fluent Italian and I speak French. We were treated to a presentation of the menu and the fresh fish in Italian AND French, and I really enjoyed it. Everything was excellent, and I mean it carefully. This is the first time in my life that I've been made to like the original carbonara (without crème fraîche), even though I usually don't like it at all. My partner had a starter made with five different fish, and it was exquisite. The tuna tataki and the beef tartare were delicious. And what better way to end the meal than with their tiramisu? Honestly, this restaurant gets a huge 10/10. The staff was adorable, smiling, and attentive. We loved it. Thank you so much! Margaux and Anthony

28/04/2025: The stars are not enough to review L'Incantu. We were surprised by the kindness and friendliness, even though the place was very chic. Spectacular views of the village of Castelsardo and Corsica. Delicious food, plentiful and with great attention to presentation. Price in line with the quality and location. The closest thing there is to a starred restaurant we have been to in the past. Unforgettable!
