01/03/2026: The pinsas are good, but last night I didn't have a great experience... we ordered at 8:40 PM and the dishes arrived at 9:50 PM (1:10 AM) due to a problem with the water boiler, which a waiter informed us. I ordered a carbonara, but it arrived lukewarm, almost cold (I would have had it remade, but given the biblical waiting times, I didn't know what time I'd receive the dish, so I gave up...). At least the tiramisu saved this disastrous dinner.

07/03/2026: Delightful little restaurant in Castelsardo. Super fresh food prepared with skill and originality. Daniela, an excellent and friendly host, explained the dishes precisely and as if we were seeing them. Excellent fresh fish. Calamarata with carob flour, monkfish, cherry tomatoes, and bottarga—EXCEPTIONAL, ORIGINAL. Not to mention the unique and unrepeatable seada with charcoal and goat's cheese, accompanied by a glass of impeccable Moscato passito. We'll definitely be back!!

08/03/2026: We went to Antica Cagliari for dinner with friends. We found excellent seafood cuisine, and the appetizer selection is highly recommended, offering a wide variety to please everyone. We were also accompanied by Eros, who guided us throughout the dinner with impeccable service and professionalism.

When you sit down, you are surrounded by a soft murmur, candlelight and the scent of freshly baked pizza and garlic that slowly fills the air. It is warm, intimate and completely stress-free. The food is rustic and self-evident. The pizza has the perfect balance between crispy bottom and soft middle, the pasta is generous and full of flavor, and each dish feels prepared with respect for tradition rather than trends. A glass of wine in your hand, stones under your feet and time that suddenly doesn't matter. You stay here for a long time. Talking a little quieter, laughing a little more, letting the evening take shape. Lu Furat is not just a restaurant – it is part of the soul of Alghero, where food, history and presence merge into something you take home with you.

A truly pleasant surprise awaited us with an excellent first course: truly delicious homemade culurgiones, followed by a trio of cheeses accompanied by spicy jams.
