For my family and I, dining at this restaurant when we're in Carloforte has been a rewarding "must" for years. Andrea, Madda, and Cristiano, along with their kitchen team, are a guarantee, and their menu is rich, varied, and flavorful. The waiters in the dining room are a very close-knit team, attentive to their customers, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick with their service. Carmelo is a highly knowledgeable and versatile sommelier. 😀 What can I say? They're all top-notch, and we feel truly pampered. Thank you all. See you in September. 🥰

Excellent food, well presented and executed to perfection. The service is friendly, and the staff is knowledgeable and well-trained. Mr. Andrea is a great host. I recommend it.

Guys, this was truly an experience. Before I go into detail, I'll tell you right away that it's not a cheap restaurant, but they manage to accommodate all budgets, even with off-menu tastings. They're all amazing people who truly manage to convey the ancient, ancestral tuna preparations. Each dish is a ritual, a curiosity, a story, a passion, a piece of Carloforte. The waiters explain in great detail what you're about to eat, where the meat comes from, what cut it is, and even recommend which one to start with so your palate isn't "numbed" by more intense flavors. My wife and I spent around €100 because we didn't drink the full wine selection for personal reasons. To be precise, the bill was €111. They rounded it up to €110, and I left a well-deserved €10 tip. First and foremost, at Andrea's, the Red Tuna reigns supreme. Chef Andrea serves it with professionalism and mastery, and the freshness of the meat is impeccable.... Andrea, in addition to being a great chef, is also a host. While preparing the dishes, he carefully observes who is dining and how to pamper them. Meanwhile, Cristiano, an expert connoisseur and passionate supporter of great Sardinian wines, is in charge. Our expectations were more than met. Excellent restaurant, targeted and very tasty menu, kind and professional staff

Strolling along the seafront, we decided to make a reservation for dinner, and we were right! The restaurant is very refined, with professional, elegant, and attentive staff. The service is excellent, and the quality of the food is truly excellent. Everything was fresh and delicious: we enjoyed typical Carloforte dishes. The tuna steak, which I'd been dying to try, was truly excellent, as delicious as everything else. The location is beautiful, right on the seafront. The prices are high, but the quality of the food and service justifies it. If you want to savor typical local dishes and be pampered by attentive and friendly staff, this is definitely the place!

In my opinion, it's the epitome of excellence in Carloforte. High-level service that doesn't veer into excessive formality; time is spent at large tables and comfortable seating; an extensive and refined wine list; mastery from appetizers to dessert; fair bills that are perfectly tailored to the offerings. But what really makes the difference is the staff: all of them! Congratulations 💯

Impeccable experience. A friend recommended this restaurant; I had high expectations, but it was truly amazing. From the raw fish appetizers to the linguine with grouper butter and mullet bottarga, followed by the tuna steak, and finally a traditional Sardinian dessert. The quality of the tuna is excellent; I've never eaten fish this good. This will be our first, and certainly not our last, visit. Highly recommended!

Hands down the restaurant to go in Carloforte.. forget the rest. We ordered the raw tuna appetizer and the Girotonno which comprised the ventresca, and other cuts of the blue fin tuna. The ventresca was done to perfection - fatty flavorful and tender - done just right. Last night we were at Tonno Di Corsa, the ventresca we ordered was so tough/hard, not oily as it should be with a lot of skin and scale. Very very good meal. Other tuna cuts were also very good. Kudos to the Chef.
