06/01/2025: Locale accogliente intimo anche per coppie ci sono stata con amici il personale molto accogliente e professionale per non parlare della cucina ottima si mangia bene il pesce e la carne il dessert buono e originale come si presenta il locale bello accogliente caldo e io che sto attenta a i dettagli l ho trovato molto originale e si sentiva l aria del Natale complimenti

Situato nel cuore della città, questo ristorante offre un ambiente accogliente, perfetto per una cena romantica o un incontro con amici. Il servizio è attento , con il personale che sa consigliare al meglio sia per quanto riguarda le pietanze sia per i vini. I tempi di attesa sono giusti, e l’atmosfera rilassata permette di gustare ogni portata con tranquillità. Nel complesso il ristorante sa come valorizzare la cucina sarda. Ottimo

25/11/2024: Lors de notre passage à l’Ancora, sur les conseils de notre amie parisienne Claudia, nous avons eu le plaisir de vivre une expérience culinaire inoubliable. Les excellents cannelloni à la viande et la délicieuse crème de champignons, accompagnée d’un filet de bœuf parfaitement préparé par le chef Marco, ont été un véritable festival de saveurs. Un merci tout particulier à la charmante Mirella, toujours attentive à répondre à toutes nos attentes avec un professionnalisme exemplaire, ainsi qu’à Gualberto, qui a rendu notre visite encore plus spéciale. Une adresse à découvrir et à savourer sans hésitation ! Di passaggio all’Ancora, su consiglio della nostra amica parigina Claudia, abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaporare un’esperienza culinaria davvero memorabile. Gli ottimi cannelloni di carne e la squisita crema di funghi, accompagnata da un filetto di manzo deliziosamente preparato dallo chef Marco, sono stati un vero trionfo di sapori. Un ringraziamento speciale alla gentilissima Mirella, sempre attenta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con grande professionalità, e a Gualberto, che ha contribuito a rendere la nostra visita davvero speciale. 17/10/2024: Ormai sono anni che l’Ancora è una certezza… partendo dalla freschezza, qualità e bontà dei piatti di mare preparati dall’artista della cucina chef Marco alla gentilezza, simpatia e ospitalità in sala con Gualberto e Mirella…. 04/02/2025: Situato in un hotel di livello. Ambiente molto accogliente su una terrazza, Servizio impeccabile. Poi il cibo che conta, cucina di pesce favolosa, lo scorfano al forno una prelibatezza. Conto giusto sui 50/60 euro. Altamente consigliato

25/12/2024: Serata piacevole in questo locale molto caldo ed accogliente. Abbiamo mangiato prevalentemente pesce e tutti i piatti avevano un ottima presaetazione e sapore. Il misto gratinato il mio preferito.

26/03/2025: A place in the center of Alghero with a remarkable offer that goes from fish to pizzas, to meat. We ate a salad of raw artichokes with bottarga, fried octopus and seafood salad. Followed by a grill served with olives and cherry tomatoes, baked potatoes and finally an apple puff pastry with vanilla ice cream. Everything was really excellent. Recommended

15/03/2025: In una laterale de lungomare di Alghero, vicino al centro. Se non lo conosci da fuori non diresti sia un discreto ristorante, a me è stato consigliato. Mangiato menu dinoesce, linguine allo scoglio, ottime anche se la pasta era troppo dolce per me che mangio sempre pasta integrale. Calamaro buonissimo ed insalata mista. Prezzo con una bottiglia d’acqua 20 euro. Ambiente accogliente e buon servizio, i giovani camerieri super attenti. Ottimo il pane carasau.

15/09/2024: We had dinner at this establishment, spending €40 each. Positive: very good suckling pig and wild boar. Negative: really poor starter, bland and useless first course made with a sauce that had no particularity (comparable to the sauce prepared for a 2 year old child), located in the middle of the mountains in total darkness, you have to be very careful to find the crossroads! In summary, the price is too high for the food offered. If we had paid €25/30 it would have been fair.

26/09/2024: It seemed to be a vey nice hotel resort, at the first impression, but we stayed in the area and came to have diner. The host and waiters were very well trained. The dishes we ordered were good from taste, but the quality of the fish and meat (so the actual products) were very very bad. So of low quality. The fish, cod, was not possible to chew and swallow so after every bite a dry structure of fish was left to be inconspicuously spit out. So I did not finish it, of course. My wife ordered a meat dish, and also for her, the meat was so chewy that she could also not get through and had to leave it all on her plate. A real disappointment, especially as an entrepreneur in the hospitality real estate and restaurant business, so knowing how it should be. While paying the bill at the front desk, I told the maître about our experience and that we did not want to confront the friendly staff in the restaurant, in presence of the other guests. We had better food for way less money.

27/02/2025: Excellent bistro that really deserves to return to try new specialties! The octopus and prawn carpaccio with various fruit combinations is excellent. Well done also for the welcome and friendliness. I recommend it to everyone.
