10/05/2025: We went to this pizzeria for lunch today and ate (what else?) pizza. Even though we were there 20 minutes before the end of the lunch opening time, we got a table and were served very friendly and unhurriedly. The pizza was very tasty and a decent size. We also had the house wine (white), which was also good. We were completely satisfied and would like to come back.

23/04/2025: Ottima la tartarre, di secondo abbiamo preso capretto con carciofi ed una tagliata sempre con carciofi. Patate fritte alla cagliaritana e bietole ripassate in padella. Tutto molto buono in particolare il capretto, la tagliata cotta al sangue come richiesto buona di sapore ma non tenerissima.

19/04/2025: Diciamo che in primis il titolare dovrebbe contare fino a 100 prima di parlare , battute infelici . Per il resto non mi pronunciò sono partiti male , il cameriere gentile e professionale. Non ci tornerò.

06/05/2025: Super leckere Aranchini, das beste Rindstagliata weit und breit. Tolle Gastgeber, die sich viel Zeit nehmen für die Gäste. Sehr persönlich. Immer wieder gerne.

26/04/2025: Restaurant with delicious homemade Sicilian recipes. Access is a bit peculiar. You have to ring the bell to be opened. It opens you At the door a lady dressed elegantly in black and with dark glasses. They all dress in black. The menu is varied, everything we tried was Panelle, Norma pasta, Rigatoni and for dessert the Sicilian Canolo was perfect and all vegetarian.

08/05/2025: A good evening, very typical (we fell on the same evening as the hunting association evening, there was singing and music). Good quality and quantity food.

02/05/2025: Excellent restaurant, the dishes are many and refined, this was the only place in the Baunei area that had the typical Sardinian pig without us having to book. There were 3 of us and we had 2 appetizers with cured meats and goat's cheeses (exceptional!) 3 portions of suckling pig, 3 side dishes of baked vegetables and a bottle of canonau and water, spending around €50 each. If you want to taste typical Sardinian cuisine in a beautiful natural setting like the Golgo plateau, this is the right place!

01/06/2025: Really a rip-off, too expensive. Only the pizzas were at normal prices, little variety. The staff was very kind and the dishes were good but everything was poor

27/05/2025: Quite the desappointment... The advice, the taste, the service and all... were rather cheap which made the bill outrageously expensive 🙁!!! No desert😞...

15/05/2025: Excellent experience in every aspect. The location is simply enchanting, with a breathtaking view that leaves you speechless. The staff proved to be extremely kind, helpful and attentive to every need, helping to make the stay even more pleasant. A place that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to live a relaxing and quality experience.

02/04/2025: Not a “simple” bar. We are used to thinking that bars are a place where you can grab a quick bite and not something particularly tasty or elaborate. Maybe accompanied by a courteous but unpretentious service. If by chance you have this idea, then Nobel will amaze you. Starting with the quality of the service. Attentive, welcoming and smiling people. A place where you can have breakfast is an opportunity to exchange a few words with the staff. And lunch? Behind the counter, in a small room, there is a person capable of preparing delicious dishes of any kind, suitable for those who want to indulge at lunch and for those who want to stay in shape. From Italian “pokè” to combined dishes, passing through delicious first courses and the best stuffed focaccias I have ever eaten (antico vinaio scansati :D ). Every dish I have tasted made by her has never disappointed me. And finally a real gem. If you want to accompany your lunch with a good wine, you are spoiled for choice, because behind that counter hides one of the best sommeliers in Sardinia. In short, if you still don't frequent Nobel, it is normal if you think that there is nothing special at the bar. P.s: if you try their tiramisu you become addicted.

25/05/2025: Overall I am satisfied. First time, organized lunch with colleagues and families. Simple but good appetizers that included cold cuts and cheese, grilled and non-grilled vegetables. Two first courses including ricotta ravioli, formidable, and malloreddus with sausage and aubergine ragù, excellent. For the second course lamb, which I am not crazy about but I found it tasty and tender, and the suckling pig that almost reached perfection, excellent. In addition to the coffee and the bitters, fried ricotta ravioli, almost moved. The service nothing to say, polite and kind. I am sorry for only one small detail... I would have liked it if the owners or someone on their behalf had presented the company. I mean how it was structured, what products they produced and consequently which ones were used to prepare the dishes. I saw some beautiful Sardinian donkeys, from the photos I thought there were also some ostriches but, without permission I didn't go looking.. 🤣 just this.. I think it would give a lot of added value to an already beautiful experience. I definitely recommend it
