What can I say? I've rarely eaten such good ingredients. We also tried some traditional dishes and were truly satisfied. The cleanliness of the place is truly obsessive 🤣 The service (Angelica) is not only very friendly but also very professional. The chef and assistant chef are excellent. This place will not disappoint. Keep up the good work! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

We had dinner at Ammentos tonight and had a wonderful time. The dishes tasted like home. Delicious. The cured meats and cheeses on the platter were very good. As for the food, you can feel the love the chef and her staff put into their dishes. The staff was truly welcoming. Oscar was courteous, professional, and made our evening even more enjoyable. A family atmosphere, fair prices, and generous portions. Truly special. The paccheri with chopped pistachios and shrimp, sea bream, and tiramisu are highly recommended. We'll be back!

In Olmedo, a small village a few kilometers from Alghero, we found this small, welcoming, and simple place. The dishes are delicious, and the "fregula" is a real delight, served by Oscar, a very kind man. We ate very well and had a great time, even our 3-year-old daughter approved 😀.
