Plus, the prices are affordable for the quality.
The hours are incorrect on Google; I'm including a photo of the current hours (they may vary during other times of the year).
By the way, I don't think it's called Eolo Bistrot anymore.

26/10/2025: A chic and unique hotel with a beautiful park. The beach, separated by a road, is easily accessible on foot via a pedestrian tunnel. You then reach a small pine forest, and beyond it, a private beach with loungers and umbrellas.
The breakfast is plentiful; just be aware that you have to ask the waiter for certain items, which will then be brought to your table. Very friendly staff, the complex is clean, and the rooms are just as clean. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Unfortunately, hospitality is very low-key in this restaurant, which is different from what we've experienced in Sardinia.
A shame.

24/11/2025: Passing through Nuoro for work, with little time for lunch, I went in with the idea of a simple sandwich. I was offered a beef sandwich, and I decided to give it a try—I couldn't have made a better choice. I was served within minutes, and the quality of both the bread and the meat was excellent. The staff was super professional and friendly. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
