18/05/2025: We happened to be there while passing by on a motorbike. The name struck us and we tried it... Perfect choice! Excellent service, excellent food (I even wrote the name of the dish but I don't remember it anymore 🤦🏼♀️!), excellent everything. "Intimate" place and bright environment! Very kind owner who gave us some carasau bread for the journey! If there were more stars I would have given them!!!

Very friendly and attentive welcome from the owners.
Excellent, refined Sardinian cuisine, a REGAL! I have never eaten such a tender, tasty, finely cooked beef cheek. The deserts are also a marvel. A perfect wine chosen by the owner...An unforgettable moment.
And, icing on the cake...really very, very fair prices.
An address not to be missed if you pass through Tempio Pausania.

16/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo posto un po' per caso. Menù fisso sui 50€ a persona, le porzioni delle varie portate sono state abbondanti, ma non esagerate. Tutto molto buono ed un'ottima occasione per assaggiare piatti tipici e ingredienti scelti accuratamente. Personale molto gentile e accoglienza ottima.
15/05/2025: We found this place on the tourism website and tried it out without making a reservation. Conclusion: Simply brilliantly built into nature with excellent trilingual service (English, Italian, German). The food was served as a Sardinian menu and was simply delicious. So you should definitely stop by. Vegetarians are also catered for.
We arrived shortly before 7 p.m. Advance reservation is recommended. Thanks for the wonderful time.

12/06/2025: Un vero angolo di Sardegna. L’atmosfera è calda e accogliente. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: gentilezza, attenzione e tempi perfetti tra una portata e l’altra.
Ma il vero protagonista è il cibo. Ogni piatto racconta una storia di terra e mare.
Una cucina sincera, generosa, fedele alle radici sarde. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un’esperienza gastronomica autentica e piena di gusto.

27/04/2025: I thought I would have to give up pizza this holiday because I haven't tolerated gluten for two years. But at the Black Bull in Olbia I was able to enjoy real Italian pizza - gluten-free and incredibly tasty! The base was crispy, the topping was fresh and aromatic. A real highlight of my stay - absolutely recommended for anyone who has to do without gluten and still doesn't want to miss out on authentic enjoyment.
