10/03/2026: We had a wonderful experience at Il Purgatorio. Delicious food, beautiful presentation, and a warm atmosphere. The wine list is exceptional, with a fantastic selection of Sardinian and Italian wines that perfectly complement the dishes. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

At Ristorante Il Purgatorio, you'll find excellent local products, authentic cuisine, and a truly interesting selection of niche wines. A welcoming and authentic place, highly recommended if you're passing through Tempio Pausania. 🍷

27/10/2025: The place is beautiful both inside and out. The atmosphere here is fantastic. What struck me most was the space itself, how it's laid out. The bathroom even has several amenities, something I've never noticed elsewhere. The food was excellent! The staff were very friendly.

16/01/2026: I hadn't been to Olbia for years, and upon my return, I immediately went to Ciclope Pizzeria to relive the traditions I'd enjoyed as a child. The pizza remained the same, and I found the staff to be fast, friendly, and professional. I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. Excellent pizza. Thank you for EXISTING!

The ingredients were fresh, the pasta was homemade, and the harmony of the various flavors in the dishes we ordered was worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant 🤩 The service was friendly 😊 I recommend it 100% We'll be back 😊 .

03/03/2026: Small but cozy restaurant in the small village of Nuchis. We dined here twice during our stay in the area, both times with great satisfaction. The menu is written on a chalkboard near the entrance and is updated based on product availability. We tried the fried mazza, the fiuritti, the sweet ravioli, the cordula with peas, and the tripe with tomato sauce. All traditional local dishes, presented in generous, delicious portions. We also tried the sweet licaritti, the timballo, and the seada, all delicious, with a special mention for the timballo. The lady who welcomes customers and serves the tables is very courteous and professional. The wait times are short. The bill is reasonable. Highly recommended.

03/03/2026: It's the best place in Olbia if you want to enjoy excellent meat and, of course, truly exquisite desserts. Thanks to the hostess, you always feel welcomed like a special guest, and her husband, the chef who prepares all the dishes, cooks simply deliciously. In short, it's really hard to stick to a diet with them!

25/01/2026: There were 3 of us: 1 shared, mediocre appetizer 3 shared meat-based main courses (mediocre) (100g of meat each), 2 desserts, and a bottle of wine for €35. Final price €250. I've eaten in Michelin-starred restaurants for less. Classic "open/cash/close" gourmet restaurant recipe.

22/10/2025: Super nice wine bar! On a street right near the port and far from the tourist traps!! Very good wines at very affordable prices and a very simple meal, always at cool prices... I recommend this place 100%! A plus for the kindness of the waitress!!

21/10/2025: Cozy wine bar, grocery store, and adjoining grocery store. We enjoyed some wine and had a lovely lunch. We picked up four more bottles of local wine... Nice people.

29/11/2025: One of the best revelations we've had since visiting Sardinia. We tried it by chance and it's now a regular stop. The platters are fabulous, plentiful, and offer a wide variety. The pecorino cream is extraordinary. Sardinian products, fresh, refined, and above all, of indescribable quality. The staff is young, knowledgeable, and extremely welcoming. The atmosphere is very simple and light. Perhaps the only flaw is that you eat right on the roadside. A well-deserved 5 stars, congratulations. Super price!!!

23/10/2025: This is a great, privately run restaurant in a very up and coming marina area. Well worth a visit. We were staying at the Janne e Sole resort about a 30 minute stroll away and visited the marina area to see if it had changed since our friends' visited it last year. What a transformation. The marina was almost full with pleasure boats, the commercial, harbour part is clearly busy and the quayside is now dotted with restaurants and cafes. Visit soon before the influencers get the place submerged in tourists. Anyway we were in Sardinia as a group to celebrate our friend's 60th birthday and when we saw this place we knew it would be an ideal, surprise party venue. Wifey spoke with the lady owner and we booked a table for the 12 of us for the Friday evening with an arrangement for Wifey and a few others to go in the afternoon and decorate our area. When they went in the afternoon the restaurant was closed. The lady explained they were on their afternoon break but kindly came down and let them in to put up the banners etc. Decor done they returned to the resort. At the start of the evening the lady owner called us and explained that when they opened the glass frontage of the restaurant the wind was blowing the decor about so they repositioned it to a table next to the rear wall. In the evening we all walked to the restaurant and they had done a great job with the decor and believe me, Wifey is a stickler! They had even added some balloons as well. The Birthday Girl was given her surprise and we sat down to eat. We ordered the obligatory champagne and our meals. The bubbles arrived and was, I am told, lovely. There was some confusion over our drinks order and delivery but it all worked out ok. When the starters arrived there was further confusion and bits missing, for example Wifey and I ordered the Calamari starter and Rissotto main but we only got one portion of each to share rather than one portion of both per person. The Sirloin Steaks were ordered with various cooking choices such as rare, well done etc. However when the steaks arrived en masse the waiters didn't know which was which so it was down to the diners to cut them open and hand them out. The food was fantastic despite these hiccups. Deserts were ordered and again there was a misunderstanding on what our friends thought was the rum baba in the desert display and what they received but, again, the deserts were lovely. The final wrinkle came when one of us ordered a dark rum and was given a dark liquid drink with a sprig of mint in it. When the older, white, male waiter was asked what it was he said it was Rum but it tasted like whisky, then he tried to say it was a Mojito, which, as you will know, is made with vodka and is a clear drink. When he was challenged about this he threw swore and stormed off into the kitchen from whence came an almighty clattering of dishes. One of the other two waiters who had been serving us immediately came out, apologised for their colleague's behaviour, took the drink away and returned with the right drink. It certainly gave us something to chat about on the walk back. We had a birthday cake presentation that the staff were brilliant with and played Happy Birthday in Italian over the sound system. Our friend was overjoyed. In conclusion the restaurant deserves 5 stars for the way the owner and her team accommodated us. The food was excellent as were the drinks. The two waiters were impeccable and were sorely let down by their rude colleague. The other tables were mainly parties of a pair or three covers and had no issues that I know of and the place has quite a quick turnaround of tables. Perhaps the 12 of us was just a little too much on that night but we did have a great time and will go back again. Thank you. La Risacca Angela and the rest of us loved her birthday party.

02/10/2025: A few days ago we went there for a dinner for two. I ordered grilled prawns. I got them with digestive track still under the shell. Unbelievable.

21/02/2026: We had dinner at this agriturismo in September 2025...well, I'll say you have to come here very, very hungry for dinner 🙈 The menu featured about 5-6 courses, various appetizers made with local ingredients, different types of pasta, and the meat...it was excellent! If you're looking to make your stay in Sardinia more enjoyable, we highly recommend this place.

15/10/2025: Excellent dinner consisting of several appetizers, two first courses, and porceddu (roasted pork) as a main course. The atmosphere was delightful, and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. When booking, they asked us about any allergies/intolerances and were careful to adapt all the dishes to my needs so I could enjoy a complete dinner like my partner. Wonderful!!!
