16/10/2025: Unfortunately, the steak, ordered medium-well, only saw the grill briefly from a distance. At least the side dishes were delivered upon request.
14/10/2025: Stopped in for lunch by chance with my girlfriend, and it couldn't have been a better choice. We ordered two plates of Sardinian kebab with potatoes. It was truly delicious; it was the first time I'd ever eaten it, so it's probably a dish they invented. The homemade sauces were also excellent. The waiters were very kind, and the atmosphere, including the music, was truly relaxing.

11/10/2025: We had a Carbon burger and a Punk. Both were excellent, but the Punk had pear, walnuts, and gorgonzola, a truly unique combination of ingredients, and we absolutely loved it. The bread was incredibly soft, the meat perfect, and you could tell everything was fresh and well-made. We also didn't miss the Boscaiola pizza, which was also tasty. Okay, I admit, we also managed to get Seadas and Cheesecake for dessert, which were also amazing! The guys were welcoming, smiling, helpful, and accommodating. We'd love to return to Sardinia just to come back here, thanks guys, and see you next time!!! 😍😍😍
21/09/2025: I visited this place with colleagues. The burger was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, while the buffalo mozzarella added a creamy, fresh touch that made all the difference.
The place is welcoming, the service fast and friendly. Good value for money, considering the quality of the ingredients.
Recommended for those looking for a different kind of sandwich, with a focus on raw ingredients and authentic flavor.

10/11/2025: Torrefazione artigianale, tutta la caffetteria è di buon livello. Buona la pasticceria non propria. Il locale ha arredi in legno che mal si conciliano con vetri decorati in stile liberty e tavolini e sedie in plastica.

22/09/2025: For many years, when I come on holiday to Sardinia, I buy ladyfingers here and for me they are absolutely the best. I have tried them in many other pastry shops but for me these are always the best, they deserve 10 out of 10.

The dishes were decent but lacked real taste or distinctive flavor.

Delicious pasta with seafood, good house wine with water, and a dessert.

11/01/2026: I think paying €25 for a pasta dish with tomato sauce in a company cafeteria is excessive. €18 for a hamburger marked as a large plate, and then a simple burger with no sides or anything served at the table. Disappointing.

14/10/2025: Stunningly beautiful hotel. Breakfast was well-prepared and everything was deliciously fresh. The evening meal was fantastic, and everything was freshly prepared. And the people who work there are super nice.

I stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. While I had to get past the decorum, it's certainly not unpleasant; the atmosphere is very homey. The rooms are spotless and the amenities are excellent. Of all the hotels I've stayed in on this island, the staff here are the most welcoming and approachable. This hotel is definitely recommended!

14/11/2025: Our August holiday in Sardinia was truly wonderful! Nicola and Teresa are two warmhearted people: kind, helpful, and always ready to help, with a passion for what they do. The apartments are new, welcoming, and meticulously maintained. The restaurant downstairs is also excellent, especially the pizza, which is truly delicious! Highly recommended!

22/02/2026: The Spritz wasn't good, the Prosecco wasn't noticeable, and it didn't even come with a crisp. Some customers paid on the way out, but when we ordered, they took their money right away. Maybe we looked like continentals who wouldn't pay.
16/02/2026: Aunt Marianna is a part of my childhood memories... it was a dairy where we'd go every evening to get fresh milk.
Nowadays, you can buy milk, cheese, and many other delicious things, but you can also stop to sample traditional Nuoro dishes that are hard to find in restaurants.
Today I ate a savory casadina, and it would be a real shame not to try it!
