30/10/2025: Pizza, super good platters! Recommendation

01/10/2025: We went for lunch as a group and chose this pizzeria because it offered a truly varied menu: from pizza to meat, there's something for everyone. It turned out to be a great choice! We had a great time; the food was excellent and the portions generous. The bill was also a pleasant surprise: we spent very little for the quality. The interior is very well-kept and welcoming, perfect for an evening with friends. We'll definitely be back!

03/12/2025: We loved our stay at Hotel Flora. The staff were super friendly, the location was convenient, and the shower was top notch. Breakfast was really good too.

03/09/2025: Restaurant in a neighborhood that would once have been very lively, there are beautiful houses! I hope that with this pizzeria the atmosphere will return, it deserves it. We ate some very good pizzas, delicious, if you are in Sasser or the surrounding area don't miss it! The staff and the hostess, very friendly, attentive and caring!!🫶💖🫶💖

19/07/2025: I wish I could say it was a great experience the first time I ordered from them, but unfortunately I can't. The lactose-free pizza was made with buffalo mozzarella, and that's fair enough, because mistakes happen to everyone, especially on Saturdays when they're busier! The real problem is that they charged us an additional €2 for each pizza (pizzas that didn't have any added ingredients), for a total of €31.50 including delivery. When I called and reported it, they remade the pizza, and when the pizza delivery guy (a great guy) showed up with the pizza, he told me that the one I already had with buffalo mozzarella was actually lactose-free. So why did you remake it? I don't understand! The icing on the cake was having to return the wrong pizza, which another family member could have eaten the next day. I don't see that as fair, since the mistake was theirs. NEVER AGAIN! Have a good evening.

07/09/2025: A very pleasant surprise, a refined and welcoming atmosphere. We chose a fish menu, and the refined dishes gave us real emotions, with absolutely excellent authentic flavors. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back. Cristina and Umberto

24/08/2025: An incredible number of great products from Sardinia – highly recommended for anyone who not only wants to bring something back for their loved ones, but also seeks a culinary souvenir for themselves. We stocked up on special-shaped pasta and Sardinian pastries. Due to a misunderstanding, we ended up paying for more sweet treats than planned and carrying more in our bags. When we complained a few minutes later, the salesperson not only apologized repeatedly but also offered to take other items for the same amount and even gave us the extra pastries as a gift. These were so delicious, in retrospect, that we would have bought even more if we'd known beforehand. Thank you so much for the friendly service!

22/01/2026: We opted for the seafood menu. Everything was excellent. The waiters were truly professional. They treated my granddaughter to a dessert decorated with her name. Highly recommended, even for celiacs.

22/11/2025: On a November evening when practically everything in northern Gallura is closed, Pizzeria Caltinu in Palau is like a beacon for sailors at night! Very good food; the pizza dough surprised me with its lightness and flavor! The service is quick and friendly, and the bill was equally surprising. I've finally found a winter refuge where I can enjoy excellent pizza at lunchtime and in the evening! Congratulations, Caltinu 🤩

06/11/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant with my entire family to celebrate my graduation. The restaurant features a courtyard with an entrance that opens onto a corridor leading to the spacious dining room, a bit bare but suitable for any occasion. Upon entering, we were greeted with a welcome aperitif, available with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, before being seated at the table. The kitchen prepares hearty, home-cooked dishes, perfect for those with a hearty appetite who don't want to sacrifice authentic flavors. The service is excellent, and an honorable mention goes to Mr. Fernando, whose professionalism and immense friendliness entertained everyone and made the lunch even more enjoyable. The quality-price ratio is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

25/04/2025: Excellent pizzas, very friendly staff, outdoor space in the summer. Highly recommended, with plenty of open parking. Quiet, just outside the town. We return every year, alone or with friends.
