04/05/2026: I ate at Il Brigante da Cristian and the experience was simply excellent. The fish was truly super juicy, with an extraordinary flavor that only comes from the freshest ingredients. All the dishes were top-quality, prepared with great care, and the fresh fish really made the difference. The restaurant is beautiful, welcoming, and above all, spotlessly clean, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant and relaxing. The service was impeccable: the waiters are always attentive, helpful, and ready to satisfy every need without being intrusive. I highly recommend the traditional Sardinian dessert: it was simply delicious and the perfect end to the meal. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

06/04/2026: Excellent location 26 km from Sassari in the rural hamlet of La Corte. For those who love simple, unfussy surroundings, this is the ideal place to spend a pleasant moment. The cuisine respects the flavors of the countryside, with excellent cured meats and cheeses, and numerous tastings that recall the flavors of times gone by. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable. I highly recommend making a reservation. Thank you, Mr. Mario, for your attention and availability. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

22/02/2026: The food was excellent and plentiful, with a wide variety of appetizers. The first courses were excellent, especially the ravioli. The porcetto was a bit disappointing, so we'll try it again. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

04/02/2026: During a lunch with friends, we were unfortunate enough to find a restaurant so beautiful but with such terrible service, which was reflected in the quickly and poorly cooked dishes (undercooked pasta, salty meat) due (according to the staff) to an unexpected crowd arriving for a visit to the nearby Ulassai waterfall. The excuse was the unexpectedly large number of customers (it should be noted that the very spacious dining room wasn't even remotely full), and therefore the staff was unprepared. Unfortunately, it was purely due to lack of experience, so we found ourselves with staff rushing around needlessly, making us wait three and a half hours just for an appetizer, a first course, and a second course. I'm sorry, but if you can't organize yourself to serve all the seats in the dining room you've made available, you're better off doing something else, not a restaurateur. You still have a lot to learn in this industry.

25/01/2026: Restaurant was out of control and couldn't serve most of the lunch menu. Nice people but they were not able to provide a simple lunch meal for only 3 people. I felt sorry for them. Sunday afternoon.

12/05/2026: Despite the limited space inside, the place is quiet and very nice. We go there often, and it feels like home. The staff is kind and attentive. The pizzas are also available in gluten-free and lactose-free versions. Delicious.

Team Leader Alessandra is very helpful, pleasant to chat with, and has a wealth of local knowledge. Franca and the rest of the team are truly helpful, proactive, and ready to help with anything. The hotel is spotless and has excellent air conditioning! The restaurant is truly excellent in terms of seating, cleanliness, and aesthetics, with top-quality, practically zero-mile food and generous portions at truly reasonable prices. The wood-fired pizzeria also serves truly excellent pizzas, both in quality and quantity! In short, for those looking for a comfortable stay with excellent traditional cuisine, you can't miss Sa Orte... trust me, you won't regret it... 👏👏👏👏👏
