01/06/2025: The most beautiful and welcoming hotel. Definitely treat yourself to a room with sea view, so worth it! Everything was beautiful and well maintained, the spa area inviting with a gorgeous view out to sea. Also very capable and talented massage therapists. Room and all the hotel and outdoor areas always impeccably clean, very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Pool and beach with very comfy loungers and plenty of shade. The bed and pillow was also the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel. The only downside was the food sometimes - it wasn’t always as good as we would have expected. But as I had the most wonderful time there I can’t take away a star even for that.

05/05/2025: Con il mio compagno son sempre andata in questo locale per anniversari e compleanni,una coccola che ci concediamo in un locale speciale,dove tutto viene cucito con amore e maestria.La pasta fresca è strabiliante,non può essere descritta ma solo,assaporata,così come i dolci favolosi e gli abbinamenti particolari ed esaltanti!

04/05/2025: Frequentiamo questo ristorante da quando aprì, oramai 10 anni fa. Come dico nel titolo, mai banali… mai banali perché dietro ogni portata c’è attenzione nella scelta degli ingredienti e studio approfondito su come abbinarli, su quale sia il condimento più appropriato, fino ad arrivare all’impiattamento, fatto con cura e maestria. E l’attenzione si vede anche nella scelta di portate equilibrate, che ti permettono di arrivare alla fine di una degustazione di altissimo livello senza dover “faticare”. Ieri il menù degustazione prevedeva una tartare di manzo arricchita con la cipolla margherita, un tortello ripieno di mais condito con una bisque di crostacei e, come secondo, un’alternativa fra del baccalà condito con beurre blanc o del capocollo di maiale brasato accompagnato da delle bietole, con un dolce finale. Abbiamo assaggiato entrambe le alternative (mi riferisco ai secondi) e, come sempre, tutto era buonissimo, accompagnato da un ottimo vino della Borgogna, che abbiamo potuto scegliere fra numerose proposte di etichette di qualità. Non ultimo, il menù degustazione proposto ha un prezzo estremamente conveniente, difficilmente lo si trova altrove per menù equivalenti per livello e qualità. Infine, è importante ricordare la cortesia e la competenza dei titolari e del personale in sala, sempre attenti a descrivere le pietanze, a suggerire un vino in abbinamento o semplicemente a scambiare due battute cortesi con i clienti.

The pool is beautiful and offers an incredible view of the sea. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety to choose from. The staff was very friendly and professional. 22/03/2025: Premetto che non sono di quella zona e non passo lì neanche abitualmente. Ricordo che mi nominarono questa pizzeria una sera lontana a Lunamatrona, decidemmo di farle visita ma sfortunatamente ricevemmo "picche" in quanto già al completo... Gli amici mi dissero: "...peccato, vedessi che pizze!" Capito oggi in Marmilla e mi sono ricordato del caloroso consiglio... Oggi è il giorno giusto! Ambiente casereccio ma curato. Pizza stile napoletano; per tale motivo temevo che fossero un po' piccole ma mi sono dovuto ricredere, dimensioni normali, peccato non ci sia la soluzione gigante. Pasta morbida con micro-croccantezza come piace a me, ingredienti ottimi, piccole finezze belle da vedere e da gustare. Interessante anche il comparto dolci. Prezzi giusti e non esagerati. Personale di sala cordiale e attento, menzione speciale, ovviamente, al maestro pizzaiolo. Spero che una bella realtà come la vostra cresca e che superi i confini della Marmilla, con la mia compagna siamo stati bene e abbiamo notato una bella differenza rispetto ad altre pizzerie che, pur operando scelte in termini di qualità, si presentano al pubblico in maniera altezzosa e spocchiosa. Non farò nomi ovviamente... Alla prossima ragazzi!

Both for the welcoming environment, the professional, kind staff, always ready to advise you on the best. The food is very fresh, freshly prepared dishes and non-obvious combinations and typical Carloforte dishes. What can I say? Try it to believe it ❤️

01/05/2025: Booked at the last minute on the day of San Efisio, we took the opportunity to eat early at a time when there were no other customers, around 1pm. Friendly welcome with a very kind lady who with great emotion explained the tradition of the day to us. Spaghetto ai ricci very good, as is the fregola. The only flaw, being a holiday, the place filled up in a very short time, creating a bit of confusion.

19/04/2025: I only went once with terrible company and this influenced my opinion of the place at the time. In reality I have no elements to express myself.

02/05/2025: Place above my expectations. I was lucky to find a place, it's usually full, especially during events and holidays. They welcomed us with a nice smile and made us sit down. The menu is full of characteristic local dishes, including truffles. We had a finger-licking appetizer of melted pecorino on Carasau bread, a first course of homemade gnocchi with gorgonzola and truffle (to make a slipper with the bread, also spectacular) and a truly excellent mixed grill. Nothing to say, average price for a truly excellent lunch. We are not gluttons, but there was also the possibility of leaving with a full belly, given the extensive menu. I recommend it.

07/11/2024: Siamo stati in questo storico ristorante una sera di luglio a cena con degli amici. Nonostante il ristorante fosse pieno il servizio è stato rapido cortese e pronto a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. I piatti sono ben presentati con l’attenzione per la tradizione e con la cura per la scelta delle materie prime fresche. Ottima esperienza da consigliare.
