20/01/2025: Abbiamo scelto il menù della giornata a base di pesce, ma era quasi tutto decongelato, e di scarsa qualità, tranne le cozze, la seada era poco cotta e con poco formaggio. Unico aspetto positivo il cameriere era molto efficiente. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è pessimo. Siamo rimasti insoddisfatti e non ripeteremo l'esperienza.

To underline the kindness of the owner who always finds time to have a chat with customers. Lastly, the pizzottella, the Nutella pizza which is offered as a dessert, is delicious.

Abbiamo ordinato 21 ceste natalizie aziendali, abbiamo pattuito la consegna entro il 20 dicembre non oltre le 13 perchè i dipendenti andavano via, oltre ad aver consegnato alle 14 quando ormai non c'era più nessuno e dopo diverse chiamate dove mi dicevano che erano usciti alle 10:30 per consegnare, manco fossimo in una città diversa, le ceste sono state consegnate senza i biglietti di auguri che avevamo fatto inserire. Pur essendoci raccomandati più volte sull'orario e sui dettagli come il biglietto di auguri, una volta consegnati non hanno più risposto al numero dove si faceva l'ordine. Prima e ultima volta che ci affidiamo a loro

17/01/2025: Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per 10 persone alle ore 21:00 presso la vostra struttura. All’arrivo, l’impatto iniziale è stato positivo grazie alla location immersa nel verde, che trasmetteva una sensazione di tranquillità e relax. Tuttavia, una volta entrati nella sala, l’atmosfera si è rivelata del tutto inadeguata: l’ambiente era buio, privo di vitalità e caratterizzato da una musica di sottofondo obsoleta e fastidiosa, poco adatta a un contesto conviviale. Nonostante le temperature elevate, in quanto piena estate, la nostra richiesta di accendere i climatizzatori non è stata accolta. Di conseguenza, siamo stati costretti a sventolarci con i menù per cercare sollievo dal caldo opprimente. Solo dopo due ore, e dopo aver insistito più volte, la climatizzazione è stata finalmente attivata, compromettendo il comfort per gran parte della serata. Il servizio ha presentato ulteriori criticità: le pizze, nonostante un’attesa di 45 minuti, sono state servite secche e bruciate, dimostrando scarsa attenzione nella preparazione. Inoltre, durante la cena, è iniziato un karaoke gestito in maniera approssimativa, con musica a un volume talmente alto da rendere impossibile qualsiasi conversazione, alterando gravemente l’esperienza complessiva. L’assenza di coordinamento del personale di sala è stata evidente, tanto che mi sono visto costretto ad alzarmi personalmente per cercare assistenza. Successivamente, ho ordinato delle patate arrosto, che sono state servite con rapidità ma accompagnate da salse scadute da mesi, un dettaglio assolutamente inaccettabile per qualsiasi struttura che desideri rispettare gli standard minimi di qualità e sicurezza alimentare. In conclusione, la serata, che avrebbe dovuto rappresentare un momento di relax e convivialità dopo una settimana impegnativa, si è rivelata deludente e stressante. Mi permetto di suggerire una serie di interventi urgenti volti a migliorare l’esperienza offerta: tra questi, un investimento nell’ammodernamento degli spazi interni, nella revisione dell’acustica e nella gestione degli eventi musicali, oltre che un’attenta selezione e formazione del personale per garantire un servizio qualificato, adeguato e rispettoso delle esigenze della clientela. Ritengo che tali miglioramenti siano fondamentali per ripristinare il potenziale della struttura e offrire un’esperienza all’altezza delle aspettative.
