Truly one of a kind. This felt like a delightful invitation into an Italian grandmother’s home to experience generations-old culinary traditions in a wonderfully unique presentation. We (family of four with 2 teenage children) were cordially welcomed to our table and told what we would be eating - the customary pasta course (several kinds with tasty tomato or olive based sauces) followed by meat (we had veal in a deliciously rich sauce). Simple but delicious. Everything was delicious. Even our jovially cantankerous teenagers emptied plate after plate of local fare. After 90 minutes, we returned to 2023 and looked back on an experience that any traveller would struggle to find elsewhere. If you want polished, highly marketed or branded dining then stay away, for this is a remarkable foray into the past that is rustic, lost in time, but ultimately one for the scrap book.

Located in a unique, very characteristic square. The rest is nothing extraordinary. Decent value for money.
