11/10/2025: We had a Carbon burger and a Punk. Both were excellent, but the Punk had pear, walnuts, and gorgonzola, a truly unique combination of ingredients, and we absolutely loved it. The bread was incredibly soft, the meat perfect, and you could tell everything was fresh and well-made. We also didn't miss the Boscaiola pizza, which was also tasty. Okay, I admit, we also managed to get Seadas and Cheesecake for dessert, which were also amazing! The guys were welcoming, smiling, helpful, and accommodating. We'd love to return to Sardinia just to come back here, thanks guys, and see you next time!!! 😍😍😍

21/09/2025: I visited this place with colleagues. The burger was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, while the buffalo mozzarella added a creamy, fresh touch that made all the difference. The place is welcoming, the service fast and friendly. Good value for money, considering the quality of the ingredients. Recommended for those looking for a different kind of sandwich, with a focus on raw ingredients and authentic flavor.

22/09/2025: A very spacious beach. Super clean and well-maintained. With plenty of space, it's pure relaxation! The white sand and crystal-clear water, the dunes, and the green pine forests create a fantastic setting against the mountain backdrop. Two bars offer refreshing drinks, snacks, and local dishes. Delicious. Parking is plentiful, usually for a fee.

28/10/2025: Didn´t use the rooms, only went there to eat. Very good food, the linguine di gragnano was amazing and full of taste. It was so good I was a little emotional, although the wine might have helped with that 😅 We went there twice and both times the pasta was al dente. If my review was helpful, please hit the like button 😊👍

20/10/2025: We followed the recommendations. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The food was served in a dog bowl. I had the suckling pig, which had more fat than anything else and was reheated, meaning it wasn't freshly prepared! My partner's fish platter wasn't great either. There are plenty of other places where the food is amazing. This was actually the worst thing we ate on the island in 7 days, and it cost €97.00. The price/performance ratio is absolutely unjustified! Unfortunately, we won't be back!

03/10/2025: Beautiful rooms, good location, great pool area. Very clean and friendly. Compared to other B&Bs, the attention to detail was somewhat lacking (e.g., plastic cups at breakfast). However, it's still highly recommended.

27/09/2025: A beautiful location with very friendly staff. You're truly pampered, and breakfast is served at your table, perfectly balanced. Personally, I find it a shame that there's no cozy seating area in the room, just a picnic table. It's also a shame that there aren't decent cushions on the loungers by the pool. That would give the pool a completely different feel. But otherwise, everything was great!

06/11/2025: After 2 weeks in italy i have finally found a restaurant worth visiting. Its not anything crazy (i have actually eaten multiple times better pizza in my own country than in Italy/Sardinia, which is completely ridiculous), but given local / Sardinian standards this is first time in here where i actually... did not feel scammed or i DID NOT feel like complete waste of money for something ridiculously easy and simple to make (like ordinary 15 EUR for carbonara/pizza - seriously?). Food - decent (sorry i cant say it was great, i would rate it 7/10 but with that competition around you dont deserve to get anything below 5 stars) - hard to find something at that level in entire Sardinia. Plain, simple, decent. Nothing crazy, but good and you can enjoy it. decor - simple, but with class. i like it. view from restaurant - okay (its nice, but nothing crazy). yet, literally 10 sec of walk and you can see beach/sea. staff - first restaurant in Italy where i felt people actually care about me, do not ignore me (cause you get your coperto anyway?) and thats the reason why i actually decided to give you opinion on google. Friendly, helpful, funny folks without scamming you on the bill (1st restaurant after 2 weeks where all the bills before had multiple errors, somehow always on my disadvantage... so read your bills people...) Side note: white house wine is one of the best ones that i have ever had to go so well with sea food. Local, phenomenal gem - good choice. Well done for the team, please keep it up and hopefully I will see you again one day.

03/10/2025: We stayed here at the beginning of October. The people were very friendly. The prices are absolutely fair and reasonable, and the ambiance—right in front of the church—made the stay particularly pleasant. We felt completely at home and would love to come back!

27/07/2025: Non so da dove partire per raccontare che meravigliosa esperienza abbiamo vissuto mangiando con i pastori. Appena arrivati dovete specificare che il vostro pranzo sarà con i pastori (consiglio di prenotare) altrimenti mangerete nel ristorante e non fuori all'aperto assieme ai pastori. Il costo è di 30 euro e include acqua e vini a volontà, salumi, focaccia, pane carasau, formaggi, carne di pecora con patate, maialino (unico e esperienza culinaria stellata), pecorino, anguria, dolce e liquore. Tutto preparato sul momento e con possibilità di vedere e assistere alla cottura. L'atmosfera è familiare, conviviale, divertente e soprattutto ottima a livello di qualità e quantità. I pastori a fine pasto offrono ai presenti il loro talento con organetto, canti e balli tradizionali. Possibilità di acquistare i loro prodotti a prezzi giusti. Si mangia nel bosco, sotto gli alberi, su delle panche. Aria fresca e genuina. Consigliato a tutte l'età e soprattutto a tutti coloro che riescono ad andare oltre a limiti, preconcetti o "protocolli culinari e cerimoniali standardizzati". Qui si mangia genuino, tra la natura e con persone semplici e buone.

22/07/2025: Siamo tornati per la seconda volta a fare un’escursione con il team del ristorante Supramonte di Orgosolo e anche questa volta è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. Due anni fa avevamo già apprezzato la gentilezza del signor Pietrino e della guida che ci aveva accompagnati, e quest’anno abbiamo deciso di ripetere con i nostri figli, che ne erano entusiasti. Abbiamo fatto un tour archeologico meraviglioso, in fuoristrada, tra siti prenuragici e nuragici come Sirilò, il Nuraghe Burdu, la fontana sacra di Su Hòlosti, il Nuraghe Duviliniò e la tomba dei giganti di Madau. La nostra guida Pietro è stata eccezionale: preparato, gentile e sempre disponibile, ci ha spiegato ogni dettaglio con grande passione. Il pranzo tipico con i pastori è stato abbondante e squisito, servito in modo autentico con tagliere, vino in bicchieri di terracotta e piatti locali. Il menù prevedeva carne di maiale e pecora, ma avendo segnalato che non mangiamo maiale, ci hanno servito più porzioni di pecora, dimostrando grande attenzione e disponibilità. Il tutto si è concluso con i canti dei Tenores e balli sardi accompagnati dalla fisarmonica, rendendo la giornata davvero speciale. Un grazie di cuore alla guida Pietro, al signor Gino per l’organizzazione perfetta, al signor Pietrino sempre gentile e disponibile, e a tutto lo staff che ha curato il pranzo per tutti i turisti – e non eravamo pochi! 30/03/2025: We had the pleasure of visiting this bar as a pre-dinner stop. We were immediately struck by the unique and welcoming atmosphere of the place, furnished in artisanal Sardinian style, and by the quality of the wine, cured meats, and cheeses. The owner was very kind and courteous. We will definitely be back. The fireplace in the dining room was the icing on the cake.

19/10/2025: The pizza was truly amazing, reminiscent of a true Neapolitan pizza. The dough was simply perfect. The appetizer (Caprese) was okay, but nothing special. Service was polite. By 9 p.m., the restaurant was full, so it must have been popular in the village.

17/10/2025: A very good restaurant, excellent cuisine, courteous and prompt service, and a service that immediately attends to guests' requests. This location can only be highly recommended.

24/10/2025: Excellent and attentive service without being intrusive! Multilingual and very friendly and patient with questions about the dishes. Very good food, a large selection, including regional dishes. Beautifully set tables and a delicious red wine. In summer, a fantastic view from the terrace of Dargali below, both day and night. We come here regularly and always enjoy eating here. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ Since we live nearby, we can't rate the hotel, but it's very romantic, and the drive up the mountain is worth it.

12/10/2025: A great place to stay for a hiking holiday, nestled in a virtually untouched landscape with numerous hiking opportunities. Guests feel welcome here, and excellent traditional Sardinian cuisine is served with very attentive service (even with half-board). Creative and healthy packed lunches are prepared for hikes. We felt very comfortable during our stay and would happily recommend this hotel!
