After searching extensively online for something beyond the classic cuisine found in tourist destinations, we decided to stop here. Even from the outside, you can tell there's been a lot of thought and attention to detail. The decor and ambiance are refined, with just the right lighting, and Carlo, the waiter, is extremely kind and discreet. The selection of dishes is limited and carefully crafted, as is right, but still varied, including both fish and meat. The flavors are exceptional: The typical local pasta with goat's cheese ragù and the fregola with crab are highly recommended. The special wine was perfectly recommended by Carlo. The kitchen staff are also open to discussion and criticism. We spent €94 for two for appetizers, two first courses, wine, myrtle liqueur, and a dessert on the house. Highly recommended for those who want something extra.

My partner and I had dinner one evening during our holidays this year in July, and I must honestly say that I even licked my lips....the malloreddus with goat and pecorino cheese sauce were wonderful, I still dream about them....and the braised tuna Sulcitana style was equally cooked to perfection...those combinations and explosion of flavours that you don't get to try so often....truly congratulations...10 with honours
