22/10/2025: A week in the beautiful October Italian sun. This hotel is every bit as good as advertised. The welcome and genuine warmth of our hosts was simply perfect. This hotel has an authentic family feel, everyone truly cares and does everything they can to make sure their guests have a flawless stay. The breakfast, in a beautiful room ’pool side’ is great. Take a look at the hotel’s website, the ‘tropical’ feel is exactly as you imagine it to be from their photos. The location is also perfect… You can park your car just a few metres along the road, the same road that just an 800M stroll will take you to a beautiful beach, or in the opposite direction into the village where there are so many restaurants to choose from, lots of bars, a couple of supermarkets, a pharmacy… not to mention the gelato outlets..! This place has it all. If you have a car, and I’d recommend it, there are some breathtaking roads along the coast.. the views simply outstanding. If you are looking for a base in southern Sardinia, look no further than Hotel Su Sergenti. It’s perfect. Thank you to the team here for a wonderful stay in your beautiful hotel.

12/10/2025: A great hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Staff are consistently courteous and excellent at their jobs. The parking lot is a few steps away and can be opened with the room card. We would definitely book there again. The only thing is that the €25 beach chair with a towel is a bit pricey.

17/05/2026: We each ordered one main course (primi) and it was delicious. The portions were generous and the flavor was excellent. The waitress was friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. I recommend it!

03/05/2026: Nice, welcoming place, but they should clarify what kind of menu they offer, because first-time visitors might not realize that on a certain day of the week the menu is fixed and there's no other option. We stopped in with the idea of ​​grabbing a starter and then leaving, but instead we were forced to take the entire menu with us because we weren't planning on a long lunch. Otherwise, everything was fine.

06/04/2026: Away from the center of Arborea, surrounded by greenery. The food is very tasty. The pizza and squid are excellent. The red wine and desserts are excellent. I recommend it!

15/05/2026: Popped in here after a long day. Plenty of tables to start with but it filled up quickly. Staff were friendly and the service was good. The pizza was tasty. The pizzas are a good size. Maybe a tad to big for some but you can take it home of course. Overall a good dining option.

03/06/2026: We had lunch on June 2nd in a pleasant and welcoming place... the waitress was friendly and knowledgeable and praise to the kitchen because we ate really well... excellent quality raw materials and special dishes such as fake olives and fake peanuts 😱😱😱 oh my goodness, they were really worth the trip... truly congratulations!!!

02/06/2026: We had dinner and had the pleasure of meeting the new management, which has only been in business for two months. I'm giving it 5 stars only because it's impossible to give more. Excellent service, kindness, and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. The dishes were excellent, featuring traditional, quality products presented with original and well-chosen combinations. 06/05/2026: The "best times" are definitely over. There were three other guests with me. When I walked in, I almost turned around, but then I thought I'd give the place and the food a chance. For the main course: fried arancini and mozzarellini. I think you can get much better ones in Sicily. The first course was pasta with ragu; I stopped eating after five bites. Sorry for the bad review. P.S.: The whole place tasted of stale cigarette smoke. Even for me, as a smoker, it was too much. Regarding "taking your time," I explicitly said slowly. The first course arrived after two minutes. Enough of the bad news; I don't think the chef cares.
