26/10/2025: We ate lunch at this restaurant. Aunt Luciana is a wonderful lady who pampered our children like a grandmother. We ate well and the food was very good, various appetizers, two first courses and two second courses followed by sweet and bitter coffees. The price was fair and the place was very quiet. I recommend it. Thank you, Aunt Luciana and her husband. 😘

21/08/2025: This was my second visit to Pizzeria Lucignolo in San Gavino, and I have to say I really enjoyed it. Compared to my first visit, I didn't have to wait long for the pizzas, which arrived quickly. The dough is light and easy to digest, just how I like it. Highly recommended!

05/11/2025: On Saturday, November 1st, shortly after 2:00 PM, my brother and I stopped in for lunch without a reservation, after a quick phone call to check availability. The welcome was immediate and warm: the smiling and friendly staff immediately made us feel at ease. *Accessibility and Space* There are numerous free parking spaces near the restaurant, cemented and well-organized between the sidewalk and the roadway. External accessibility is very good: small differences in height (2–5 cm) between the paved surfaces do not create major obstacles. Inside, accessibility is excellent: doors about 1 meter wide, tables with adequate knee room and manual wheelchairs with fixed pads, and a dedicated restroom, clean, uncluttered, and equipped with a changing table. The dining room, about half-full, is spacious and bright, with an exterior view, well-spaced tables, and generous circulation areas: a comfortable, convenient, and quiet environment. *Food and Service* We shared a delicious meat-based appetizer (grilled eggplant slices, dried sausage, fresh cheese, prosciutto, pancetta, and pitted green olives), followed by two excellent rare horse fillets on a bed of arugula: incredibly tender, they melted in the mouth. For sides, a fresh salad (lettuce, radicchio, and tomato) and truly delicious roast potatoes. To drink, a quarter of the house white wine, crisp and sweet, a can of Coke Zero, and half a liter of water. We finished with coffee. Generous portions, excellent quality, and perfect service: we finished lunch in about an hour, without any excessive wait. *Value for Money* The bill, about €32 per person (cover charge included, with full cloth tablecloth), was more than adequate for the quality, quantity, and service received. *Location* The restaurant is less than a 5-minute drive from the seasonal Sa Spendula waterfalls and in an area full of attractions, ideal for combining good food and exploring the local area. In short: an excellent experience in every way – accessibility, hospitality, comfort, quality of food, and atmosphere. I can't wait to return!

27/09/2025: The food and service at the table is awesome but they scam you when you have to pay. I ordered the panciotti and one coca cola...it should have been 18euros but they asked me to pay 23euros... I suppose it was the 5 euros of the glass of wine of the guy next to me who imposed himself at my table. I didn't say anything as that man was following me and I wanted to leave as fast as possible (being a women travelling alone). Sad that they abuse of this situation to make you pay someone else's bill.🤮

27/08/2025: I've been here before with my family, and today, on my way back from the beach, I decided to have a pizza here with my girlfriend. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Mrs. Ivana as if we were family. The service was quick, the pizza was slightly crispy but good, and above all, very large. Good, I recommend it.

01/10/2025: A terrible experience along the SS 131. We stopped for lunch, and decided (seeing the unappealing sandwiches) to use the restaurant... I can only say that the name couldn't have been more appropriate. Sit down and trust in the Savior to help you through this ordeal. Highly not recommended.

29/09/2025: We stopped here while passing through. Unfortunately, quite a few dishes on the menu were unavailable, which was surprising for a Sunday afternoon. I ordered a cutlet and fries (separate extra dish!) and received exactly that – simple and without garnish or sauce. It was the least enjoyable meal of our one week in Sardinia, though the service itself was very friendly. One small downside, which we also noticed elsewhere on the island: the toilet door couldn’t be locked and there was no toilet seat.

26/07/2025: Se state cercando un'esperienza unica nella sua bellissima semplicità, fa assolutamente al caso vostro. Noi abbiamo scelto la formula mezza pensione (abbinando giornate al mare sulle spiagge di Piscinas o Portu Maga). La signora Angela è una padrona di casa eccezionale, di una dolcezza con pochi eguali, e il marito Giuseppe si prodiga nel dare il suo personale e fondamentale contributo al mantenimento di questo piccolo angolo di rustica felicità. Se amate le esperienze indimenticabili, questa fa assolutamente al caso vostro. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno

28/04/2025: Dal 25 al 27 aprile ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare all’Agriturismo L’Oasi del Cervo, ad Arbus. Vivendo a Cagliari, dove il traffico e il rumore sono all’ordine del giorno, avevo proprio bisogno di una pausa immersa nella natura. Qui, il silenzio era interrotto solo dal fruscio del vento, dal canto degli uccellini e dei galli dell’agriturismo: un vero toccasana per la mente e per l’anima. I due titolari si sono dimostrati persone splendide: lui un uomo dall’umorismo travolgente, lei una donna dolcissima, carismatica e profondamente appassionata al suo lavoro. È proprio Angela a curare personalmente la cucina, e la sua dedizione traspare in ogni piatto: dalle frittelle di carciofi alle melanzane impanate, dal capretto alla Vernaccia fino alla pasta fatta in casa, alle pizze, alle focacce e ai dolci, tutti incredibilmente buonissimi e leggeri. Un altro aspetto che mi ha colpito positivamente è l’impegno dell’agriturismo verso la sostenibilità ambientale: la struttura è completamente ecosostenibile, un valore aggiunto che fa davvero la differenza. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo goduto anche della compagnia degli affettuosi animali dell’agriturismo, che hanno reso l’atmosfera ancora più familiare. Poco distante dalla struttura, nella giornata del 26, abbiamo avuto modo di fare una visita guidata alle miniere di Montevecchio, è stato davvero interessante. Abbiamo alloggiato nella Dependance, a pochi metri dal ristorante: la camera, seppur non molto grande, era accogliente. Tuttavia, va segnalato che non era riscaldata, e soprattutto al mattino abbiamo sofferto il freddo. Sarebbe opportuno riscaldare gli ambienti o almeno avvisare gli ospiti in anticipo. Il materasso era comodissimo e i cuscini in memory, fantastici! Sempre nella Depandance, al piano terra ci sarà una sala da pranzo con un frigo a disposizione degli ospiti, dove noi abbiamo potuto conservare del cibo da portare in gita alle miniere e delle medicine. Di notte, dopo cena, abbiamo usato la sala per giocare a carte, è stato molto comodo poter usare il tavolo nel nostro tempo libero! ❤️ Un’altra particolarità riguarda la disposizione dei tavoli: spesso si cena o pranza in grandi tavolate condivise con altri ospiti. Personalmente ho vissuto questo momento come un’occasione di socializzazione, ma ho sentito qualcuno lamentarsi; anche in questo caso, forse sarebbe utile informare preventivamente chi prenota. Infine, un consiglio importantissimo: non perdetevi le zeppole e i bomboloni della signora Angela, sono eccezionali! I più buoni, soffici, leggeri mai mangiati, serviti ancora caldi! Attenzione però: non vengono serviti al tavolo. Vengono messi in una cesta al centro della sala e finiscono in pochi minuti. Consiglio quindi di affrettarsi, altrimenti rischiate di non assaggiarli, come purtroppo è capitato a me il primo giorno 🥹 In conclusione, L’Oasi del Cervo è un luogo autentico, ideale per chi cerca relax, ottima cucina e un contatto sincero con la natura. Ci tornerò sicuramente, magari con qualche grado in più!

16/10/2025: We were looking for a traditional place off the beaten path, and we can say we found it! The welcome was friendly, and the food was homely. It's wonderful that they bring the dishes "blindly." Trust the lady, she knows her stuff :)

01/10/2025: I was there today and I was thrilled! And I'd like to put some of the reviews into perspective. The restaurant is obviously run by an older couple, and the food is absolutely authentic and honest. Anyone who complains that they aren't served in English or that they're simply handed something because they can't express their wishes in Italian – what do you expect? If you go to a village inn in Bavaria, Swabia, or Austria to get the most authentic cuisine possible, you'll have a hard time getting it in English, too. So either go to a tourist restaurant, learn Italian, or take a guide. It's definitely not the restaurant's fault!!! The quality was definitely excellent in my case, and the owners made every effort to correctly interpret my broken Italian. There's no official menu. If you're really interested, you can find a rough estimate in the other comments. This will probably fluctuate slightly depending on the menu, and I won't throw around any more numbers here. I was there on a (very) quiet day. That's why I'm not even expecting specialties like roasted suckling pig, lamb, or goat. That would be presumptuous. But I can say this much: They conjured up a fantastic menu, more or less just for me, and the price was more than fair! Even as a clearly foreigner, I wasn't ripped off in any way. Anyone who still discusses the prices is rightly casting a bad light on their origins! I saw a comment complaining about the few slices of ham/sausage in the antipasti. I wasn't there, but at least in my case, it was enriched with three more vegetable and cheese-based antipasti. There was so much that it was impossible to finish it all! No one will leave hungry! For my part, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful evening and would come back anytime! Please continue to run the place like this for a long time to give other guests an unforgettable evening!

Marcello, the owner of the hotel, his partner, and the entire staff were competent and professional in every way. Marcello's friendliness and helpfulness were unique and truly wonderful. The menus offered at the restaurant we chose were exceptional. The entire hotel is meticulously maintained, with ample parking available for guests. Three wonderful days with Marcello, who deserves a solid A+. Thank you ❤️

02/10/2025: Delicious homemade pasta, seafood, and mussels. Very friendly service. Not very inviting from the outside, but the food is worth a stop. We'd gladly return!
