I went for a business dinner, but work took a back seat.
Each dish was a unique emotion! Presentation, tastes, combinations, colors... I had no memories.
Starting from the initial cocktail, I had a Negroni, it was an escalation that is hard to find.
The dining room staff was exquisite and very kind, in the kitchen a chef who deserved all the compliments we gave him when he left.
A place in Olbia that I will carry with me and when I return I will definitely have to go there!!
Absolutely worth trying!
28/10/2024: Le premier accueil, assuré par le chef lui-même, fut quelque peu déconcertant. Son discours peu clair et son attitude, hélas empreinte d'une certaine rudesse, ont rendu cette première impression regrettable. Il serait peut-être plus judicieux de confier cette tâche au personnel qualifié en salle, permettant ainsi au chef de se concentrer sur ses talents en cuisine, où il excelle. Le service s'est avéré exemplaire : l'équipe en salle a su rendre notre expérience fort agréable, et ponctuée de rires. Les plats étaient savoureux, et le dessert, particulièrement frais et remarquable. Si, un jour, la patronne et sommelière souhaite visiter la Côte d'Or, et plus précisément Chassagne-Montrachet, où l'on déguste les meilleurs vins blancs au monde, c'est avec grand plaisir que nous l'accueillerions pour lui faire découvrir nos terroirs.

29/12/2024: by pure chance I ended up in this place and I had a wonderful surprise.
the place is very, very nice and clean.
the staff were very kind and welcoming!
but the thing that amazed me the most was the food or perhaps that we discovered this pearl 12 years after its opening 🥲. but let's get serious, space meat cooked very well and a killer appetizer that we almost didn't get!!!!!!!!!! highly recommended!!! I can't wait to go back!!!

30/09/2024: Des produits naturels, un plateau de charcuteries et de fromages délicieux et un petit plateau de tranches de thon fumé très bonnes.
Petit dessert typique de Sardaigne avec du miel.
Bien mangé avec un très bon vin conseillé.
Allez-y , c'est bon et surtout avec du naturel.

30/10/2024: Did not stay here but was able to come for dinner and everything was DELICIOUS!! The portions are huge so come hungry. I don’t eat pork and after giving them notice earlier in the day they accommodated so well! I got my own charcuterie spread and beef steak instead of suckling pig. Definitely recommend, especially if you have a certain dietary restriction (just make sure to WhatsApp them ahead of time)

15/10/2024: The atmosphere is very nice, and the service is great and overall quality of food is good. However, fish prices are insanely expensive. Expect to pay minimum 100 euro for one fish for two people and that is without any appetizers or drinks.

01/11/2024: We had a great time, everything was excellent! Land/sea menu: porcini appetizer, exceptional first courses (homemade pasta😋), second courses, fresh sea bream and very good local meat. To finish, seadas with lavender honey, myrtle, limoncello and home-produced grappa. Kind and friendly family environment. I recommend a walk in Monti, the town of Vermentino di Gallura.

29/12/2024: We have been to this farm several times. If you love genuine food, you absolutely must eat in this place. Here you will find authentic flavors and dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, which enhance the traditions of traditional Sardinian cuisine (from appetizers to first courses/second courses/desserts, coffee, wine and digestives). A gastronomic experience that will not disappoint anyone, but will force you to come back. I recommend it
