23/02/2025: Non ci siamo proprio: accoglienza pari a zero. Dopo aver effettuato una prenotazione alle 21:30 ci fanno accomodare dopo vari solleciti alle ore 22:15 in un tavolo tra l'altro minuscolo (p.s. l'attesa al gelo all esterno). Cordialità e ospitalità non sono il loro forte , le cameriere non ostentano manco un mezzo sorriso e non presentano nulla dei loro piatti tipici o delle varie carni . Qualità della carne scarsa sembrava carne congelata e messa sul fuoco (servita asciuttissima). Ciliegina sulla torta , sull'intero porto pagato ci fanno uno scontrino solo su una piccola parte del conto e ovviamente... nonostante il nero ci fanno pagare pure l'amaro e il limoncello. Non rispecchia per nulla l'accoglienza e la cordialità tipica delle locande pugliesi. ANCHE NOooooo

15/05/2025: The location is really beautiful because a good part of the rooms have been carved into the rock, the point is easy to reach and the parking is large. The service is also good. As for the food, unfortunately, as far as my experience goes, it needs to be improved; our orders were directed to the pizza which unfortunately had a slowly digestible dough and a cooking that, for some, could be too accentuated, which also ruins the toppings of the same.

07/04/2025: ricavato in una antica grotta scavata nel tufo, il posto è molto suggestivo. l'impasto della pizza è buono e digeribile e non lesinano sugli ingredienti. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

21/01/2025: but what do you think paradise is like? we can't know so while we wait for someone to come and tell us, I'll tell you what mine is like on earth: it's this very small place in Martina Franca! it's simple, but it has a beautiful energy, I have my little corner where for a few minutes I forget the part of hell that touches me! the tranquility, a reassuring smile from the landlady, and then the best coffee I've ever had! I'm sorry about the Platty in Turin, the famous Cambio pharmacy may have an endless queue waiting for its services... but it doesn't have this little piece of paradise! It doesn't have the creamy, fragrant coffee, with a long-lasting taste in the mouth that for a while you don't want to eat anything so as not to have to give up this incredible pleasure! double pleasure, considering that it keeps me away from food for a while... it is made with a mastery and attention to detail that you cannot imagine... even the spoon that directs the jet to make the line of the full-bodied cream perfect and with caramelized coffee color! in short, for me it has now become an indispensable drug, every time I arrive in this village sweet spot I can't give it up!

28/09/2024: We used this café to store our luggage through a special app. They charged us 13 euros for two backpacks for three hours and promised that we could pick the bags up anytime during the day, as they are open all day long. We confirmed that we would pick them up at 2:45 PM since our bus to another city was at 3:00 PM. However, when we arrived, the café was closed! The sleepy salesperson showed up only at 3:15 PM, resulting in us missing the only direct bus to Ostuni! If I could, I would give them a rating of not just one, but minus ten! 23/12/2024: I'll try not to go on too long because it would be a waste of time, like the time spent in this place a few evenings ago. Just know that the waiters seem to be there by chance, they are totally uninterested in your requests and any complaints about delays in service (about 2 hours for 4 sandwiches and 2 platters). Baked potatoes never arrived, they independently decided to serve them fried, when they had already been canceled due to the incomprehensible delay and when the rest of the guests had finished their meal (i.e. dried up burgers, some burnt on the outside and raw on the inside). I won't report the interactions with the staff but they were surreal and really questionable, like the prices, a platter of 11 pieces of refined cheeses, in the sense that we are still trying to understand what we chewed, €12, one with the same cheeses ( fewer pieces) and cured meats (mostly salami), €20. Burgers for all tastes, i.e. burnt on the outside and half raw on the inside, one accompanied by a cascade of 5 fried potatoes, the others had 10. Reading the other reviews on service and food, it is not surprising that at the checkout the owner in response to the my: "I think it was the worst service of my life", responded with: "ah, why didn't you say so before?", in a flat and lobotomized tone that didn't change even when he was told that we had complained 3 times with the waiters about what was going on. This is how he typed our receipts, as if we were wishing each other happy holidays and greetings to the family, as if he were used to managing a place that has nothing to do with catering and he was only there to collect those hard-earned euros with the hard work of people who shouldn't be doing that job. If you want to open a place I recommend you come here for dinner to see how not to run a business.

04/05/2025: Excellent pizzas cooked to perfection, fast service. Takeaway pizzas delivered at the agreed time, still piping hot, delicious ingredients, with crispy pizza bottoms, not soggy and wet as sometimes happens, protected with a sheet of paper separating them from the cardboard. Perfect. You also eat in the pizzeria several times, with fast and courteous service. Full vote.

09/02/2025: ..recommended by many people, there was a lot of curiosity...we were not happy, we don't like to speak badly of those who work...but we were not happy with the type of service...customers pay for quality and quantity...self service would have been better...I hope you improve...

03/05/2025: What can I say, an easy-going trattoria, in my opinion the hygiene leaves something to be desired. Waiters pay little attention to customer needs, fortunately not all of them. For the rest, the price is proportionate to the food. What is certain is that we will never go back there again.

Parcheggio auto gratuito disponibile in Via Cugini e/o nelle traverse circostanti. Negozio confortevole; interni puliti ed ordinati. L'attività si presenta come un forno. Il menù comprende: pane (formati/impasti variegati), focacce (svariati gusti), pizze, dolci secchi, rustici misti. I prezzi rispecchiano la qualità offerta. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. 27/10/2024: Much more than a pub restaurant, excellent quality of meat but also the pinsa and side dishes are very good. Try the smoked rum proposed by the owner! Not pub prices, but certainly due to a sought-after and I would even say found quality!!!

27/04/2025: Extremely satisfying restaurant. Despite the chaotic day we ate divinely: elegant, well-attended, where you eat well at more than affordable prices, taking into account that it's all based on fish. I recommend the paccheri with aubergines, swordfish and almonds. The risotto is amazing as always...only here is it so good. The desserts are varied and delicious... the ricotta and pear cake is excellent: delicious. In these days very full of people,. ALL WELL despite the staff having to fight with the heat, and the rudeness of some who demand and are allergic to paying... personally I found myself very well, fresh environment, courteous staff and ready to satisfy customers' requests. The right bill for what I ordered, also because here we eat fresh fish and we know that quality has its price.
