01/12/2025: They make it easy for whoever they want! We called a second after they opened and they said they didn't have any room and that they could come in after 2 hours! They'd rather miss out on 10 pizzas, well done! We'll definitely never set foot in there again.

31/08/2025: Traditional pizza by the slice, always excellent. Sometimes you have to wait a bit.

21/09/2025: The food isn't bad, but it's expensive for what you get. It's a beach bar and it serves as a beach bar.

21/09/2025: I confirm that Barbados remains my favorite place this year too. Everything is delicious, the quality of the ingredients is always top-notch, from appetizers to dessert. Everything is incredibly fresh. My favorite dish remains the calamarata, highly recommended!!! This year we were lucky enough to try the calamarata, but with a typical Sardinian fresh pasta dish, which is not easy to find!!! The owners are always very kind. The view, well... is no exception!!! The island of Tavolara is the perfect backdrop to all these delicacies!!!

09/10/2025: Obviously, nothing to complain about the view! Unfortunately, lunch was a whole different story. Let's start with the appetizers: a trio of smoked fish (salmon, tuna, swordfish) where the salmon wasn't available, and they should have told us that in advance; octopus salad with a liter of lemon squeezed over it, only recently removed from the fridge because the oil was all lumpy! The seafood paella was way too spicy for my personal taste; I couldn't eat it! The girls' cutlet was overcooked! I'm sorry, but my personal experience wasn't great!

15/11/2025: My first experience at La Rocca Restaurant was 5-star plus! The location is superb, with a well-kept and relaxing outdoor garden, surrounded by nature. The menu is excellent. The appetizers would have been more than adequate and delicious, but instead we also had gnocchi, seafood fregola, and Gallura soup. The suckling pig melted in your mouth, and the unique ricotta seadas (in addition to the traditional version) were simply superb! Add to that the kindness and friendliness of the owners... you won't be able to resist returning!

20/10/2025: We hired dear Mrs. Giovanna for my daughter's baptism. We'd decided together to do it outside if it had been a nice day, but unfortunately she made us eat completely under the scorching sun, without even making the slightest effort to set up umbrellas, leaving all my guests, including pregnant women, elderly people, and children, to lunch in the sun. The buffet was completely unused. She wasn't at all worried, in fact, she told me the atmosphere would change shortly. She's a total swindler. She doesn't keep her promises. There was supposed to be a DJ, but strangely enough, she forgot, and the cake wasn't at all what I'd chosen. Mrs. Giovanna is quick to swipe the card, but if you call her to talk, she'll hang up on you! She made me look terrible, and my guests certainly won't give her a good impression!!!

04/10/2025: Last night I had the pleasure and honor of attending a wedding at the Sa Pintadera farmhouse in Assemini, and I can say with absolute certainty that it was an extraordinary experience in every way. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed into a warm, authentic, and familiar atmosphere that immediately made you feel at home. The rural setting is meticulously maintained: nature, tradition, and serenity blend seamlessly, providing a sense of peace rarely found elsewhere. The location is spectacular, ideal for important events like weddings, but also for a romantic dinner or a family day out. But let's get to the real star of the evening: the food. We ate like a god. There are no other words to describe the gastronomic experience we were treated to. A triumph of authentic flavors, abundant and prepared with a mastery that speaks of a love for the land and for Sardinian cuisine. The appetizers were endless, rich, varied, and delicious; The first courses were mouth-watering, with fresh homemade pasta and perfectly balanced toppings. The second courses were an explosion of flavor—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and tender meats, accompanied by generous, well-prepared side dishes. And all this was accompanied by a truly excellent house wine, which enhanced every course. The service also deserves an honorable mention: the staff was impeccable, professional yet smiling, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Despite the large number of guests, each table was served punctually and with care. Perfect organization, worthy of a grand event. The dessert was the icing on the cake—literally! An exquisite wedding cake!! In conclusion, Sa Pintadera is more than just an agriturismo: it's an experience that will remain in your heart. Thank you so much for making this wedding so special. 27/09/2025: This family-run restaurant is ideal for private parties, with reservations required. The location is a bit dark from the outside, with little signage. The service was good, very courteous, helpful, and above all patient, considering we were late after 1:30 pm with the DJ 🙈. Homemade, generous dishes, excellent value for money, €35 per person for a full menu. The only downside was paying without a receipt; the till was actually turned off. For everything else, I recommend it 👍🏻

26/09/2025: In my opinion, the restaurant deserves more stars than the list here indicates. We got a table for lunch without a reservation, an hour before closing time. We ordered a mixed salad, spaghetti vongole, and pasticcio alla Carlofortina. We accompanied it with a light white wine, as recommended by the owner. The dishes were freshly prepared, and the aroma alone promised a great meal. The portions were truly plentiful. The value for money was good. However, I would like to point out that a low price shouldn't be the basis for a good meal. Much more important is the lasting taste experience. And for that, I say thank you very much. 25/09/2025: A small trattoria discovered by chance... the owner and the waiter were very kind, and recommended typical local dishes. The food was delicious, and the price was excellent. Recommended.

26/08/2025: A small restaurant in true "seafront" style. Upon entering, the first thing I noticed were the menu placemats covering the windows from the inside, for some reason or other. The food is below average, especially considering the price: you can taste the quality ingredients and the desire to improve, but the dishes are confusing. In particular, the tagliolini allo scoglio al nero di seppia is a Pollock of flavors: a striking visual effect, but in the mouth, everything blends together, and the sauce dominates, completely covering the fish (I tried some raw scampi on its own, and it was very good). The pasta with clams and bottarga was good, but it's also a shame about the culurgiones, which are well-made but topped with a very acidic sauce that covers everything. Fried fish and umbrina (if I remember correctly) are good, the wine is average in both quality and variety. Disappointing service, there were a couple of mistakes when taking orders. I highly recommend using a notebook and being more humble, but the worst was when the waitress made us pay by card and ate a spoonful of fregola for every transaction. Family-run business doesn't mean being related to the customers, but making the people who choose you feel at home. In conclusion, not recommended.

04/08/2025: Very, very fresh and very good! I recommend it especially after a day at the beach! We had the octopus, fish and chips and calamari, then the tiramisu for dessert! Everything was very good! The service was fast and the waitress spoke French and was very, very nice.

01/07/2025: The hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel. It lacks in several areas. The rooms are very small, and the location is isolated. Therefore, a car is highly recommended. The beach is small and not very attractive. While breakfast offers a good selection, the orange juice must be ordered separately. The quality is questionable in some areas (the ham was bland...). The evening meal is good but VERY expensive. For example, two small spoonfuls of ice cream cost €10. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice and well-maintained. There is NO disinfectant or cleaning products in the gym. Accordingly, you are confronted with unhygienic equipment. Additionally, the lights turn off automatically when you're on the treadmill, for example. This can quickly become dangerous. It's also not air-conditioned because it's located in a passageway.

30/06/2025: An oasis of peace, small-scale 5-star hotel. One drawback (the hotel can't do much about it). You prefer to eat inside because of the many wasps.🐝 But otherwise, an ideal spot with a (not part of the hotel) beach bar and boat rental. On the premises itself a swimming pool with life guard and more than enough space and sunbeds. Just enough parking space at the hotel. A surprise upon arrival, a voucher for a nice massage in the Spa. Tip, do rent a car, there is not much (nothing) to do in Conca Verde, but the places nearby 15-20 minutes drive are cozy and pleasantly busy. From Palau you can easily book a boat tour of the Maddalena archipelago. Food and drink in the hotel is very good, but also choose the local restaurants, here too you can dine excellently.

26/10/2025: We ate badly. On Sunday lunch, we were offered a choice between a platter of mixed red meats and a sliced ​​veal steak with potatoes. We chose the veal. I explained that one of us wanted it rare and the other well done. We were served a steak with arugula and parmesan; the arugula was somewhere between yellow and rotten, and the sliced ​​steak was actually an uncut steak, dry and decidedly overcooked for both of us, topped with a few squares of parmesan cheese from the supermarket, nothing else. The potatoes were gone. All for €42 in a small-town bar-trattoria with Formica tables. The two stars go to the friendly staff and the fact that at least there were cloth tablecloths and napkins.

19/08/2025: Passing by on Highway 131 on a Monday when many places are closed, we took a quick detour to dine at this truly delightful restaurant and pizzeria. The welcome was warm and friendly. We ordered grilled meat and cheese ravioli, all delicious and plentiful, at a more than fair price. I definitely recommend it!

24/10/2025: The waiters were attentive and punctual, and the guy was even very friendly. I tried a rice dish with gorgonzola, radicchio, and walnuts on top. The gorgonzola dominated, but overall it was tasty and delicate. The rice itself, however, was way undercooked, too much so. I'll be back soon to try something else.
