A quiet, family-run trattoria, just like it was a few decades ago. Good food, including homemade pasta. The owner, who appears a bit grumpy, turns out to be friendly and welcoming. Prices are reasonable.

We arrived at 12:30 pm, a party of six, without a reservation, and received a wonderful welcome. Aside from the pizzas, which were impossible to prepare due to the lack of a stove, and the Su Succu, which required a 50-minute wait, the entire menu was available to us. And the homemade pasta was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a very friendly welcome outside under a huge tent, overlooking the lake. We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area. Thank you!

The owners are very welcoming; the food is authentic, simple, and delicious. The restaurant overlooking Lake Omodeo is worth a visit.

During a motorcycle trip, we were near the Tirso River, and almost by chance we found Cantinedda near the Chiusa di Santa Chiara, a century-old structure, as Mrs. Aurora, who runs the restaurant with her husband, proudly reminded us. Aurora welcomed us, showing us her signature dishes, all typical Sardinian; products handmade by her with care and experience. We trusted her advice and didn't regret it. Simple, authentic, homemade food. In short, delicious. The good fortune of being just a few of us that evening allowed us to better get to know Aurora, a woman who has lived many experiences without fear. A story worth hearing. An evening and a person we will never forget.

In the end, it was pretty good. We just waited a while for the food. The lady served alone and doesn't speak any other language than Italian. But the food was good and the restaurant was nicer inside than outside.

Aurora welcomed us to her restaurant, nestled in the greenery with a beautiful garden overlooking the river. A very peaceful place where food reigns supreme.
