They try to experiment but keeping a very high bar compared to the original recipes
Bon always succeeds perfectly but overall, the sensation on the palate is "amazement" and "joy"

I had lunch in the beautiful outdoor pergola. Really excellent mussel and octopus and potato soup. Ditto for the first course, Panciotti stuffed with scampi, cuttlefish, ink and cherry tomato.
The waiter, Alessio, very professional and really kind.
Impeccable place in cleanliness and details.

Abbiamo sentito di questo locale tramite amici, quindi si va per il pranzo, a partire dall'accoglienza si capisce che è un locale serio, il cameriere veramente gentile e ha saputo consigliarci molto bene, piatti favolosi, ogni assaggio è stata un esperienza indescrivibile, un emozioni di sapori, tutto perfetto, qualità prezzo eccellente, super consigliato, andati via super soddisfatti, ritorneremo sicuramente.
