25/08/2025: I accidentally stumbled upon it one Sunday in August at lunchtime, and found myself in a dark place with a young man at the cash register serving focaccia worth its weight in gold and of questionable quality. I would have preferred to wait in line for half an hour at other bakeries than eat a focaccia that was barely manageable.

11/05/2025: Never again food of dubious quality... exaggerated prices based on the portions... we ordered sweet potato fries... they arrived in a milk bowl already cold as well as the classic French fries also cold served in a classic cup bowl that I use at home for breakfast. We were six adults, barely enough for 4! People paid a whopping 8 euros... fried meatballs with a terrible taste seemed already fried and then reheated... just two each paid 8 euros! From the menu ordered a 250g hamburger... I received a classic hamburger lettuce bun cooked very badly, in my opinion already pre-cooked and then finished cooking it at a later time including a brioche bun of poor quality (the menu does not mention the bun!!) paid a whopping 15 euros... water and cream not by the liter paid 3 euros... a friend of mine then ordered a pizza that arrived the wrong pizza, apologizing, they changed it and came back after 1 minute with the same modified cold pizza... just like my other friend ordered a roast Mixed food arrived cold on cold lava stone that they only use for decoration... They deducted the mixed roast from the bill, apologizing for what happened for a total of over 170 euros. Luckily we didn't pay for the roast, otherwise how much would the bill have been? Over 200 for eating two cold chips, the wrong cold pizza, and a sandwich that wasn't mentioned on the menu... of terrible quality... the only decent thing perhaps is the Raffo beer they say is on tap... never again!! Aaa I forgot 3 euros for a cover charge per person for having a table without a tablecloth!!!

31/05/2026: Family-run hotel in the truest sense of the word, they make you feel at home, friendly and very kind managers, excellent cuisine and above all everything very fresh, let's say purchased and cooked, the rooms are simple but nothing is missing above all very clean

22/07/2026: We went in to get three bottles of water. The price displayed was €1 per bottle, and he wanted to charge us €4.50 at the POS. He justified his claim by saying, "Water is expensive here." Finally, after my request, we paid €3 as indicated. Very rude service.

19/07/2026: I'm a delivery driver. The restaurant doesn't have a fixed timetable, the wait for food preparation is too long because they don't prepare the order at the scheduled time, and finally when I bring the order to the customer, they say that some of the food they ordered is missing.

02/03/2026: I would have given a few more stars if it weren't for the poorly trained staff, in the sense that: they bring you the other dishes without removing the dirty plates, the food is okay but the chef needs to make peace with the salt, we kindly asked for the bill and without opening our mouths they presented it to us without even greeting or asking how the meal went.... it seems like they are doing you a favor by sitting at the table... never again... shameful

01/02/2026: Friends' recommendations are often highly subjective. They had "touted" this steakhouse as if it were the best in the world. Honestly, it was nothing special. We arrived, they sat us down at our table, ignoring us for almost half an hour, while people who had arrived after us were being served, so much so that I had to go to the waiter myself to get even a bottle of water. The meat was average, nothing extraordinary like the descriptions of those who recommended it to me. The waiters I would definitely not give an Oscar for friendliness to, and the prices, even those, were not exceptional. An experience not to be repeated.

11/06/2026: Visited during the summer holidays. Excellent dinner. You arrive and they give you a placemat with the menu and you sit down. Then you order and pay, and when it's ready, the remote control vibrates and you leave it there for them to pick up. The salmon tartar is very good, as are the mixed fruit and fish balls. They also have a kids' menu. The prices are fair and the portions are satisfying. There's a €1 cover charge. Very good! 😀

07/06/2026: Yesterday was the first time, early in the evening (around 8:30 PM). We ordered two "Mirante" sandwiches with roasted octopus, stracciatella, and olive pâté, and I don't remember if there was anything else. In a place called "la barchetta" (little boat), you expect to taste the flavors of the sea, but nothing! From an immense amount of stracciatella that was overflowing, I pulled out three thin slices of cold roasted tentacles. They were good, tender, but cold, and honestly, paying €13 for stracciatella seems a bit unfair. Since there were two identical sandwiches, I don't think it was a sudden oversight. What a shame. The wait was short, and the service was very friendly.

29/04/2026: A slice of Provence just a stone's throw from Taranto. A chic, quietly elegant venue with excellent food. The hostess's kindness welcomes and pampers you with traditional dishes—some with a modern twist—and an excellent selection of wines, recommended by her based on your tastes and the menu you've chosen. The pizza is also excellent.

05/04/2026: Le Vecchie Cantine is one of those places where you know you're getting good pizza, a comfortable atmosphere, and a relaxing evening. The pizza, as mentioned, is good, with a wide selection. Draft and bottled beer, appetizers, and various sides are also available. The space is good because the place is free of other tables or crowds. However, I have to say that the quality (i.e., taste, composition, quantity) doesn't match the price. It's a good alternative to other places. There were 15 of us at the table, including 3 children. Not a top-quality experience.

17/06/2026: Spacious space in a historic building in the city center with outdoor seating. Excellent pastries and ice cream. Friendly, young staff. Paid parking.

30/03/2026: We had breakfast at this bar. Delicious, fresh croissants, very polite staff. We'll be back for aperitifs, too.

28/08/2025: It was a recommendation by our host and it did not disappoint at all! What a beautiful cute little Osteria with amazing food! The chef herself came out to ask how the food it and it was really good! The homemade pasta with tomatoe sauce - wow! A simple dish but so flavorful and amazing!

19/12/2025: We ordered takeout and the experience was decidedly positive. The pinsas are truly delicious, especially the "Neviera," made with quality ingredients that you can taste at first bite (like the others). The meat was also excellent: tender and prime, cooked to perfection. The bombette were simply delicious. The beer selection was good, with a special mention for the COASTAL IPA, which I recommend. The selection of Apulian cured meats and cheeses was plentiful and well-stocked; paired with the "bianca" pinsa, it was a perfect choice. Overall, a bistro I highly recommend. Next time I'll definitely be back to eat inside and try the first and second courses.

14/12/2025: Everything was perfect, just one sore point… something you don't expect in the end, but which you deduce from some particular words, "you can't even touch the meat today"… price list to be reviewed ✍️ especially for friends 🤣🤣🤣…

14/07/2026: What good coffee and croissants! Parking is difficult to find nearby, but once you do, a stop here is definitely worth planning. I didn't see any special entrances, for example, for people with disabilities. The service is fast and the place is very clean.
