I ate at Il Brigante da Cristian and the experience was simply excellent.
The fish was truly super juicy, with an extraordinary flavor that only comes from the freshest ingredients. All the dishes were top-quality, prepared with great care, and the fresh fish really made the difference.
The restaurant is beautiful, welcoming, and above all, spotlessly clean, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant and relaxing. The service was impeccable: the waiters are always attentive, helpful, and ready to satisfy every need without being intrusive.
I highly recommend the traditional Sardinian dessert: it was simply delicious and the perfect end to the meal.
We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

What can I say? It was simply a perfect evening in a family-run atmosphere that was both welcoming and refined. We were served with attention and care.
The chef prepared delicious dishes and was tireless, from the seafood appetizers to the first and second courses. Everything was delicious. I especially cannot forget the fregola with artichokes and bottarga, the cuttlefish, the sea bass, and the appetizers with oysters, mussels, and swordfish.
Everything was delicious, not to mention the quality wine.
An unforgettable experience to be repeated many times.

I was here to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary. We ate seafood, and everything was excellent: fresh, well-prepared, and of great quality. The staff was also really kind and professional. We were very satisfied. I'd give it even more than 5 stars, because in my opinion 5 isn't enough!

I went for New Year's Eve dinner with a simple reservation, at an a la carte seafood restaurant. We had appetizers: tuna tartare with avocado and a potato and mussel tart with pecorino cream. Excellent. Then there was seafood fregola (good) and pasta with clams and bottarga (it could have been a little better, if the bottarga was used as a garnish). I drank water and for dessert, a mille-feuille with honey, ricotta, and saffron. Due to a mix-up, it was served with berries. But the waiter, who was truly kind and professional, promptly changed it, as was his colleague. The only downside was that the tables were too close together, with almost no room to move around comfortably. Otherwise, the atmosphere was welcoming.

A family-run restaurant, like the atmosphere that greets you as soon as you walk in the door. Simple yet authentic cuisine, using only fresh ingredients. I can't recommend it enough and say I'll be back soon.

Excellent dishes, I was the only one among my friends who doesn't eat fish, but by booking in advance they were able to accommodate me with excellent appetizers, a delicious spaghetti with cream of zucchini 😋. Kind, welcoming staff. I absolutely recommend it.
