31/05/2024: What to say? The atmosphere of the bar and the extremely friendly welcome. The impeccable service. The bar is stocked very very well!!! Only the choice of beers seems infinite... The local wines are delicious. You can't pass through Gavoi without passing through S'Istentu! It's easy to get late here! The bar is beautiful, the people from Gavoia are very good! The experience to have!

Qui si può incontrare la Sardegna attraverso i suoi vini ed i suoi prodotti scelti e selezionati con cura e competenza dal proprietario e gestore. Vini ottimi e selezionati con competenza e passione. 31/05/2024: We spent 5 days in the Orosei area and for three evenings we had dinner in three different restaurants, always checking the reviews. This is not a review to evaluate this specific restaurant where we had a good dinner and were welcomed very well, but they are considerations that anyone who wants to dine in this part of Sardinia in the Orosei and Cala Gonone area must take into account. Prices for dinner for 2 are never less than €30/40 each without drinking anything special other than a glass of house wine or an ichnusa. In fact, first courses and appetizers cost from €12/13 to €18/20 on average everywhere. These are prices that are now also found in Tuscan tourist areas that we know such as Florence, Lucca, etc Having said that, for the same cost, the difference is made by the quality of the food. Unfortunately we have come to the conclusion that everything is obviously relative, if you are used to eating frozen or in any case in a canteen, or low-cost products, exonomic pastas and frozen fish from the crust, the level of all restaurants is certainly higher. But catering in 2024 must be an experience. Dear restaurateur, among the 100 places in the area we came to you and we are happy to leave you €60/70/80 for a quick romantic dinner in your well-kept outdoor area but the person cooking needs to have something extra, that the evening and the flavors are as special as the welcome, the atmosphere and your beaches. Whether it is a German tourist or an Italian couple like us, the level must be as high as possible and in any case of quality cuisine to be able to support the prices of €18 for a first course or €15 for a soup or €9 for a dessert . 09/08/2024: Super nice setting. Very refined cuisine, the seafood pasta a real delight. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the dishes, the service is also very fast. I can only recommend this type of establishment which deserves its reputation.

08/08/2024: One (1) delicious and well-cleaned sea bass (catch of the day) including baked potatoes, two glasses of house wine, a bottle of water, an ice cream cup and a nougat semifreddo: €100 Constant lighting problems and table sunk in the sand, we didn't book so changing it wasn't possible. size of the fish out of range and even by a lot, not declared let alone made known. We are in Marina di Orosei and not overlooking Tavolara or Golfo Pevero. Very polite and attentive waiters but the restaurant is overpriced, will never see me again.

09/08/2024: We had dinner at this beach restaurant a few days ago. The location is wonderful, you are right on the beach with a sea view, in a real kiosk. The fish is good and of good quality, even if the fried food tasted a little like burnt oil, and this ruined the flavor of the fish which, I repeat, was tender and good. The first, spaghetti with seafood revisited with typical Sardinian pasta, very good. Coming to the negative notes of the evening, the price is decidedly excessive and exaggerated. Two first courses, a fried calamari, two waters and two place settings 80 euros. Above all, to keep the price so high, every detail must be taken care of... The menu on the internet is not updated, the first with the typical Sardinian pasta was included under the spaghetti allo scoglio, without an additional price, which indicates that the price is the same. However, once they arrived at the cash register, each first course had a supplement of two euros for the change of pasta. Furthermore, towards the end of the dinner and after the first courses were finished, the basket of bread was taken away while it was still being eaten. Finally, desserts (different) were offered without even bringing the menu. Result, no dessert taken. Partially positive evaluation, good for the good fish, less good for the very high price and some service flaws.

25/07/2024: This is a nice B and B. Pretty good value. We booked this place because of the the restaurant. Well kept, clean and parking out front. The location is great for driving nearby but not much within walking distance. There is a cafe next door, where you can watch sunset or have a drink before dinner. The room itself is fairly typical, great AC, mini fridge, small shower and standard bathroom. Breakfast was ok, fairly basic but think standard in Sardinia.

21/07/2024: We were impressed by the very good feedback and decided to make a special visit to this place. We arrived and to our disappointment the pizzeria was closed, even though the information on the internet stated that the pizzeria should be open all day. 😤

05/06/2024: This place is amazing. My boyfriend and I randomly stopped here on our way to the east coast from the west coast. The pizza and Meats and cheese board were incredibly delicious. We had to use Google translate to order but it was so worth it!!!!!

05/08/2024: The big flaw is the location, very uncomfortable to enter to sit at the internal tables. The quality of the products offered seems good and broad. We hope they will do a small renovation to allow for easier attendance
