20/09/2025: A charming place, a little difficult to reach, especially at night as the roads aren't well-lit, but you get used to it. The hotel is well-maintained, in an elevated position that offers sweeping views of the coast and the hinterland. Breakfast features excellent local produce, including gluten-free options. The owner was incredibly kind, waiting for me until 2 a.m. due to a delayed ferry from Olbia. The rooms are clean and spacious. I hope to return; highly recommended for peace and quiet.

10/06/2025: We had lunch here after a visit to the caves. Great service and a good menu, we had grilled calamari and an octopus salad. Took great photos from the restaurant of the view.

26/12/2025: I'd say it's in a nice location in Olbia. It's a very nice restaurant, beautifully set out, with very, very friendly table service. Fantastic atmosphere and very welcoming customers. High-tech menu, well-curated with quality control. No noise, no smells from the kitchen. Very polite waiters. Honest rating: 10/10 Delicious desserts. I'll be back soon. Very welcoming restaurant, very friendly and polite staff. Food: very good fish and meat. Spectacular atmosphere.

13/10/2025: This area closes at 5 p.m. due to staff shortages. We booked it because it was advertised. The website states that swimming is no longer permitted. However, it doesn't state that you are not allowed to stay in the entire area. We expressed our dissatisfaction and said that we would like to leave under these conditions, as we have no place to relax other than the small room with no luggage rack. With uncomfortable chairs. Every guest sat on the artificial turf in front of the rooms. There are a few sofas and many decorative chairs. After 5 p.m., it feels like you're on a school trip. We asked to speak to the manager because we wanted to cut short our stay. The receptionist refused and asked the owner, who was in the kitchen preparing breakfast for the next day. He also refused to help us. The receptionist then called the manager, Frederice, who didn't answer the phone. Here, you can see that friendliness and customer service are lacking, and that it's more about making money. The tone of the notices in the rooms also testifies to a lack of hospitality. This is all about money. By chance, the booking through Booking apparently didn't work, and we received an email notification (you don't check emails on vacation). Nevertheless, the booking worked on the day of arrival without Booking. Here's how to get around it. The next day, after much arguing, we only received a refund for two nights out of five days. Very unprofessional. On vacation, you don't want to be staring at the closed pool at 5 p.m. in 35-degree heat and sitting on plastic.

05/10/2025: We were absolutely thrilled. We stayed there for three days. It's not easy to stand upright. The pool and bar were amazing. One small downside: the baguettes 🥖 weren't available until around 9:30.

06/01/2026: And here's another gem of Gavoi! A place where you're welcomed as if you were part of the community. A festive atmosphere, friendly and genuine staff, and wild boar crostini... Where have you ever seen wild boar crostini before? We'll definitely be back to Gavoi and the Kursal, and we send our regards. Riccardo and Maddalena.

10/11/2025: A very pleasant surprise on a fall Sunday: I walked in expecting only a few sandwiches, but instead they offered me some fantastic meat stews, truly excellent and flavorful. The owners are incredibly kind and hospitable. In short, a well-deserved 5 stars.

28/12/2025: Sunday, December 28th. We arrived by motorbike. We were looking for a place to have lunch. It was late, so we arrived here. Moses' sister welcomed us. Despite the hour, the lady welcomed us very kindly. The food was delicious, consisting of meat appetizers, steak, and French fries, accompanied by an excellent house red wine. There's plenty of parking. Recommended, but it's always best to call first...👌😉

13/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance during the Cortes. We had a wonderful meal, served with a set menu for the occasion, and there was no wait. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive. I highly recommend it.

15/01/2026: Beautiful restaurant with high-quality, traditional Sardinian food. We went there one of the first nights of our holiday and returned before leaving. A wonderful experience, highly recommended.

16/12/2025: The restaurant is truly welcoming, complete with stoves in the middle of the room that make the atmosphere even more pleasant. To say the staff is magnificent is an understatement, starting with the waiter, who offers advice and is friendly without being intrusive; and then the young man who explained the various types of meat to us was extremely knowledgeable. There were two of us, and for our appetizer, we ordered a small cheese platter, which was truly delicious (not the usual three pecorinos). We paired our meal with a bottle of their house wine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Then came the meat, and there's very little to complain about: the quality is hard to find in Sardinia, or even in Italy. As for the cooking, we found it perfect: a lovely crust on the outside and warm on the inside (not cold as I'd read in some reviews). We left delighted with our experience and eager to return.

19/10/2025: Welcoming, lively, modern place, with excellent staff, especially Mario's daughter, who is very cheerful and attentive to detail. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful restaurant, our first time there, and it certainly won't be our last. I highly recommend it ☺️

17/10/2025: Great pizza but we waited more than half an hour

02/11/2025: I couldn't find a better pizza in Sardinia. Dongali is a sleepy little village in the Sardinian mountains. After 8 pm, there's absolutely nothing going on. We had to search for a long time and finally found what we were looking for on Wikipizza. It's a simple pizzeria, and many people get takeaway pizzas there. The pizza was very good, as was the house wine.

26/10/2025: So very good, well cooked, lots of choice between flavours and instant delivery, very approved for celiacs and other intolerances such as lactose and the edge and also very good the gluten-free one 😍😍

28/10/2025: Didn´t use the rooms, only went there to eat. Very good food, the linguine di gragnano was amazing and full of taste. It was so good I was a little emotional, although the wine might have helped with that 😅 We went there twice and both times the pasta was al dente. If my review was helpful, please hit the like button 😊👍

20/10/2025: We followed the recommendations. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The food was served in a dog bowl. I had the suckling pig, which had more fat than anything else and was reheated, meaning it wasn't freshly prepared! My partner's fish platter wasn't great either. There are plenty of other places where the food is amazing. This was actually the worst thing we ate on the island in 7 days, and it cost €97.00. The price/performance ratio is absolutely unjustified! Unfortunately, we won't be back!

11/10/2025: We had a Carbon burger and a Punk. Both were excellent, but the Punk had pear, walnuts, and gorgonzola, a truly unique combination of ingredients, and we absolutely loved it. The bread was incredibly soft, the meat perfect, and you could tell everything was fresh and well-made. We also didn't miss the Boscaiola pizza, which was also tasty. Okay, I admit, we also managed to get Seadas and Cheesecake for dessert, which were also amazing! The guys were welcoming, smiling, helpful, and accommodating. We'd love to return to Sardinia just to come back here, thanks guys, and see you next time!!! 😍😍😍

21/09/2025: I visited this place with colleagues. The burger was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, while the buffalo mozzarella added a creamy, fresh touch that made all the difference. The place is welcoming, the service fast and friendly. Good value for money, considering the quality of the ingredients. Recommended for those looking for a different kind of sandwich, with a focus on raw ingredients and authentic flavor.

07/02/2026: Magnificent sea and stunning beach. Convenient for parking and nearby amenities (bars, restaurants, etc.).
